Excellent option for overnight flight connections. Hotel is in excellent condition and has a great bar and restaurant. Transportation to and from the airport is excellent.

Great hotel to stay in before a flight. Room was spacious, very comfortable bed! My only complaint would be the bathroom not reflecting the rest of the room; it was fine, clean but dated & a little worn. There’s also a weird full door size mirror on the back of the bathroom door that faces the toilet … which is unnerving! The door is also just a swing door without a lock, I was staying alone but otherwise this would give limited privacy. Restaurant & bar was pleasant enough, if a little pricey for the level of service/cuisine. No other options in the immediate area. Airport shuttle is complimentary & fast, running from the hotel to car parks & terminals. There’s also a regular train from terminal 4 that gets you into the city in 18mins. Staff were really friendly & welcoming. Would recommend for a stay before a flight from Arlanda.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and well appointed room, great onsite restaurant and convenient access to terminal with free hotel shuttle. Also walking distance to car rental companies. We love all that and will choose this hotel next time we come to Stockholm .

Shuttle was there as promised and the property was very clean and neat. Staff was good too. We ate in the restaurant on the premises. It was expensive but it was tasty.

Overall very happy with our stay. Food in the restaurant was tasty, well prepared and well presented. Only negative was that the fridge in our room had not been emptied from previous occupant and tea/coffee etc had not been replenished.

Rooms upstairs moving furniture noisily for half an hour at 1:30 am.

Brilliant, close to the airport location,esp if you arrive at odd hrs and need to collect a rental car ( Hertz, National , Enterprise) . Standard Radisson fare.

The perfect stop before our flight back to the states. With a great night’s rest and wonderful breakfast, it made a full day of travel much easier to handle.

Great hotel that we have rebooked every year for the past 4 years when leaving to go home after our yearly 5 week vacation in Scandinavia. The only change this year is no more free parking although the booking on Hotels.com indicates it. Room is spacious clean and lovely. Downstairs there is nice restaurant. A little pricey but well worth it. 28 dollars for burger and fries.

A simply lovely hotel. Easy check in amazing breakfast a perfect place to overnight before or after a flight! Def will be back. Godfrieda in the dining hall is a treasure!!

I loved everything except the A/C. Ask for the newer building which has individual temp controls. I went to the front desk to mention my room was very hot and was immediately offered the opportunity to switch rooms, which I did. The older section has a shared system which runs hot in summer and cold in winter. Lovely restaurant, clean fresh room, convenient free airport shuttle.

Shuttle service was surprisingly slow and crowded. Otherwise hotel was fine.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Arlanda Airport and did not expect much for a one-night transit stay. But in reality, we were embraced by the quiet luxury of this wonderful hotel. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and the reception welcomed us with fresh tangerines and water. The airport transfer (to and from) was complimentary, and a buffet breakfast was available starting at 4:30 AM for a reasonable fee. That worked out perfectly for us since we had to leave the hotel by 6:00 AM. There's also a restaurant on site, where we had a nice dinner. It stayed open until 11:00 PM and was taking orders up to its closure time. Our waitress stopped by the table three minutes before 11 and kindly reminded us that we still had time to order a dessert if we wanted to. I thought it was incredibly nice. If you are looking for a short transit stay near the airport, don't look any further. And if you are planning to explore Stockholm perhaps, this hotel could also be a great option as room prices are very reasonable, and the Arlanda Express will take you straight downtown Stockholm in just 20 minutes.

Was only there for one night. Had dinner in the restaurant that was wonderful. The room was VERY quiet even though it was near the airport. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioned. If I had to find something off - the lighting could have been brighter in the room, but that was nothing really. Excellent stay.

Carpets in lobby and restaurant are in need of replacement. Could not cool room to comfortable temperature. TV had to be reset numerous times. Restaurant service and food was excellent. Huge breakfast was all you could ask for.

Great location. It's right next to the rental car place and we just walked across the street back to the hotel upon returning the rental car.

Prior to any issues I would have gave the hotel a low end 3. We booked for convenience between two flights. It’s ok as a hotel.it was warm in the room when we walked in, I dropped the temp in the thermostat and briefed myself on the system. Which was only to change the language, and lower/raise the temp. I hit ALL the buttons. After about an hour or two I was breaking a sweat. Tried using the room phone to call the front desk but it was the only one button call that didn’t work. I went down to the front desk. He said it’s possible in the US I may not be familiar with the system. Spoke in a very condescending manner the entire time and asked if I tried the raising/lowering temp buttons… and that’s all. I told him yes, the ac is broken. The response was, it is not broken, it is just not working. I can offer you a fan or a room change. Anyways it’s a hard 3 but I got a review email right after so here we are. 2 for the attitude. My opinion is they knew that the room (possibly floor or even building) ac was not working and hoped you don’t say anything. We moved to another attached building that seems reserved for members or flight staff. It is much better, but no doubt still a 3 at best.

Unsafe and Unprofessional Bus Service from Arlanda Airport to Radisson Blu I had a very upsetting experience with the shuttle bus service from Arlanda Airport to the Radisson Blu hotel. I was traveling with my wife and son. When we arrived at our stop, my wife was still outside the bus while my son and I were inside. I repeatedly pressed the stop button to alert the driver, but he did not acknowledge it at all. Shockingly, the driver drove off without giving us any chance to fully disembark, leaving my wife stranded and us stuck inside the bus for another full round. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it was a serious safety issue. The driver also behaved rudely and used inappropriate language when I tried to address the situation. This experience was completely unacceptable. Better training, improved communication, and a focus on passenger safety are urgently needed. I hope the company takes this matter seriously to prevent it from happening to others.

Five star amenities. comfortable beds. The pullout sofa bed was already made upon arrival, the mattress was at least 6 to 8 inches and not flimsy. Sheets were crisp clean cotton and towels were ready to be used. The bathroom is very small and narrow, but had glass Shower doors and Corian countertops. very clean. Breakfast was included and impressive.— fresh pressed juices (orange, apple, grapefruit, tomato), coffee, or tea, ice water. there was food to make sandwiches, crêpes, or Swedish style pancakes, a variety of pastries, such as donuts, croissants. I don’t recall, cereals, but a variety of cheeses, milk and yogurt were available. It was definitely superior for continental breakfast, they also had premade, scrambled eggs, macaroni and cheese, sausages, and Sunnyside fried eggs. there was something for everybody’s taste. The location did not have much of a scenic view, but was immediately adjacent to multiple rental car parking lot. check in lobby Staff was friendly and helpful and answered most of my questions. The glass enclosed space for waiting for shuttle bus to airport had nice, comfortable club, leather chairs, and marble top tables. no need to schedule a time for the shuttle bus, you just waited until the bus came and took you to your terminal. This is a great place to stay right before leaving to get to airport. Highly recommend.

After a long journey through Scandinavia, we spent our last day here to rest up for a long flight home. The Radisson Blue exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The workout facilities were top notch. The room was clean and comfortable. The P3 bus service to and from the airport is easy and runs reliably every 15 minutes. We had a very relaxing stay.

Clean and comfortable room. It was also quiet and dark for sleeping. The breakfast was super. It had a huge variety of items and delicious. We found the restaurant folks helpful and pleasant. There also was a great area for walking. And the shuttle service suburb.

It's getting a little worn here and there but the hotel is as nice, comfortable and the staff as welcoming as it's always been. However, about 5 years ago the breakfast was exceptional, with Salmon, eggs cooked your way and a true variety of temptations that made it a true Scandinavian culinary adventure. Today it's a mere shadow of how it was, no Salmon, no eggs how you want, bland mass produced dullness. If you value a good breakfast stay at the Clarion. If you value good service from professional staff, stay here.

After dropping off our rental car, we spent one night in the hotel. We walked from the nearby rental car center—easy check-in and easy to grab the shuttle the next morning for my flight.

Getting to the hotel from the airport was super easy and convenient, and once at the hotel, 'Booking in' was very easy, as the reception team were helpful My only gripe was the bathroom was very compact; just a little bit more room and it would have been excellent

The location is excellent. The P3 (bus) takes you within 5 minutes from hotel to airport. It runs every 15 minutes, but it seemed more often then that. The breakfast was impressive. The room was clean and spacious.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff at check-in were very helpful with allowing us to check-in 2 hours early by joining the Radisson club membership. Our room was clean and nice enough, but the extra heavy down comforter was too heavy/warm - both my wife and I were sweating every night! Room servicing also could have been better - I had to seek out coffee pods for the in-room coffee maker and after enjoying the mini bottle of wine in the in-room fridge, it was never replaced. All in all, it was a good stay.

The check in was fast and easy. The bed was very comfy. I loved the USB ports for quick & easy charging. The washroom was properly vented. There was some minor damage to the wall of the tub. The furniture seed too large for the room. There was no view (but that was not a problem for us this stay). Easy access from the airport. I would stay there again.

Perfect property if you're looking to transit to the airport. Facilities are nice. There's a swimming pool and sauna. The shuttle makes it very convenient to reach the hotel. However, the standard room is slightly small in size. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

The location seemed to be a bit far, since they said it was an airport property, but once we figured out the bus system is took no longer than 5 minutes to or from the property. I have to say the person working the VIP check in desk was no help, but the other young woman working the normal check in was amazing. Checked in on April 30 around 10:30am.
