Bedroom given to us had a terrible smell. The carpet was soaking wet and felt like the door had been locked for days. This resulted in extreme mold and unbearable smell. Thankfully, they gave us a different room but it wasn’t any good. The room furniture, linen, couch was super old with stains all over.

Absolutely nothing. I would never be back or recommend it to anybody ever. I was embarrassed to be even stating there.

Everything was horrible. The room felt old and not clean. It was not aesthetically pleasing. I felt like I was living in someone’s filth. The shower curtain was nasty and had visible gunk on it. The metal all had rust on it. Couldn’t even get a working iron. No elevator. The pool was not available. I mean just horrible. The towels were cheap and I’m not a fat person and they couldn’t even wrap around my body. None of the ice machines worked. Had to purchase ice and then found out there was a fridge with no freezer. I wish I could have gotten a refund cause I would of left there so fast. Never was I so happy to leave a hotel. That was not the relaxing weekend I thought I would have. I was miserable. The TV was small. I have picture frames that are bigger than the tv and had it on the wall in a dumb spot. There was homeless people in the parking lot smoking cigarettes every time I went to my car. Pure sh** hole.

My son lost his AirPods. Just for the sake of it we went back the next day and asked. I couldn’t believe they actually found and kept them!!!

When I arrived for check in I had to change rooms a 3 times due to ceiling mold in 1 room, another room the entire carpet/floor was wet due to the ac leaking. The last room the Ac went in and out also, the tv/ cable was out for 2 days straight and no discount at all.

The rooms I’ve been given initially always have a like wet carpet, mold/mildew smell which isn’t healthy for us as guest even for a cheaper stay health is more important. I usually have to ask to change rooms which they don’t mind but why not get it right the first time or just get a better HVAC system when cleaning the carpet

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff member at check in she’s younger and sweet and when I ask for any assistance she’s willing to help with no extra attitude.

The rooms seems stuff due to moist carpet or mold/mildew growing I had to ask for my rooms to swapped even after I sprayed Lysol the smell was so off I couldn’t relax

Housekeeping staff stolen my perfume and shirt which both of them are expensive ones. When I call back they took a day to check it out and said sorry.. Very dirty floor is sticking not at all recommended

The location was right off the highway

We were inconvenienced both nights. There was a smell in the rooms. The walls and paint were peeling in both rooms we had. There was mold and a broken toilet in our first room and the second room smelt stronger than the first room once we were switched. The second room had several spots that needed to be painted. There was paint chips hanging from the ceiling. The beds were stained under the mattress topper. And the property took 2 deposits out of my account, one for the first room I was switched from and one for the room I switched to. I was told I’ll be refunded once I notified the charge but I still haven’t seen a return.

When I reported the issues with my room, the manager blamed me instead of addressing my concerns. I found the response unprofessional, and based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Only good thing about this place was how close it was to my job.

It was very dirty, I had to keep complaining and nothing was getting done. I kept asking for the manager who finally came the next day 2 hours late and didn’t even acknowledge me. The room was nasty, it was dirty in the shower and a lot of mold!!! It was disgustingly dirty and I saw other people leaving and wanting a refund for the dirtiness as well! It’s not letting me add all my proof but even the TV kept going in and off this was the worse!!

It was extremely dirty , carpets were stain3ed , each hallway smell like cat pee or dog pee . We asked for a a vacuum because it was so much leftover trash from the last people that was in it. also went to Walmart to pick up cleaning supplies because the curtain had a mold stain and we found bugs in the bathroom.

I did not like the fact I was not told before reservation, they did not have elevators anywhere on the property..placed on the 2nd floor and had to take the stairs. Having to brainstorm how I was going to get all my stuff up the stairs and the room was all the way at the end..I eventually told them to put me on the first floor and was put in a handicap accessible room with the tub drainage system not working properly.

No fitness center No business center Computers don’t work Towels are old and scratch your skin Getting housekeeping is almost impossible. I had to have a AC unit swapped out. They wouldn’t even come and clean up the mess that the maintenance man made. No working ice machines. Only two functioning microwaves. They have a system for getting ice that is unsafe and unsanitary.

You don’t have to worry about being bothered. Except for the other guests having parties on the weekends. The staff does there best to avoid you.

My Ac stopped working Saturday, no maintenance until Monday. Did change my room because I would’ve had to downsize.

Idk if it’s because they allow pets or smoking but the over spray to cover up the smell was still lingering, which made it worse because the fan was blowing hot air in the room… also this hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but I have a full breakfast bar/kitchen. Idk I won’t book ever again

No amenities, outside of the front desk. Service is non existent. Housekeeping will steal if they actually attend to your room. Front desk will make note of your request, it just won’t be followed through. The towels and bedding is worn and dated. Plug in more than two things and you’ll blow a fuse.

The location is ok. The lobby and the desk staff were ok at best.

The building had no elevator, the rug was dirty with pieces of trash all over, the wall was dirty and the ceiling was coming apart. The room was ok the ceiling was coming apart, there were holes in the wall, and the light fixture was hanging. I saw a man laying on the ground by one of the sides door. The shower was dirty, no microwave in the room. The picture of the building is not the actual building.

None of the plug in outlets worked in my room. Had a difficult time charging my phone.

The floor was extremely dirty, the carpets were covered in medicine. It was filthy. There were two women in the reception area. They forcibly took $100 from me as a deposit, which wasn't necessary. Because when you were arranging it, you didn't say you had to give me a deposit. You need to agree to that beforehand. That's why the banks were closed at that time. I changed ATMs three times. Then I found the money.

There weren't even proper towels in the bathroom. I took a shower and came out soaking wet. It was awful, a real nightmare. I will never, ever go there again. I wouldn't sleep in that room.
