The staff we nice. Overwise, I would not recommend the hotel. To start off they have the nerve to charge $50 for self parking in a dead corporate park. Marriott has gotten so cheap, and really hates their customers to pull off this level of CORPORATE GREED. Why do I still stay at their janky overpriced hotels. This hotel is old and really needs an update, more like an aging motel. They don't even have automatic doors in the front. The rooms were dated and dingy. The gym was nice, I will give them that. If you want to save money on parking the Spring Hill hotel a block away charges $25 a night, which is still a ripe off but better than $50. Or do what I did and park in the neighborhood behind the parking garage, 5 min walk but saved me $100+.
3 nights late June 2026. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will return. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were in an accessible room, so standard rooms may offer different shower, closet, or other features. PRO: * Quiet, large comfortable rooms. * Blissful sleep! Comfortable mattress, thoughtful bedding. * Great shower with separate handheld wand plus overhead. * Large hotel, welcoming, very comfortable with understated refined and grand spaces. * Food is good, ditto coffee. * Great location: 5 min to Rt-101. * Quiet, safe neighborhood. Lakeside. Beautiful landscaping. * Nearby park(s) for kids are shady and clean (5 min from hotel). * Long walks/runs possible from hotel through nice neighborhood with little car traffic. CON: * Closet if in accessible room: small, no rack for dresses/pants, only over & under racks. * $$$ parking: $50/night for valet or self-park in covered structure next door. * Klugey separate registration for self-parking at front desk check-in, billed by 3rd party. Tip: Know your car license number to have for registration. Allow extra time when you retrieve your self-parked car the first time. * Valet staff is very friendly, but hotel's drop off and pickup system is inefficient.
Larger hotel, rooms had everything i need and breakfast in bar / seating area offered plenty of options. Staff at reception where friendly and hotel offers a nice gym and pool with a view on the small lake. There is also a nice terrace area outside to enjoy a drink or food. Hotel is located in the flight path of small recreational airport so you get the occasional Cessna type airplane passing overhead. Big compliment to bar staff who did a great job. One downside to this hotel is the parking garage across the street. It's managed by an online platform not tied to the hotel and requires a sign up and check out procedure - i didn't like the experience at all and hotel staff can't really help as its not their system. The hotel also offers an in house coffee shop and small market for the base necessities. Its a good option if you need to be in the neighborhood for business.
Would not recommend staying at this hotel at all. We were shocked to learn that the parking garage charged $50 a day and had to be paid through an app. The concierge at the check-in scoffed at me when I asked if that price was for hotel guests as well. Our room was also disappointing. The window was mostly blocked, the coffee machine had to be replaced, and the shower water pressure was weak. We also saw the floor our room was on had signs everywhere warning guests that the floor had tobacco smoke despite the management insisting that it is a smoke-free hotel. I assume the floor used to be a smoking floor and the management did not want to be honest about putting guests in formerly smoking-rooms. I saw another review here after we arrived that explains it best; "deceptive practices". Don't waste your money, pay a little extra and stay somewhere nicer and closer or bite the bullet and go with a niche hotel. Marriott has really lowered their standards.
This hotel is a well kept secret. Our stay was wonderful. The staff is friendly, receptive and willing to assist in any way. Our room was clean, bright and comfortable. The restaurant is a good choice based on hotel restaurants. We were more than pleasantly surprised and would be happy to stay there again.
Would not recommend this hotel at all. Service when checking in was rude and unhelpful. Charge $50 a night for self parking, make you register on an app and charge an additional $3 convenience fee. Additionally when you park, there are only stairs next to the ramp with no handicap ramps on the sidewalk to roll your luggage. The front desk staff did not know how to use the system and just said “it’s handled by an external company” and had to call a manager in to help set it up. The QR code they provided did not work and was very complicated to use for someone who uses apps all the time to check in, make reservations etc. even if you valet park you have to register for the app to pay as they can’t add it to your hotel bill. Have stayed at other hotels that were free or reasonably priced. Will definitely be staying elsewhere. Rooms were small, clean but nothing special. There was not even an exhaust fan in the bathroom or ceiling on the closet
near my office, I thought I would make this my go-to hotel to stay at when I don't want to make the long drive home and sit in traffic, i could just some here and stay a night or two and go home another day. my view was of a rooftop with rocks, parking was $30 a day and there is a Las Vegas-style resort fee?! the Radisson down the street has a pool and they don't charge a resort fee. greed. wont do it. I go to the Radisson now.
I will not be staying here again. It tried it out because the base rate was competitive with other Redwood City area hotels. (Note that the hotel is NOT in SF- it's actually 24 miles from the Ferry Building for instance). But with $49 self parking and a $20 "amenity fee" things start adding up very quickly for little real value. I could see where this hotel was probably once very good, but at this point there needs to be a major refurbishment - scuffs throughout, brown water when starting my shower, and a bed mattress that was much past its prime.
First of all, don't be misled by the name -- this hotel is nowhere near San Francisco, 25 miles away from Union Square. But they're charging San Francisco prices for room and room service. We were offered various services (wi-fi, welcome drink, etc) all of which were supposed to be credited from the bill, an unnecessary and cumbersome extra stage for me to track, and not all of those credits got credited. Oh, and the water never got hot and the final morning it was positively cold.
Absolutely terrible. No hot water and no response or reaction from management. No apology or explanation. I am appalled. Also very very uncomfortable bed and room smelled like cat pee (seriously). Long long waits at check in and check out. Extremely poor, untrained and unhelpful staff.
The restaurant had great service from Benedicto and José. The food at the Waterside Lounge was delicious. Would come again!
Great service at the restaurant. Bennie, Chelsea, & Nathan were attentive to ensure a pleasant meal. Raul, Miguel and Nacho would also check to see if I needed anything.
This was my first time here. I will definitely be back. The room was spacious and super comfortable. That comfort was doubled and made even better by the fact that, unlike other chains, went for beds of a reasonable height. For the first time in forever, I didn't require a ladder to get into a hotel bed. While all of the staff were friendly and attentive, I want to give a special shout out to the restaurant. Not only was everything I ate this weekend super yummy (kudos to the chefs), the wait staff (Cindi, Alicia, Marco, Nathan, Mirko, Tulio, and Sergio) went above and beyond. I have difficulty with walking and use a cane. These guys, to a fault, never walked fast or left me behind, and waited patiently as I got up and down the steps. They checked on me to make sure I was ok as a solo diner. They kept my water glass and coffee cup full and were never anything but the most wonderful human beings I've run into at a hotel restaurant in a long time. Thank you Grand Bay for hiring such great people! They deserve a standing ovation...and maybe a holiday bonus :) I had a wonderful experience here and look forward to my next visit.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I’ve been staying at this hotel for over 10 years, and I’ve never experienced such disrespectful, mocking, and unpleasant treatment before. The Grand Bay has always been a reference for me. I come to the Bay Area often and always stay here. I’ve recommended it to many people and have brought many guests over the years. But on this particular day (October 21), I brought a group of 30 people, and the man at the front desk (who had no badge or any form of identification) was completely rude and refused to release one of the rooms due to a mistake in their system — even though the room was already 100% paid for! We had to uncomfortably fit four people into one room. It was the most embarrassing situation I’ve ever experienced, and I never imagined something like this could happen at this hotel. I’m not sure if management has changed, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I have stayed here before, but this was the first time since it joined Marriott. The restaurant staff, especially at breakfast, were so kind and attentive. They made a great hotel stay amazing!
Central location Quiet Comfortable bed Nice gym
Not enough luggage carts $30 to park in unsecured parking garage with lots of theft warning signs Resort fee for an unheated pool Cornhoke games with no sacks
Sehr schlechter Service
It was our 50th year high school reunion. Stayed at the Grand, where reunion was held. Very clean rooms with great service. Restaurant had excellant chicken wings and crispy Brussel Sprouts, delicious cheesecake and Creme Burlee was gourmet!! Our waiter Benny Nataki Miguel was anazing!! He deserves a 10 star rating for his service!! Highly recommend the Grand if you are in that area. Nice sidewalk area for strolling or bike riding,if you have one.

I travel here with my wife for art shows in the Bay Area. I love this hotel, because it is also a romantic getaway for us at the same time. Everyone there is welcoming. The bartenders take good care of us, and we eat there almost every night. JC Riveras was awesome ! Michael, Jose, Nathan, and Trae literally have become our family. The manager Kristen is phenomenal as well. This hotel is something we look forward to EVERY year. Especially in this time of people not appreciating your patronage. Highly recommend. Also a great pool area, and beautiful surroundings to walk around with a bay on the backside of the hotel.
This is the worst hotel staff I have ever encountered. I stayed September 8-10 2025 for a business trip. I noticed later in the week that they had invoiced me for 2 dinners at their restaurant, for a total of $95.13. At first, not a big deal. Gave them a call and some lady was nice enough to help me, admitted that they made a mistake, and processed a refund. It was fine, mistakes happen, and I got my money back. September 16th - I noticed they charged me AGAIN, for the same two meals. This time, I’m annoyed. Someone was being careless or their internal system is flawed. If I wasn’t looking at my bank statement I would have never noticed the charge. They didn’t send me a paper trail this time, for this new charge. So I called, talked to what sounded like a young kid who put me on hold for a bit just to come back to say “yeah I’m not really sure what’s going on, I can give you a refund though”… and at this point, I said “no I’d like to talk to a manger to remove my card from the hotel and get a better answer as to why and how this mistake was made”. He said he would have his manager call immediately, and that she would be there in a few minutes. The whole day goes by, no call. So I call at 4:30 and get put on hold for a while. Then the line hangs up, ha! Call back again and speak to this lady that was rushed, just wanted me to get off the phone, was cutting me off, said they already gave me a refund and that the manager actually wasn’t in today, and then asked me to explain the situation AGAIN. To which I asked her to just have a manager or supervisor talk to me rather than her. Shift supervisor picks up, I recognized her voice, she was the original person that helped me. She was so much more empathetic, patient, listened to what I had to say and expressed that it was a mistake. I let her know I appreciated her time and help, and asked for the manager or director of operations to give me a call the next day, when they were in. No one ever called. Being incorrectly charged once is rare in my experience, being incorrectly charged twice - the management team then owes me an apology and solution for removing my card from their system. Staff needs extensive training on how to give customers adequate attention and answers or escalate the matter and follow through (basic customer service??). Guests/customers need to know that they should monitor their charges and invoices from this hotel.
They had the alarm going off over 10 times a day full volume hurting my ears, they claimed it would stop yesterday at 4pm but it kept going and at it again today. Didn’t even bother to give us a heads up about the ridiculous inconvenience of not being able to sleep or relax all day! Also food was mediocre, dirty bedding and the AC made a loud clinking noise every time it turned on and off, startling loud noises seem to be their specialty. Terrible will never stay here again.
The room was great and the bed was comfortable but dated. The windows were filthy which was sad because it has a decent view of the surrounding area and lake
Windows were really dirty and the bathroom was dated
Good location, decent food options.
I had to leave early. Still had to pay for the nights that I did not use. Coffee corner is expensive and not really good.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent booking experience. I originally came and booked a room for $185, but to my shock, I was charged $344 with no clear explanation or valid reason. This feels misleading and unfair. As a customer, I expected honesty, transparency, and respect not unexpected hidden charges or sudden price changes. This experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied, and it makes me question whether I can trust booking here again.
The staff is rude
This review is for the restaurant only, not the hotel. I actually stopped staying here when it changed from Sofitel to Pullman (and later Grand Bay) because the quality of the spaces really went downhill. So while I can’t speak to the hotel side anymore, I do come back for the restaurant. Food & Pricing: The prices have jumped way up. A burger that used to be $16 about five years ago is now $24. I get that inflation is real, but that’s a big leap. Portions on some dishes are also on the smaller side. It’s hotel dining so I expect some markup, but I really wish they had more tapas-style dishes on the menu for sharing. And a stronger happy hour menu for those of us that are there at least three times a week! Service: This is where they absolutely shine. Benito is amazing!!! He’s been consistently great every time I’ve come in with friends or family. He’s attentive, has a great personality, and knows how to recommend dishes without ever being too much. Honestly, Benito might be the only reason we keep coming back!! Word from the bartenders is that the restaurant will soon become Marriott. Fingers crossed that means some updates like freshening up the menu, redoing the first-floor restrooms, and bringing life back to the outdoor area. Back when it was Sofitel, that outdoor space was gorgeous and is occasionally get a day pass for swimming, now it just feels kind of yucky and outdated.
During our week-long annual conference at the Grand Bay Hotel, we had the great fortune of being served by Carlos Lucar on multiple occasions at the Waterside Grill + and Lounge. Each time, he delivered an exceptional experience that truly stood out. This is our second year in a row seeing Carlos, and once again he exceeded every expectation. Carlos is the kind of professional every guest hopes to encounter. He is warm, attentive, and consistently accommodating. He has a natural ability to make people feel welcome and cared for, remembering details and anticipating needs before we even asked. His service was seamless, never rushed, and always delivered with a genuine smile. What made the difference is how he elevated our group’s dining experiences. Everyone at our table commented on how much they enjoyed having Carlos as their server. He has an easy way of connecting with people, making guests feel more like friends than customers. That kind of personal touch transforms a good experience into a memorable one. In a busy hotel environment, Carlos remained calm, professional, and friendly, managing to provide personalized attention even when things were bustling around him. He represents the very best of hospitality, combining efficiency with warmth in a way that few can. We left with wonderful memories of our time at the Grand Bay Hotel’s Waterside Grill + and Lounge, and Carlos was a big part of that. He is an absolute asset to the team, and any property would be fortunate to have him.
I’ve stayed at GrandBay over 25 times, and while not everything has been perfect on every visit, one thing has always been consistent: Elaine at the front desk. She’s exceptionally savvy, with a true customer-first mindset. From check-in to departure, Elaine ensures my stay is smooth and enjoyable. As the host of a large group attending corporate events at GB, I’ve seen firsthand how she goes above and beyond—not just for me, but for every member of my group. It’s people like Elaine who make the experience truly great. Thank you! Your service is always appreciated!
The only thing that we liked was the location
The reservation was for a signature king and we were given a double bed. They charge $30 per night for parking. It’s ridiculous for the location to charge that much. It should have been disclosed at the time of booking
Best part of this hotel is the bar. Michael is the BEST bartender here, hands down! He made all our drinks with love. Thank you for the best visit for us parents on a family vacation. 🫶🏼
I’ve been here the last few days. Went down the the bar for food during happy hour. Trey stood out to me. First day I was here I sat at the bar without being helped for close to 20 min. 2 people behind the bar. Trey came up from working the floor, noticed I had nothing and poured a water and asked if I had been helped. He was on it. His old fashioned was the best. The other bartender didn’t give me noticed till I ordered a whiskey on the rocks saying that was a good order “expensive” he loves when it’s a good order. Let me sit the last 2 days without helping me. Meanwhile talking about how he doesn’t like co workers that are lazy and just stand around and BS and watch the TV. All of which he did. Said it was “taking money out of his pocket” meanwhile I only get paid attention to him after close to an hr and place a “good order”. Meanwhile I am impressed with Trey. He hussled, always taking care of people, never staying idle. Great service and great drinks. I want his manager to know I was impressed and not to ignore his hard work. As someone who looks for it. If you go ask for Trey he will take care of you. A bright spot at the bar for the bar and grill here.
An almost perfect experience at a clean, modern, spacious, and well appointed room at an impressive establishment. My only gripe is they do not have wash cloths in their rooms. We had to use hand towels to shower, which is cumbersome. Parking is available at the unattached garage for an extra fee. I believe it was an extra $30. If you have your own vehicle just plan to,pay for parking as there is no close public parking available. The room key is used to access the access the parking deck.
Close to beaches
Staff did not inform about pool hours, or amenities
Had a forced two day layover at the Grand Bay due to an unforeseen United Airlines aircraft issue for my return home to Australia. The Grand Bay staff went out of their way to not only accommodate me but assure my satisfaction. Particular thanks to the reception staff and Marco and others in the restaurant.
Yelena front desk very nice and professional I have stayed many times in This property One thing that needs change the beds are old not comfortable The gentleman in the morning at front desk very friendly and professional too
JC is AMAZING! He makes the absolute best drinks and even better customer service! Ask for JC Rivas when you come to the Grand Bay
Our large group celebration at the Waterside Grill & Lounge got great service with Benny, Jose & Alex. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality!
We enjoyed the most delicious dinner at the Waterside Grill- the food was delicious and the waitstaff- in particular, Benny, Jose, and Alex went above and beyond… excellent service ! We especially enjoyed the non-alcoholic specialty drinks-
My stay at the Grand Bay Hotel in San Francisco was fantastic, especially the service! Gabriela and Chelsea were incredibly helpful and made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel! ———————-———————-———————-—————————-
Overall wonderful experience. The staff was accommodating of our need for a last minute room size upgrade due to an increase in our party size. Kevin P. Was particularly wonderful and helpful in facilitating that. His service alone would be enough for a repeat visit! Our only slightly negative experience was connecting with someone to bring up extra pillows to our room for the sofa bed. Whoever was on the opposite side of the line was very short and rude but aside from that it was a 10/10 stay. We will come again!
Best service at Front Desk and Restaurant, delicious food and Natan and Benny super friendly and helpful always at dinner.
I loooooove the pillows. I feel right at home at Grand Bay. The restaurant food is surprisingly spectacular. Natan and Benny from the bar have been around for some time now and they remember our names!! Always make us feel special. We’ll always come here when we’re in town.
Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The service in the restaurant was good, Chelsea the sever provided excellent service.
Ever since I first came to the Grand Bay I’ve always been back. Our server Chelsea always makes our visits to the restaurant very welcoming. The food was amazing and the rooms were really clean.
Great experience! Carlos, Nathan, and Alex were great! Food and view was amazing. Also really close to all of the convention centers
I’ve stayed here over the past few years whenever I travel to Redwood City. The staff here are friendly and professional. The room is clean, and the food is excellent with a good variety of options.
We always stay at the Grand Bay Hotel when we need to visit the Bay Area. The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food is always good and the views are unbeatable. Yelena at the front desk was especially helpful and Chelsea in the dining room was efficient and professional as well as kind.
Had a relaxing weekend with my partner, everything went great and everyone was nice, we were mostly helped by Chelsea who was very helpful and gave great food recommendations
My Husband and I visited the bar for a quick appetizer and drinks before an event there at the hotel, and we were more than pleased with the service. Carlos was super helpful and attentive. We plan on hopefully staying there in the near future. Muchas gracias Carlos :)
Incredible service, location, amenities, and a great room! The people and service are first class and the hotel is incredibly consistent.
Chelsea was the best server I ever had! She’s so caring and friendly when speaking and never felt like I was bothering her. She remembered everything I ordered and always checked in to make sure I was enjoying myself.
Chelsea in the restaurant was very sweet and attentive. And the food—delish!! My veggie quesadillas were so good, as was the salsa and the live music.
Beautiful property . We like the location and kids liked the pool.
Overall great experience. Front desk was friendly. Housekeeping was great at keeping my room fresh and clean. I stayed 3 nights and I went to the Waterside Grilll and Lounge every night. Bar staff was great. Michael, in particular, was fantastic! He remembered me from a year ago and he's very knowledgeable about the wine selection. Great conversationalist and great service. Thank you Michael!
Beds are really comfortable. Rooms are generous and clean and nicely appointed. Elevators are quick, we never had to wait. Staff were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Room rates are reasonable but not after they add on a $20. a day resort fee and $30. a night parking. Small cafe/market in lobby was only open until 1pm.
Went in for dinner at 8pm and was attended by Nathan, Benny, Nacho, and Trey. Servers were very friendly and food was delicious, big fan of the creme brulee and the Chicken noodles.
Nathan, benny, nacho and trey took care of us that night. The food was delicious and the service was great. Would recommend their burgers and boneless ribs.
great burger, great mousse too crispy fries and the lemon butter sauce was to die for thanks to nathan, benny, trey, and nacho for the great service
I've been staying at this hotel for over 20 years, dating back to when it was still the Sofitel. Elaine, Yelena, and the front office team continue to provide exceptional guest experience. They know my room preferences, the specific amenities I like, and countless small details. What impresses me most is how this level of personalized service has remained consistent through ownership changes. When Elaine or Yelena greets me by name and has my preferred room ready, it's clear that guest satisfaction here goes far beyond the transactional. The staff at the Waterside Grill (the restaurant) also, deserve special recognition. Benny, Natan, Nacho, JC, Michael and Jose Louis have incredible attention to detail - they remember exactly how I prefer my seafood prepared, my wine preferences, and even the amount of dressing I like on my salads. Always continues to amaze and impress me. This hotel has become more than just a place to stay - it's a home away from home, and that is the main reason I continue to stay here, even if my business meetings are in downtown SF.
The Waterside Kitchen Restaurant is excellent, carrying on the tradition from when this property was a Sofitel. There are about 40 menu items, perfect for anything from a snack to a full dinner. There's a pleasant view of the Redwood Shores Lagoon, and the team of servers work together with both professionalism and a welcoming smile. I have been treated especially well by Jose and Nathan on numerous visits.
William at the restaurant was the best. He was very personable and made the experience very enjoyable. Thank you to William!
Alicia was outstanding—professional, warm, and made our business lunch seamless. Great service! I’ll definitely be back again!
It was a nice place during my visit. I would like to recommend the hotel Grand Bay hotel San Francisco good location and amazing view to the bahia, good services nice pool and attention specially in Restaurant offered by Alicia.
My stay at this hotel was wonderful! I want to especially thank Benny, Trey, Nacho, Hatan, Michael, Jeesy, and the entire restaurant and bar team in general for their first-class service.
We met on Tuesday and Wednesday for appetizers and drinks. Can’t say enough about the service and staff: Benny, Carlos, Nathan, Jose, JC, Chelsea, Nacho, & Miguel. They seem to work well together and made sure we were taken care of. Again…great service
Elaine (the employee who checked me in and helped me with printing some important documents), is the most helpful, kind and efficient person! And when I went down to collect my documents, another guest was raving about how amazing she was for helping them with their reservation. Phenomenal customer service - this is what all hotels should aspire to! Thank you Elaine!
I was greeted by Elaine. She was so kind and helpful getting my room together. I heard they had robes and she made sure to get me one for my visit. I later had dinner in the restaurant. Everyone was amazing. Nathan, Trey, Michael, and Carlos were all so Helpful. I will Definitely be back here when I come to the bay area.
My husband and I sat at the bar and had dinner and craft cocktails. Great view of the water and it was a perfect setting for a Friday night. Michael the bartender was terrific in both service and his skill at making the perfect martini! Highly recommend!
Just enjoyed another fine stay at this hotel. Rooms are nice and roomy, would like comfier pillows, but a great hotel.
This is a nice place and the view is awesome on the water side of the building. The city views are not bad either
Had a great stay at the Grand Bay Hotel in Redwood Shores! The hotel is comfortable and welcoming, and I felt right at home. I especially enjoyed dining in the restaurant—Alicia was my server and she was so attentive and friendly, making me feel truly looked after. The food was excellent, with a variety of tasty options. Wonderful service and a great experience for solo travelers. Highly recommend!
Everything was ok but bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was in bad condition and gave us backache.
The Grand Bay Hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable chairs for reading or watching TV and ample desks for working. I particularly appreciated the restaurant, which offered a variety of dinner options so I didn't have to venture out. The service was good, the staff friendly. The hotel is close to SFO, convenient for catching a flight.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Bay. The location was convenient since it was only a few minutes away from the Redwood City Courthouse, where I had court business. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever had in any hotel, and as a flight attendant I’ve stayed in a LOT of hotels. I also enjoyed the water view from my room, and walking by the lagoon. However, the absolute highlight of my stay was the excellent service that I received from Benny in the Waterfront Restaurant! He was attentive, kind, prompt, and overall made sure that I enjoyed what I ordered. What a star employee! I was also happy to see the bottles of water and a Keurig coffeemaker in my room, as well as a refrigerator. Leo, at the front desk, made a great first impression by giving me a warm welcome and was so pleasant to speak with!
We were there for a family wedding- we liked that there were areas to gather to sit with family. The dining options were a bit limited by time and menu. The staff were mostly unwilling to offer separate checks to our party. The wedding itself was wonderful.
When I checked in, I walked into a room that appeared to be occupied with shoes, a bag and towels on the ground. When I went back to the front desk, I was told "oh that's weird". I was given another room down the hall, but it was a terrible experience overall, and I was shocked there wasn't more empathy or at least an apology for such a shocking and poor experience.
Beautiful hotel. Nice views. Very quiet area. The complimentary room upgrade was so sweet. The room was so spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Good food at the restaurant too.
Clean and staff were so kind
Check in began well. And the pool was great. Kids had a good time. However it went downhill from there. The cleanliness wasn’t great in the room. There were hairs on the bed. Also, the door for the connecting room wouldn’t shut and lock. Had to push with force to finally get it to go. Last the staff at the restaurant was beyond rude. Will not be staying again
Having to pay a daily resort fee and a daily parking fee was excessive for the amenities this hotel offered.
It was safe, quiet and walkable.
The hotel is clean and parking is easy. As a business trip place is excellent with low noise. It is a little far from the city but it is definitely a nice peaceful place from all the craziness of the city. P.S. Go to the bar, Alicia and William will take care of you.
Used to Hyatt, Marriott… dated look in bath and room. Bed was comfortable! Wish they had nespresso rather than Kirig.
It was great!
The only thing I was disappointed with was having to pay $30.00 per night for parking and $20.00 more per night for a resort fee. That added $50.00 per night to the room. I'd rather be told the real price up front. Other than that, the employees were great and the room was fine.
