Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre

N/A

The location was excellent. I was there during a festival attendance and my returning from it make this location fantastic

Room was really nice and comfortable

Locatie is heel goed.

Goed ontbijt, centraal gelegen, bedden goed, mooi schoon alles, personeel zeer vriendelijk

Everything is perfect, location, service, staff, rooms, extremely comfortable bed, pillows the best ever

Heel fijn hotel, rusti gelegen en dichtbij centraal station Brussel.

Niets eigenlijk.

Everything was perfect. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The chocolate in each room every day was a delight. Attention to details is brilliant. The quality of toiletries is great.

Nothing

Exceptional hotel and the beds are so comfortable

Tutto. Gentilezza staff. Ambiente confortevole. Stanze rifinite. Aria condizionata. Ristorante buono. Parcheggio privato sotto l’hotel. Vicinanza al centro.

Alles

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, a 3 minute walk from the centraal train station. comfortable spacious room.

the only downside was the view from the room, onto office buildings

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The location is fantastic.

Nothing.

Schone kamer en airco in warme weer

Gute Lage

Kamer is goed geïsoleerd.

I had a lovely stay at pillows hotel and I will be recommending it to all my friends and family in New Zealand 🇳🇿

Some of the night shift staff on the front desk were grumpy with me when I couldn't find things in my room 🙃

Niente

The staff at reception and in the breakfast room are very friendly; they’re helpful and provide detailed answers to any questions that arise

Nothing

Exceptional stylish hotel, just round the corner from Centraal Station. Friendly welcome at reception. Had spent the days before staying in a clinical plain hotel, so the considered style of Pillows, with radio, notebook and great lighting, was an absolute tonic.

I had an internal-facing room, suspect external-facing rooms have quite different natural light

Location, breakfast, bed, fast check in

Great location, very good breakfast, comfortable bed

This hotel had the comfiest beds we’ve ever had in a hotel! Great location, wonderful staff, perfect accommodations. The restaurant was wonderful and the food delicious!

Alles!!!!

Alles war perfekt!

Son derece merkezi her yere kolaylıkla ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Tekrar konaklamam gerekse yine aynı oteli tercih ederim.

Sanırım şişe su gibi ikramlarının olmasını isterdim. Onun dışında hiçbir olumsuz yorumum bulunmuyor.

Top notch location, just 10 minutes from the main street, one minute away from the metro station and central train station and next to a famous church in the city. On top of that it was incredibly clean, the staff was great and the room was quite spacious. We even had a little gift waiting for us in the room - two belgian chocolates and a packet of a nice crisps. Since we didn't have breakfast, I can't comment on that. Not really much of a view, but I don't care about that at all.

If I want to nitpick the only slightly not perfect thing is the size of thegym - it is really quite small. Just one small room with a mat, bench, treadmill and stationary bike, as well as a small variety of weights ranging from 10kg do 20kg. Despite that, it was clean, comfortable and with a nicely working AC and I am grateful that there even is one.

I had a lovely stay, the room was great and comfortable and the staff very kind and professional. I also received an upgrade to my room, which was a nice surprise! I really enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee was great (very important the morning after BTS!) The location was central and really easy to travel from.

Nothing with the hotel itself! Roadworks at the intersection the hotel is on made it a bit confusing to reach though.

alles verliep super vlot!

Nada.

The hotel is located right by an amazing church, so your view upon exiting the hotel is incredible. The location is pretty close the main train station, but it takes a little walking to get to the main downtown area. However, that made for a more quiet stay, which we prefer. The actual view from our room was just another building. The room was comfortable but small, and they did have small chocolates waiting for us :) The hotel itself is small but well appointed. We did not dine there because great coffee shops were in close proximity.

There was a lot of road construction, so navigating our walks was a bit difficult. The room was also smaller than we're used to, but it was fine. I would not say that this hotel was "above and beyond" in the way that the Pillows hotel chain is known for. It was a nice hotel but not spectacular.

The close proximity to train station, the wonderful sheets and pillows and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was very small but that’s typical in Europe

Lovely hotel with great location, extremely friendly front desk staff, definitely would recommend

excellent stay, amazing bed

Hervorragende, zentrumsnahe Lage dicht bei der Kathedrale. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber. Sehr gute Dusche.
