Aamupala voisi olla tarjolla pidempään.

Aamiainen oli riittävä ja monipuolinen.

Lennon myöhästymisen vuoksi emme päässeet ajoissa nukkumaan, josta johtuen emme ehtineet tarpeeksi ajoissa aamiaiselle. Ei ollut kelloa mukana ja istuimme seinämän takana, emmekä huomanneet ajan kulua, emmekä aamiaistarjoilun päättymistä ja kun menin katsomaan mitä vielä ottaisin, oli melkein kaikki jo korjattua pois. Olisiko mahdollista että henkilökunta vielä ilmoittaisi ennen buffet pöytien tyhjentämistä, että jos haluatte vielä jotain, niin olisi vielä mahdollista hakea. Tämä ihan vinkkinä, koska varmaan lentojen myöhästymisten vuoksi ei aina ehdi ajoissa aamiaiselle. Myös bideesuihkujen puuttuminen kylpyhuoneista harmitti.

Il y a une piscine et un sauna dans l'hôtel, ainsi qu'une salle de jeux pour enfants mais dans le sous sol. mobilier des chambres plutôt récent. Bon buffet au petit déjeuner

Le parking pour 12 heures coûte 10 à 12 euros, et l'hôtel apparemment ne gère pas la facturation de la société de parking. Et la première chambre qui nous avait été donné n'était pas faite : pas de changement de draps, les anciennes serviettes laissées. Le personnel nous a redonné deux autres chambres communicantes (on était avec des enfants) ce qui a permis de rattraper le coup. Ce fut quand même la nuitée la plus chère du séjour, cela a refroidi notre entousiasme. L'hôtel est situé assez loin d'un centre commercial, il n'y a que le restaurant de l'hotel et une pizzeria à proximité.

Huone oli siisti, tyynyt ja vuode mukavat nukkua. Erillisestä hoitoaineesta kylpyhuoneessa plussaa. Hyvä sijainti meidän tarpeeseen, kun aamulla piti jatkaa matkaa. Aamupala oli hyvä ja klo 8 aikaan ei ollut ruhkaa, mikä oli hyvä asia.

Sijainti ja pysäköinti hyvä, bussikuljetus lentoasemalle. Huone oli modernisti sisustettu ja kompakti mutta avara.

En ymmärrä miksi piti näyttää luottokortti kun huone oli maksettu etukäteen? Bideetä kaipasin. Lisävuoteen patjanalus oli todella likainen. (Teen aina ludetarkistuksen, niitä ei onneksi löytynyt)

The houses we clean and condisive for the one night

Free ride is very helpfull cause you dont need to worry about taxi,staff very friendly,fast check in.

Toilet brush was very dirty,we had a room with 2 beds and we move them next to each other was a lot of dust under the bed,when you take a shower is a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

Good value for the money with good connection to the airport. We have been to this hotel multiple times and I recommand it especially to the families. There's a fridge in the room and a microwave near the elevators.

It would be nice to have a water kettle in the room. Some breakfast discount for the families would also be nice.

La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia y cómoda. El desayuno también estuvo bien, con bastante variedad y todo correcto. Además, el servicio de transfer desde el aeropuerto fue muy práctico y funcionó bien. En general, tuvimos una estancia agradable y quedamos satisfechos con el hotel.

Como aspecto a mejorar, el espacio de la habitación era un poco reducido, aunque en general estaba bien y resultó suficiente para nuestra estancia.

El precio, la habitación, la sauna, el transfer al aeropuerto, las recepcionistas...

I think it is exelent price-value, love the flexible times for breakfast. The room was cpmfortable and clean, the beds are also comfortable. Shuttlebus is a plus.

The room was too warm for the thick blankets they have so either thinner blanlets or cooling the rooms more would solve it.

Jai essayé de modifier ma réservation à cause d'un imprévu arrivé une semaine avant la date d'arrivée. L'hôtel a refusé de changer les dates de la réservation même s'ils avaient de la place le jour demandé (parce que booking non flexible). Ils auraient pu faire un geste vis à vis leur client, mais ils ont voulu rien savoir. Afin de ne pas perdre mon argent, j'ai dû raccourcir mon séjour et changer mes plans. Cela m'a laissé un arrière goût amer même si j'aime bien cet hôtel et les services qu'ils proposent. Faites attention car le parking est payant. En arrivant la nuit, je n'avais pas vu les caisses automatiques sur le parking et le matin une mauvaise surprise attendait sur le pare-brise ...Ca serait bien, si le personnel pourrait avertir par une simple question, "Avez-vous pensé à payer le parking ?" Cela ne leur coûte rien et évitera ce genre des mauvaises surprises... Malheureusement après cet expérience ,je n'y retournerai plus. Dommage car il y a quelque année j'avais bien apprécié mon séjour.

Bei der Ankunft am Flughafen fanden wir den gratis Shuttle zum Hotel nicht und zahlten zu viel für die kurze Taxifahrt.

Samassa kerroksessa oli tosi paljon noin 10v lapsia (ilmeisesti jotain joukkueita) ja pitivät todella järkyttävää meteliä. Ovet paukkuivat, hirveää juoksemista ja kiljumista koko illan. Olin matkalla kahden 9v tytön kanssa kenellä oli pitkä päivä takana ja toinen jännitti muutenkin hotellissa nukkumista, joten ei ollut tältä osin mitenkään mukava kokemus kuunnella sitä jatkuvaa huutoa ja melskettä. Kävin sanomassa asiasta myös hotellin aulassa, mutta tarina ei kerro kävikö kukaan ikinä tekemässä asialle mitään, koska melutaso laski ehkä 5min ajaksi ja sen jälkeen se taas nousi ilmeisesti kun saunaosasto meni kiinni niin ja lapset sieltä säntäsivät taas riehumaan käytäville. HUONOSTI NUKUTTIIN! muuten ei mistään valittamista.

An affordable and convenient option for an overnight stay before an early flight. It completely lived up to my expectations and was even better than some of the more expensive hotels right at the airport. Super pet-friendly😺

There were also a few drawbacks: The signage and navigation around the pool and saunas are very confusing. About 80% of people seem unable to figure out where to enter or where everything is located. There was no Men Sauna sign and some people were walking to wrong saunas. The water is cold, so it’s not really possible to simply go for a swim (I'm not complaining about the water, just a fact for those who don’t enjoy saunas but do like swimming pools). Water from the shower spills onto the bathroom floor outside the shower enclosure. When we arrived, the room temperature was set to +18°C, which felt quite cold. It’s impossible to have a cup of tea in the room, as there is neither tea nor a kettle. The room had toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer, my cat got some toys and snacks, my child got a lollipop, but there were no sanitary pads. Adding this small detail would make life much easier for your female guests😊

Very smiling, kind and helpful staff. There is a bus that runs every 30 minutes and connect the hotel with the airport. Rooms are simple, clean and comfortable.

Saavuttiin kolmen neljän välillä yöllä ja mentiin vain nukkumaan. Nukuttiin hyvin ja sitten seuraavana aamuna poistuttiin hiukan ennen puolta päivää. Kaikki henkilökuntalaiset oli mukavia ja saatiin nukkua ilman häiriötä. En tiedä olisiko ollut mahdollista saada aamupalaa niin paljon myöhäistettynä, mutta pärjättiin mainiosti ilman sitäkin. Saatiun myös helpot reittiohjeet läheiseen kaupppakeskukseen, johon siirryttiin kävellen.

Hotel je nedaleko letiště. Moderní pohodlný hotel s bazénem a saunou. Žádný hluk. Příjemní, ochotní zaměstnanci. Dobrá snídaně v prostorné jídelně s velkým výběrem pokrmů. Řetězec Scandic provozuje vlastní autobus, který v pravidelných intervalech vozí hotelové hosty zdarma z letiště do hotelu a z hotelu na letiště. Jen si dejte pozor, ať vystoupíte u správného hotelu, protože autobus sváží hosty ze všech 3 hotelů v okolí, patřících řetězci Scandic.

Cesta z hotelu do centra Helsinek městskou dopravou trvá poměrně dlouho. V hotelovém bazénu je studená voda. Hotelový autobus vozící hosty na letiště nejezdí vždy úplně včas, takže pokud spěcháte na letiště, raději jeďte dřívějším spojem, ať to stihnete.

Reception staff is excellent. We left an item to the room after leaving and the staff helped us to get it delivered back to us before we left the country. Fantastic customer service.

It was close to airport with a free shuttle. The check in was excellent and room was clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpfull!

Close to airport and short walk to Shopping mall where you can find everything from shopping to eateries.

La recepción, la piscina y sauna y tener cerca algún comercio. Y que estuviera al lado del aeropuerto. Que tengan servicio lanzadera gratuito al aeropuerto que funciona de maravilla. Que haya un cuarto de juegos para niños y un Quiz Kids alrededor del lobby.

La habitación. Está abarrotada de muebles, muy incómodos, con una altura de muebles que provocó que mi marido se golpeará dos veces en la cabeza al ir a acostarse en la cama. Nos tocó mover las camas por qué era incomodo. Es una habitación grande que podría aprovecharse mejor con otros muebles.

Hotel muy cerca del aeropuerto, tiene transfer gratuito. Está genial si tu vuelo sale pronto.

Cercanía al aeropuerto y traslado gratuito. El servicio de desayuno empieza pronto, a las 4:00 AM y si aún así tienes que salir antes te preparan un picnic. El hotel súper limpio. Hay una pizzería cerca del hotel.

Otydligt med transferbussen om vart man ska hoppa av någonstans. Det finns nämligen ett scandic i närheten som vi hoppade av vid som låg cirka 800 meter från detta boende.

Very good location. Free shuttle bus to and from airport all day. There is swimming pool also. Rooms were nice and clean. Atmosphere was quiet like most airport hotels.

Die Lage war sehr gut (Restaurants in der Nähe, 10min zum Flughafen per Shuttle) und das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig und für ein Flughafenhotel geschmacklich wirklich gut!

Plenty of room for suitcases, more than one chair in the room. Good arrangements for laptops etc. Excellent breakfast very friendly and helpful staff. During a quiet time one of them helped us to deal with a parking ticket.
