Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Shuttle bus from/to the Helsinki Vantaa airport.
The phone number of the hotel provided by Booking.com did not work, actually it has been simply no operative. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel itself informed me by text that it's useless to call the hotel to order a shuttle bus. I myself had to go to the information service of the airport to learn that the shuttle bus to the Scandic hotels near the airport departs from platform 42 of the bus station, according to its timetable. I saw many guests of the hotel who did not ask that, finally they had to take a taxi to the hotel (because, again, the phone number of the hotel was not operative). Not a friendy practice, I should say. Next: no kettle in the room, the guests should pay for everything.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Perushuone perushotellissa. Siistiä ja rauhallista. Lentokenttäkuljetuksen toimivat ajallaan ja homma toimi pääosin kuten pitikin. Yöpyisin toistekin tarvittaessa.
Aamupalalla useat tuotteet (puuro, jääkahvi, jogurtti jne) olivat loppu vaikka aamupala-aikaa vielä oli reilusti yli tunnin ja väkeä saapui meidän jälkeenkin runsaasti. Ja niiden puuttuvien tuotteiden lisääminen pyynnöstä huolimatta vei pitkä(hkö)n aikaa. Onneksi oltiin lomareissulla eikä kiireisemmällä työreissulla. Aamupala oli kyllä maukas, siitä plussaa.

Housekeeping didn’t clean the tea/coffee station and didn’t replenish our coffee/milk, we were in a superior room. We were asked this when went asked reception for more. So I’m guessing if you’re in a standard room you only get one coffee even if you are staying two nights.

Varhais aamiaisesta kannattaisi olla erillinen kyltti seinällä/respan tiskin näkyviin.
