大人3人で予約したので、タオルやコップなど全て3人分用意して欲しかったです エキストラベッドは、真ん中が沈み過ぎて、身体が折り曲がり寝づらい状態でした チェックイン時にデポジット？としてカードで支払いをした チェックアウト時に先の支払いは無効と言われ再度別のカードで支払いをして2重払いになった感じになり不安でした 後で返金されたので、事なきを得ましたが、返金されると言ってくれれば良いのに、払われていないと言われて旅行が台無しになりました

Front desk service: There are only 2 staff and sometimes even 1 staff at the front desk for a hotel of over 200 rooms. Room cleaning service: During my stay, the room cleaning is apparently only provided during breakfast hours, if I have not hang “please clean room” sign during that specific narrow window, my room was completely ignored. Unexplained around euro 1300 deposit hold: Upon check-in, the front desk staff swiped my card and placed a massive hold of around euro 1300 without offering any explanation, I first thought this amount will use to offset part of the final payment. The policy stated at Booking.com should be only euro 50 per night x 6 nights for my reservation. Charging me such an exorbitant amount without explanation is completely deceptive. Even worse, I have been entirely ignored by the hotel. I sent emails, queried via the Booking.com message box, and even escalated the issue through Booking.com’s customer service. The hotel refused to reply to any of my inquiries. This level of disregard to a guest’s financial security is a nightmare that I have never experienced with any other hotel chain. I finally got my euro 1300 release from my card after 1 month. Appalling executive lounge experience (Substandard food and cramped space): There was almost no food available only with little fruits and packed snacks outside evening hours. During the evening hours, there were only 2 hot food options available. I have never, in all my years of staying at premium hotels, had to queue up just to get food in an executive lounge. During the period when experienced staff of the lounge were on leave, the drinks were not even refilled. Furthermore, the lounge is extremely cramped, with tables packed so closely together that there is no privacy. Breakfast: standard and limited variety of food as compared to my other hotels at Belgium, like 3 star hotel standard. Thank you Booking.com customer service team for your prompt service to settle my deposit !

Отсутствовали Ванные и туалетные принадлежности - нету Мини бар - нету Места для ручной клади - нет Депозит 100 евро непонятно за что Камера хранения - места нет Завтрак просто кошмар 2 звезды отеля максимум без повара омлета с вечно пустыми лотками с нарезкой Огурцы жёлтые В микро холле 10 м2 всего 2 стула ....

The room was comfortable. The location was perfect - directly across from Central Station. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would stay there again.

The room was air conditioned but even though we had a thermostat in the room, our adjustments didn't work. So the room was a little warmer than we would have liked.

My only complaint is that the room was too warm. There were NO instructions on how to use the air conditioning, and everything I tried failed. I opened the window, which did the trick. There should have been a little card or similar explaing how to adjust the temperature of the room.

Gorgeous, spacious. clean room. Great bath AND shower. Very happy they still provide shower caps. Location is the best! Central station is just across the street. Also next door there is a beautiful Smurf tunnel. We will definitely stay again.

I didn't know you could book a Smurf room. The hotel could advertise it better.

The location is excellent. The Central train station is right in front of the hotel and the Grand Place is only a few minutes away. Many tourists sights are a short walk away. The staff is courteous and welcoming. The breakfast is good with timings up to 11 pm throughout August.

Sobretot la situació. Davant mateix de l’estació central de trens, a pocs metres de la Grand Place i d’altres llocs turístics d’interés. L’habitació molt amplia, cómoda i maca. I l’atenció del seu personal molt servicial.

Direkt an der Central Station. Zum Grand Place musste man über schlechtes Pflaster nach unten laufen ca. 400m. Mit Rollator fast nicht zu machen. Für das schlechte Pflaster in Brüssel kann das Hotel aber nichts. :-) Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer mit Badewanne benötigten aber eine ebenerdige Dusche. Am Vorabend gefragt war aber nichts möglich er hat in den Computer gesucht aber nichts gefunden. Nach dem Frühstück hatte ich gefragt wo die Föhns sind (wurde uns von Sarah erklärt) In dem Zuge hab ich gleich noch mal wegen ebenerdiger Dusche gefragt. (Sarah wurde nicht von dem Kollegen informiert!) Sarah lief zur Höchstform auf. Geben sie mir 30 Minuten dann hab ich was. 30 Minuten später ein Wunder. Sarah hatte ein Zimmer. Moderner als das erste. Gleich in der Nähe des Lifts. Moderne ebenerdige Dusche. Flatscreen modernster Ausführung. Ein Lob an Sarah. Als wir an der Rezeption fragten wie die Klimaanlage zu bedienen ist kam sofort einer mit auf Zimmer und erklärte dies. Ein Tag säter an der Rezeption fragten wir nach einem Briefkasten um Karten einzuwerfen. Die wurde uns erklärt. Kurze Zeit später an der Rezeption ich hatte zufällig noch die Postkarten in der Hand - dies sah Sarah ! Ach die werfe ich für Sie ein das ist unser Service. Ein Engel!!

What a fabulous hotel. This hotel is situated in a great location if you are here for exploring. It’s so close to all the hustle bustle by the grand place and , just a stones throw from the central station , useful did you want to day trip to bruge. Staff on front desk were amazing. Every single one of them ! Antonella in the breakfast area was an angel . She was attentive , helpful and went out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable and always had a smile . Hotel staff went over and beyond to make a beautiful waffle with a sparkler and candle for my dad’s birthday . Would definitely recommend this hotel.

De erg centrale ligging recht tegenover de centraal station. Ondanks deze ligging geen storende geluiden van buiten hoorbaar in de kamer. Erg ruim bed met bedlinnen van zeer goede kwaliteit. Een mooi en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Ik had bewust een exclusieve kamer geboekt om gebruik te kunnen te maken van de lounge en bijhorende voordelen. Door renovatiewerken was de lounge echter gesloten. Ter compensatie werd er 1 drankje per persoon in de hotel bar aangeboden wat ik erg karig vond. Ondanks dat al het personeel zeer vriendelijk was stoorde ik me erg aan het feit dan niemand van het personeel de Nederlandse taal machtig was. In onze 2 talige hoofdstad vind ik dat erg triestig.

A good Hilton Hotel in central Brussels, opposite the main station which is underground (no noise). Short walking distance to Grand Place and the major touristic spots there. You can also walk to Sablon, the Royal Palace. The Parking Garage is Interparking Grand Place. It is not run by Hilton and costs about 30 Euros per day. It is a bit difficult to find, use your GPS. The traffic is moderate, but you need your nerves. There are two entrances to the parking garage. Use the one at Boulevard de L'Imperatrice. There is a direct access from the parking garage to the Hilton with a lift. Look in the four corners of the rectangular parking garage. The hotel is spacious, the room as well. Excellent breakfast Hilton style. Good A/C., good bed, good bathroom. Minor problems with room installations were rapidly addressed and repaired. Except for a communication problem that concerned the vouchers given as compensation for the closed Executive Lounge, everything was perfect. 90% of the staff was very friendly and helpful, with 10% (at the reception), we had our issues. The price is appropriate for the hotel. We would certainly come again.

Overall, I don't have any complaints about this hotel. The staff was very nice, the hotel and the room itself were nice and clean. The breakfast selection was very good and it is quite literally only steps from the train station. This hotel is far, far better than the other Hilton closer to midi station and I highly recommend choosing this one.
