Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Raipur with the family. The room we got was a king size Club Room 7th floor with a bright city lights view. The dinning at Hyatt was excellent choice of cuisine with a marvelous effort from Chef, Prem whose culinary style of food preparation and presentation was outstanding. The man has a taste in his hands. I also want to thank these members who assisted us during the stay. Shriya at front desk for checking us in, Biplab, Koushik (slimmer gentleman) and Koushik (the bigger gentleman), Laxmi as well who served us with other food what we asked for. All the 5 star service. At last Pratham, helped us with luggage and as well with check out procedures. Quick and fast. Our Thaneshwar (security personnel) who assisted us with boarding the taxi. The entire stay was amazing.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026I stayed at Hyatt Raipur for two nights from 4th July to 6th July. The room was okay overall, but I had to wait for almost an hour for check-in, which was a bit disappointing. Complimentary snacks or tea/coffee were not provided in the room, which I expected at this level. That said, the breakfast buffet and dinner were genuinely delicious, with a very good spread. The hospitality at the restaurant was excellent, and I would especially like to mention the manager, Prabhat, for his warm and attentive service. I did not receive a suite upgrade even as a Globalist member, which was disappointing, but the restaurant experience stood out positively.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026My stay at Hyatt Raipur from 22nd to 26th June was truly exceptional and exceeded expectations in every way. The property is beautifully maintained, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail from the entire team. The food experience was outstanding, with a great variety of dishes and consistently excellent taste across every meal. A special mention to General Manager Mr. Kapil for ensuring such high service standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere. I would also like to appreciate F&B Manager Dean Singh for curating an excellent dining experience and delivering impeccable service. Overall, a memorable stay, and I look forward to visiting Hyatt Raipur again soon.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Hi I would like to thank all the staff, that looked after us on our visit. Breakfast was a good start to the day. All staff very polite and soon became accustomed to my british ways of being more independent, and not to be fussed over to much. If the opportunity arose again I would use the hotel again.
The only negative I could see for improvement. Would be the WiFi My phone would not reconnect automatically, as in other hotels I stayed in, not sure why, and the use of a third login section that I was unable to access on my own.

During my recent visit, the staff did not seem as well-trained or attentive as they used to be, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the car arranged for airport pickup was delayed by an hour, causing inconvenience.

The pros- well located, clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff. Breakfast spread is good and as per Hyatt’s usual standards The cons- the ac is not kept on in the common areas at all times and in a hot city like Raipur this is a common expectation from a five star. Lift was glitchy and only one was operational In the breakfast room , service is inconsistent. It was at times attentive and at times indifferent. Doormen service is also similarly inconsistent All in all a good stay with safety , comfort and convenience if you overlook some of these minor issues. However they do rankle if you are used to the Hyatt standards.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026We received exceptional service and attention from Amit, the Asst GM prior to and during our visit. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We stayed for one night after a busy work schedule so cannot comment on facilities but I can clearly say the hospitality and politeness of all staff was commendable. Will stay again when I visit Raipur.
A difference in the rates of the buffet between vegetarians and non vegetarians would have been good. Also, being able to order Ala carte would have been good. We were told we would have to wait 45 minutes for Ala carte service. Even a limited offering of Ala carte would have been helpful because we paid a lot of money for 5 vegetarians. Please consider this suggestion. Thanks
