Very comfortable time.

I liked the coffee maker’s options. Couldn’t find normal napkins so the bar ones worked. Pleasant staff.

The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a beautiful aesthetic providing a resort vibe. The hotel is close to malls and great food spots making the stay great for business and or leisure.

The rooms were nice, but I believe it would have been my number one hotel if the rooms were a little nicer to match the aesthetic and the hallways look older as well. I chose this hotel specifically for the heated pool, but it did not work.

I was here on a business trip and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. At the front desk, everyone went out of their way make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Tatrane (I apologize if I am misspelling her name, I'm sure that I probably am) was exceptionally helpful and kind when I needed her assistance. A beautiful hotel where I'd be happy to stay again.

Dahlia’s at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast is a great spot, but Kalia takes the experience to the next level. Her cocktail recommendations were spot-on, the drinks were balanced perfectly, and her attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. She’s effortless at balancing great conversation with prompt, professional service. Highly recommend pulling up a seat at her bar!

Kalia at the bar is awesome. She is attentive and always takes care of our team. We enjoy stopping by after a long day of work.

My work week stay was phenomenal. Walking into the lobby was welcoming every time. The staff was friendly, never not smiling. My room and floor was clean. I even used the microwave on my floor and that was clean as well. I really enjoyed my stay and was sad it had to end. I’d love to go to back into that bed and sleep another week.

Tatiana was extremely helpful in printing off documents for an important meeting that made all of the difference! I know that I can always count on Hilton!

I stayed at this property for a family reunion over a long weekend. My experience was amazing from my arrival until my departure. The staff was accommodating, courteous and professional. The property was well maintained throughout. I overheard other guests make similar comments. Our family's contact, Lynn Yost saw to our every need and concern. Additionally, Karen J., Mykel S., and Tatiana M. went above and beyond to insure our stay was without worry. Whether it was directions, restaurant or recreational recommendations or room accommodations, they were Five Star!

The hotel was a beautiful property, and the staff was incredibly friendly with impeccable service. Housekeeping did a great job servicing our room, and the room itself was very spacious. A huge shoutout to Maya at check-in! She was so patient, very thorough, and made sure we had a smooth check-in experience. Tatiana at check-out was also such a pleasure to meet. She greeted us with a friendly smile and was the perfect way to end our stay. Thank you both for your wonderful hospitality. You truly made our stay even more enjoyable! I still can’t get over those Hilton scarves—they were the cutest!

Nice clean facility, I was recognized for my Elite status and I had a gr8 stay. It smells nice all around inside and I liked how the towels smelled too. It was like a hazelnut smell.

Our family reunion has hosted at the Hilton. We had over 200 family members that attended. Nothing but praises for staff, rooms, atmosphere, food service, everything was great!!! Special shout out to Tatiana for all her help. Wonderful customer service!!!! Always a kind word and smiles!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Dahilias! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Alejandro, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel genuinely welcome. His recommendations were spot on and made our meal even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for great food and outstanding hospitality in Atlanta, Dahilias is definitely worth a visit. Great experience. One of my favorite hotels that I have stayed at. Ana in the restaurant was awesome, all the restaurant staff was super attentive. Food came out fast, service is the best of any hotel restaurant. Front desk staff is great and check-in is fast. Rooms are well stocked and clean.

The hotel was great! Clean, well located and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful! Especially Slavco, the shuttle driver. He went above and beyond to help me and made a stressful day much easier! I'll be back!

Do not hesitate to stay here. The staff lead by Kevin Priger and his staff are outstanding in every way. Shanta Hayes-Johnson took great care of us and our team absolutely loved staying here. We stayed here as we came to played in the ACC Women's Basketball tournament. Our Band was not able to make it in time for the Band Send Off pre-game so the entire staff staged outside by our team bus and clapped for our team as we loaded. Talk about going above and beyond!

The room smelled so musty- it hit you as soon as you opened the door! There was no bar of soap to wash your hands. I had asked a housekeeper I saw in the hall and she said there was no hand soap. After going to the front desk, someone from maintenance went out of his way to bring a bar of soap to our room.

My husband and I spent Jan 23 - 25, 2026 at Hilton Atlanta Northeast and were wowed by the pleasant staff and excellent svc we experienced. We were attending an event only 45 minutes from home but chose to stay at the hotel due to predicted icy weather. The food was excellent- very good bkfst buffet, lunch and banquet we attended prepared by the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a great venue for the event we attended. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this location.

The location was perfect. It was out of the way and not much traffic. The restaurant is inside the Hilton. Ana is the host and she is great! I just ordered the lemon pepper wings! And they were great and I got full plate of 10! I will be back!

Great hotel. Went there to celebrate New Year's 2026. I had a great stay. Rooms are large, clean, and they have such nice staff. I want to give a kudos to Tatiana, front desk, she was so friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. She even invited me to return to their hotel... something few hotel staff do. BTW the parking was free, I went down the street to where a friend of mine was staying and they were charged at their hotel for parking 🙃

My family stayed here for the weekend to attend a Sweet 16 in the local area. This hotel was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. PROS: Buffet hot breakfast was clean and offered various options! Check-out is at 12pm. CONS: no microwave in rooms. Indoor/outpool needs upgrading. It was not quite “heated.” During our stay, the county water had to get shut off so for hours, we were unable to use the sink, pee, poop or shower so that was super inconvenient!

We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.

Upon arrival/check in the staff did not greet at all and said "what is your last name" this continued onto the second day with rude staff at the front desk, specifically the two older ladies working the night shift. The hotel overall was ok. The first room given to us had mold/mildew around the bathtub the room was not properly cleaned. We immediately went back downstairs where another room was given to us. I would not recommend staying here unless you have to. Disappointed in the service and for a Hilton, I expected more for what was paid for. We will not be returning. The nice outdoor area is not part of the hotel and belongs to the restaurant unfortunately that area was closed the weekend we were there. They didn't seem to want to bother with it. The bar was ok, nothing special.
