Villa Atlas Oasis

Een heel fijn en goed huis. Ruime woning met een grote woonkamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Snelle wifi, Netflix, heerlijke bank. Bedden zijn goed, goede matrassen. Er is veel warm water en de douche heeft een goede waterdruk. De keuken is basic ingericht en heeft een koelkast. Dat is erg fijn. Koken is niet nodig omdat de gastheren voor een fantastische maaltijd kunnen zorgen. Voor een goede prijs kregen wij een overvloedige maaltijd van restaurant++++ kwaliteit. Zo goed dat wij er alle avonden tijdens ons verblijf gebruik van hebben gemaakt. We kregen drie keer iets anders te eten. Alledrie goed van smaak, veel, vers en gevarieerd. De woning ligt vlakbij een café en winkeltje en de oase/ canyon is op loopafstand. De andere bezienswaardigheden zijn allen dichtbij. Behoefte aan tips of een gids? dan kunnen zij dit organiseren. Ik had foto’s willen toevoegen maar krijg ze hier niet geüpload. Ik zal ze op Google plaatsen Kortom een aanrader die je niet moet missen in een prachtige omgeving!!

Hanno preparato per noi una cena spettacolare a base di pietanze tunisine, fatte in casa e quindi più buone. Il garage privato di fianco è una chicca, comodo se, come noi, si viaggia in moto e, essendo in un oasi, si rischia di imbattersi in una tempesta di sabbia (come è successo a noi 😂) La casa era molto bella e ben curata nei particolari

Very nice accommodation with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Eine Ferienwohnung mit Charme, die Räume sind ziemlich dunkel, da die Hitze draußen bleiben soll und die wenigen Fenster verdeckt sind. Viel Kitsch und Kunst an Wänden und Tischen - urig. Hinterhof und direkt daneben Hühner & Ziegen. Eine super Entscheidung war die Bestellung eines Abendessens: Ich habe noch nie so gutes Hähnchenfleisch gegessen. Tolles Menü mit Brot, Vorspeise und Nachspeise, aus der Nachbarschaft geliefert zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt. Perfekt und günstig. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich um alles kümmern. Zu Fuß zur Quelle gelaufen und schon vor den Touristenmassen an der Oase - perfekter Startpunkt dafür. Minilädchen für Wasser, Brot und Milch in kurzer Entfernung.

Der Hahn, der sich nicht an den Sonnenaufgang hält und regelmäßig auch mitten in der Nacht krähte. Essen und Essensreste IMMER in Tüten und/oder Kühlschrank verpacken, sonst freuen sich die unbeliebten Mitbewohner. Aber so ist das Landleben :-)

Maison agréable, hôte sympathique et très disponible. Repas typique commandé lors de la résa : parfait , très bon et copieux.

Petite incohérence par rapport au descriptif du logement mais les propriétaires ont palié à ces soucis de manière efficace

C’était très sale, poubelles pleines, frigo sale, toilettes sales (défections) , portes de placard de cuisine cassées, fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas, matelas durs comme de la pierre, pas de lampe dans le salon, terrasse intérieure avec jardin inexploitable car tout est cassé et en chantier , aucun équipement pour cuisiner… un cauchemar !!!

No hot water rooster from 12 AM until 5 AM. Pigeons are fighting all night long on the windows. The food is very expensive.

Idéalement placé au cœur du village et de circuits découvertes des paysages magnifiques aux alentours de Chebika sur place à Ong Jmel en passant par le lac salé, Tozeur, Nefta et un autre circuit vers Mides via Tamerza...mais aussi les sites moins prisés de Gafsa et Metlaoui avec la montagne burinée par les carrières de Phosphate... Sur place, les hôtes sont à votre services pour palier rapidement aux petits manques d'ustensiles de cuisine dont l'explication nous a été donnée.

La periode imbriquée dans le Ramadan ne permettant pas de goûter aux mets locaux faute de restaurants ouverts.

Die Villa liegt an einer ruhigen Straße im kleinen Ort Chebika. Sie ist sehr groß, wir hatten drei Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung, und mit einer prima Küche ausgestattet. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und mit guten Tipps versorgt. Sehr gut hat uns die Veranda vor dem Haus gefallen. Man sitzt hier sehr schön und wird von den vorbeikommenden Dorfbewohnern sehr freundlich gegrüßt. Da man in der Gegend tolle kleinere und größere Schluchtenwanderungen unternehmen kann, empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Gegend rundherum sehr genossen.

L'llotjament és molt justet però tambe hem de tenir en compta que hem pagat 8€ la nit per persona. Esta situat al costat de l'oasi de chebika. Te aire condicionat a la sala, a les habitacions feia molta calor, els meus fills van dormir al sofà. El sopar 10€ per persona, d'entrant un brik una mena de farcellet farcit d'ou i tonyina acompanyat d'una mica de cogombre, tomaquet i ceba i uns espaguetis molt picants amb dos pernilets de pollastre, a nosaltres no ens va agradar gaire i ens va semblar car, tambe us he de dir que la cuina no esta gens equipada així que és molt dificil que us pogueu cuinar qualsevol cosa. Al poble només hi ha dos mini botigues on podeu comprar aigua, pa, ous..

Crec que l'Ali hauria d'intentar fer una mica més de neteja en general, posar llençols que cobreixin bé tot el matalàs, les tovalloles no us sabria dir si eren nétes, segurament sí, però l'olor no era bona.També hauria de equipar la cuina amb el mínim, perquè la gent pugui bullir pasta o fer-se unes truites. Falten gots, plats etc... Jo li vaig demanar que em portes un fregall nou perquè el que hi havia feia fàstic, me'l va portar.

Great staff and excellent hotel. They surprised us with a fruit platter.

Booking.com got the directions wrong, very frustrating in a foreign country. We paid a taxi driver and followed him to the hotel.

Our stay at Villa Atlas Oasis was a complete disappointment. The property was nothing like the description or photos. When we arrived, the place was extremely dirty — we found what appeared to be animal feces in the shower, and both the sink and toilet looked as though they had never been cleaned. We've traveled a lot in many muslim countries that are statisticaly more clean then European one (if it comes to house, not necessarly streets) but this was really awful. We were not brave enough to use the kitchen. The overall condition of the property made us want to leave immediately and stay elsewhere. However, a man who claimed to be the owner’s brother told us we couldn’t cancel due to the “no cancellation policy.” He also asked us to pay more than the amount shown on our reservation, saying he needed to cover Booking.com’s commission and otherwise it wasn’t worth it for him. We refused. Later, the actual owner called and told us to just leave the next day without paying him directly. He said he would mark us as a “no-show” in the system to avoid paying commission, and the original booking charge would simply be deducted from our card. We agreed to that, considering the circumstances. Before leaving, we informed the supposed brother of our departure. A few hours later, the owner messaged us accusing us of “running away without paying” and claimed to have us on security footage — which was completely untrue and very disturbing. We acted according to what he himself told us. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and the property itself was far below basic standards of cleanliness and honesty. I strongly advise future guests to be very cautious when booking this place.

The owner/manager was lovely. There was no reservation the next day so he allowed us to come back to the house to rest and shower in the afternoon- well after normal check out time would have been. He also asked us to call him when we got to town so he could meet us and escort us to the villa, waiting patiently until 8:30 at night when we arrived.

The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, trash emptied.

A bug house with a kitchen, only few minutes from the oasis walk. Super nice and friendly local people.

The property was so-so and there was not a lot of functionnal equipement in the kitchen.
