The staff was great very gracious and kind; the rooms were very spacious; the bathrooms are great and the views are pleasant.

There is no Kcup use. I feel like may that should be another option for coffee drinkers not just the small pot. Some of the switches for the light didn’t quite work as they should. May be checking that all the lights are working for the upper part of the bedroom.

Breakfast was not included making the stay more expensive.

Restaurant was not great and would have preferred that breakfast was included considering the rate, which was raised presumably due to the World Cup.

The room was comfortable.

The fridge never got cold. I was told it only stays on for 2 hours at a time. Also buyer be warned as I had booked this hotel with the insurance, and had a family emergency. I was unable to get it refunded!

Low quality communication from staff eg about $50 per day charge, room cleaning only alternate days, no help in setting up sofa bed, no effort in trying to ready room before usual checkin time, no greetings as you passed reception, no tea in the room

Location was great to the venue we were coming from, but a little tedious to get to. No luggage carts available going or coming. Was greeted twice by the same person, as if we were new arrivals and schlepping our luggage because of no carts. We were told we had an "Accessible" room - that room was at the furthest corner of the hotel and from the elevator...I would think that "Accessible" would mean close to elevator!!! Went to what we thought was a cafe, but it was a mediocre room with some food and screaming kids. Finally, we asked the nice girl behind the bar to ask the parents of those screaming girls to shut them up and we noticed people trying to work. The nice girl asked the security guard to talk with the parents and he did, thankfully. Go to our room and it was nice, so, we changed our clothes to go to bed, and found that the hide-a-bed was not adorned with any linens AT ALL...nothing in the closet, drawers, no where to be found. Called front desk and someone came to bring linens, etc.

Friendly staff, the bar staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable.

The coffee machine was dirty, the cup lids had hair on them and had something purple and sticky on them. Very disappointed because I love coffee. I had to buy coffee.

I made a reservation thru Booking.com for king executive suite last May 16th. For 3 days leading to the booking, I called daily for early check in but to no avail. On the day of check in , we arrived at 1:30 pm but they said the room is not ready so we said, we will go to our concert event and will check in late that night. The receptionist said as long as it is before midnight and to call which we did. Our event finished at 10:30pm and when we checked in, our executive king suite room was not available anymore. She said it was double booked and the best she can do is a regular king room. I spoke to the receptionist the following day for a credit and she said she will call and follow up with Booking.com but nothing happened. Also the pillow cases had hair from previous occupants.

Key card access to parking garage from our floor was turned off more than 30 minutes before checkout time, which was a large inconvenience when we were trying to pack things into our vehicle in the parking area.

It was clean.

They did not have enough staff, help took forever to even check in, the keys didn’t work the first time so I had to go back, parking costs were outrageous, the lights didn’t function well, it wasn’t clear where the restaurants etc were, it was way too expensive for what it was. Amenities were sub par. The wash clothes smelled like BO. There were no water fountains.

A little disappointed that we dd not get a continental breakfast at a Marriott Property, the front desk clerk said it depended on the rate you pay. We spent $180 per night, we also had a ticket on our vehicle window that said we did not pay for parking, which we did, $24, This seems petty for a hotel in RWC to charge for parking, I understand in SF. Will not stay here again.

Nice hotel with generous, clean, comfortable rooms. My only complaint was that the location is a bit inconvenient. I would not recommend staying here if you will not have a car. There is nothing walkable to/from this hotel. No shops or restaurants nearby.

Hotel appears to be newer - did not notice any signs of wear and tear. Conveniently located right off the 101 (but did not hear road noise from our room). We were originally booked in a queen room, but requested to be moved to a king room on the day of check-in, and they were able to accommodate even though it was a handicap accessible room). All of the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Onsite restaurant/Starbucks satellite. Pool area was nice, elevators were quick, parking was convenient. Mini-fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room. Ample seating vignettes in the lobby area. Decent gym available on property. Walls were a bit thin (we could hear the man next door talking in his room) but the hotel was quiet for the most part. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Price & location.

We had an issue with the water, way too hot (probably not within code) and brown. Management didn’t seem to take it too seriously.

The staff were great. We had one night when our neighbouring room decided to have a bit of a disco at 01:30, so one quick call to the front desk & that was sorted out within 10 minutes. It's in a pretty central location, with an easy walk to restaurant's & shops.

The room was dirty and smelt awful, the traffic was so load we couldn't sleep and check in the staff was rude. Paying for parking a local hotel is ridiculous specially there is no street parking.

There is a pet policy, which means pets are welcome. The staff was friendly and considerate .

The pet policy is not consistent across the franchise. In this case it was more than the cost of the room while at other Courtyards it is a more reasonable fee. Information on the pet policy was not readily available when we phoned directly to Redwood City the day prior to our arrival.

They never refunded the 100 dollar incidental back to me. I feel cheated. We left the room impeccable. We did not destroy anything.

This is luxury right off the 101 at a great price.

Very nice and comfortable.

Maybe we missed a sign, but when we got to the property we went into the parking garage, got our things down and headed to the elevator. Turns out you need to check in before parking so we couldn’t use the elevator to go to the front desk would’ve had to go down the stairs then go back up to get my kids and things, except another guest came out of the elevator and let us go in with her. If there is a sign, then it was completely our fault for missing it. I do wish there were sign in the parking garage as well though because we ended up having to call to ask why we couldn’t use the elevator. Other than that little issue, the room was nice, spacious, beds comfy and clean. There was a small issue with the toilet. There was a feces stain on the hinge part of the toilet seat. I debated calling to complain, but it was late and I had two small children that needed to go to sleep. I just cleaned it myself. I forgot to pack lotion and wasn’t too worried because most hotels I’ve stayed at have lotion in the bathroom, but this one doesn’t. I called the front desk and they were kind enough to send some up for me. Staff was great! From the lady who checked us in to the security who took the lotion up to my room. My one other annoyance was that when checking out, they told me to go back downstairs to the front desk. I got there with my things and family, but no one was there. No way for me to ring for someone or anything. We stood there for a few minutes until a cleaning staff member passed by and asked us if someone had helped (she noticed us standing there for a while). I thought she was going to call someone, but she just said someone should be out soon. Someone did finally come out and checked us out, but no apology for taking long or anything. Again, she wasn’t rude and maybe I’m just expecting too much, but I know she knew we had been there for a while since I called beforehand to tell them I was heading down. Overall nice stay.

It was quiet, calm, cozy

What I didn’t like about the property was that I booked my room way earlier than other people and I personally asked for a room and they told me that that there was no more and then I find out that they give it to someone else that booked their room before me

The staff was especially helpful. The location was near the hospital, where my husband was staying, so it was convenient. I loved walking around the area to Bair Island. It was a lovely distraction.

I think the directions are confusing where the access road is aligned with the ramp to route 101. I accidentally ended up on Rt 101 twice and had to make a U-turn.

The check in was a mess , only one person working it and a 20 min wait . Later when I went to get a soda and other food at little store it was the wrong items billed. Again only one person at check in counter

Gave me keys to a room that guests were already staying in. Door from garage stairwell to my room floor didn’t open.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The only constructive thing I'd offer is the EV charging stations are minimal to begin with and three of the six were not even working. They have options for using your own charger but all the outlets have booked closed covers. Very frustrating. Honestly if your going to offer free charging, which is a great benefit, put some kind of access pass on them so only hotel guests with a room key can use them. Either way, get those broken chargers fixed ASAP. No excuse for broken equipment.

The woman who checked us in was cold and unhelpful. Serve defiantly unfriendly… The security guard who helped advises on Parking was very nice.

Everything was absolutely amazing as always!

The hotel is new and clean. I was unaware that it cost $22 to park each night. I never choose hotels where you have to pay the park. I’m already paying to sleep there. Check in process is a little too long and only one person it should’ve been quicker as I had completed the pre-check in.

Very clean staff was awesome breakfast reasonably priced pool area was awesome has a fitness center and check out time was awesome love the 12:00 check out
