Radisson Blu Airport Terminal Hotel, Stockholm-Arlanda Airport

The staff were fabulous.The hotel needs some little work updating. The hotel needs to put more towels in the room

This hotel is extremely convenient to the airport, and Stockholm is only about a half-hour ride away. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated by my wife and me, as this was our first time here and we knew absolutely nothing about getting around.

Room was great when I finally got there after taking shuttle to wrong Radisson hotel. Directions could be a little clearer for guests travelling on Arlanda Express

Convenient, comfortable, very friendly check-in.

The room we got was with a poor cleaned toilet. Also we are not given proper hygiene kit like toothbrush and need to ask. The front desk receptionist wasn’t friendly

The bathtub drain caused the floor drain to back up such that tbere was a flood when i tried to drain the tub.

Room was large, clean, large windows, close to check in desk. We enjoyed the early breakfast. Having that start at 4:30 am is a real plus. 2 TVs but remotes didn’t work well. Maybe new batteries?

A convenient place to stay before an early flight. Our taxi driver from Stockholm had a difficult time locating where to drop us off. It was confusing signage. Once we found it the staff was very pleasant and the room was clean and nice. Again, the long semicircular hallways were somewhat confusing. A few more signs pointing to the elevator would be helpful.

Ideal to get a good rest before morning flight. Less than 5 minute walk to check in at Terminal 5

The room did not have the charm of rooms we’ve had before. The room set up for a person in a wheelchair with special accommodations. While I’m glad that such accommodations are available for those who need them, I wish we had been asked as we would have preferred a regular room.

This was the perfect location for an early flight. The hotel has a restaurant connected which had a good selection. Other restaurants also close by. Easy walking distance to Terminal 5. A little further walk to terminal 2 but still not bad.

Convenient location being right at the terminal

The proximity of this property to the airport makes our travel from Stockholm to be very easy and stressless. We actually checked our bags in before went for breakfast. super convenient.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and in terminal. Staff, especially Mustafa and his colleagues at reception, go out of their way to help, assist and make guests very comfortable. Highly recommended

So to be fair we booked a 'Standard' Room; if you do not want the fridge to work that's OK; we had food/beverages to keep cold and we were told the rate we had meant no use of the in room refrigerator. Also, food/dining options for 'late dinner' at ARL in Sky Park where hotels are located are limited and spendy (as expected for on airport experience). Best to find something in terminal near gate(s). Overall decent spot for quick stay to catch early flight howeverr - would use again.

The staff were wonderful , the hotel room seemed a bit tired and due for an update . Meal cost for salad - meetballs - 1 beer and a slice of cake came to $130.00 Canadian 😬.

Room was great, comfy bed. Just not to sure why the bathtub is curved and narrow, difficult to shower, water goes everywhere. Tub edge very high, scary to get out onto wet floor. Check-in great, breakfast fantastic.

Great location for an early flight. Food was very good.

Not sure how, but it was booked for the wrong date. They couldnt refund any of it, and they made me pay full price the following day for the night that was actually supposed to be booked.

Wonderful restful night after excellent dinner at adjacent Sky Horizon dining. Such a comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. Wake up call. Mobility Assistance on time at 0400 to gate for flight.

Very convenient location within Arlanda Airport’s Terminal 5.

Very quiet room. Very convenient to walk out of hotel right into the airport. You have access to all the shops (before security) so it was easy to pick up a snack or drink.

Bed comfort excellent, but small and dated room with no view.

Everything as expected and beyond

A convenient, well located hotel which was ideal for our needs. Don't ask the staff for assistance in any matter, as they aren't interested...iced water was a problem!

The room was fine for 3 adults although the 3rd bed was not made up, there were only 2 towels and the shower nozzle was unable to be connected to the vertical adjustment bar. The restaurant was quite good, the front desk and housekeeping were very attentative and quick to respond to our needs. Kudos to them.

The hotel is dated. There were no washcloths, the towels were thin and rough and the general condition of the room was worn down. The rooms look into a lit part of the airport lobby through oddly small windows (even if you book an upgraded "runway" view), so the effect is looking into a courtyard rather than looking outside. The location is great (inside the terminal), but next time I would book a different hotel even if it meant a few extra minutes walk to my flight.

Outdated complicated shower mechanism. Very low pressure in over head shower. Beside that, all great.

This is our second stay at this hotel. It is so convenient for easy access arriving and departing the next day. Reception was excellent and the breakfast was satisfactory. Only complaint is the small step up to bathroom. I stub my toe every time.

Amazing stay ! Everyone was very helpful

We arrived at 15:00 when the desk was not busy. A friendly clerk checked us in and answered questions about nearby shopping. Out keys didn’t seem to work so I got new keys. Those didn’t seem to work either so I got the clerk to check the door. The door needed to be pulled while turning the door knob to gain entry. Not a big deal when you don’t have a month’s worth of luggage to handle at the same time. Then we put our passports in the safe which was on the floor level of the bed side table. It failed to open and various staff attempted to use their limited tools to open it for the next 3 hours. We had to call a neighboring Radisson to get support.

It was fine for an airport hotel. It probably needs to be renovated though.

Located very close to the international terminal 5 on Arlanda Airport. Easy to bring even a lot of luggage for check in. Very close to shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff.

Great stay but hard mattress

Do you have a flight leaving in the early morning? Why not stay at the airport Raddison the night before so you are at the gate early? Have a flight coming in late? Why not stat at the airport Raddison that night before you move on to your final destination?

There are no signs in the airport directing one to the hotel. Who knows what "Sky City" is? We asked a cab driver who, for $80, drove us 5 minutes to the other Radisson. Waited in line to check in, then told we were in the wrong place. We wasted probably an hour, and we were only there to sleep overnight and catch a plane in the morning. The facilities were fine, but seems like you could be much clearer with the signage in the airport.

There were no toiletries, hand towels in the room. The lights were overly complicated. I did not receive the extra blanket I requested I could not work the shower. It was very small and hard to fit in as well.

Great stay when taking a flight at terminal 5 the next day!

10 +++/ AAA+++ stay. Right in the airport between Terminal 4 and Terminal 5. The check-in young woman was excellent, she was very helpful and friendly. Very large, new clean room. Great wifi. Great hot water. Ice machine. Elevator. Very quiet room even though you are directly in the airport. Walk to check-in for your flight.

We love that location is right smack at the airport so we don't have to worry about getting a ride in the morning when we fly early.

I stayed here prior to my early departure the next morning. What was really appreciated is they start breakfast service at 4:30 am for the early departures. It is also walkable inside the airport to all terminals.

We had an early flight out of Stockholm at 6am and this hotel was perfect since it is located inside the terminal. Lots of dining options around it and essy access to the terminals. Staff was very nice and the room was perfect. We were a family of 3 and booked the junior suite since we knew that in Europe and Nordic Countries everything is very small. Size of the room was perfect. Highly recommended if you have an early flight or arrive very late at night

TV kept losing the broadcast. Not sure if it was a cable that was loose or internet weak. Room 504

It's super convenient hotel for airline transfer stay because it located inside of the airport building. We only walked 5 minutes to get into hotel.

The room was very smelly. Had to run the AC for long while before smell disappeared. Appeared to be coming from the plumbing...

Great location being in the airport, made terminal 2 in around a 5 min walk.

Very easy to find, fast and friendly check in

If you're arriving at Arlanda one day and flying out the next, it's a no-brainer to stay at Radisson Blu Sky City; takes one more layer of stress out of the travel experience: in the morning you check out seamlessly with fast, efficient, super-helpful staff and simply walk to your gate for boarding. The facility is clean and stylish. Personally, I love the marble, slightly-retro bathrooms. Meals in the lobby-level restaurant right outside the entrance door are top-notch. Breakfast buffet menu was very comprehensive. Considering the convenience and what Radisson must pay for operating a location INSIDE the airport, the price is competitive and fantastic. A Rating

Super convenient for overnight stays at Arlanda!

We fell out early the next morning and this was the perfect location right in the terminal. We left the hotel and were at the gate in the less than 5 minutes

I would recommend this hotel if you have an early departure from Arlanda airport. You can access all terminals without going outside and there are plenty of restaurants to access if you wish.

We stayed for an overnight layover. Everything was perfect. Service was fantastic.
