English skills were not the best

Nothing in particular. Everything was great — the location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Per chi ha poco tempo, la posizione è comodissima. Si raggiunge a piedi la strada pedonale di Myeong-Dong, cosí come la parte storica. La metro è comunque a due passi. Dall'aeroporto c'è la navetta che ti lascia proprio davanti all'hotel e di cui ti mandano le indicazioni per mail prima dell'arrivo. Top! La stanza che abbiamo preso era molto grande, il bagno un pochino datato, ma pulito e funzionale. La colazione di qualità e con grande varietà di salato e dolce. Staff molto cordiale. Consigliatissimo!

Great spot, close to a number of key attractions and shopping. Clean hotel.

Excellent hotel, good facilities, good location, close to the underground and shops. Staff very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and everything necessary for our stayed. We love the view from our window. We will stay at President hotel again if we comeback to Seoul.

The hotel was very comfortable, beautiful view, a central location, great AC and a large and varied breakfast buffet that helped us have a great start to our mornings.

Не работал сейф и унитаз был отключен от функции биде. Запах сигарет попадал в ванну от соседей.

L’emplacement est idéal. Le petit déjeuner est international il y a du choix et c’est très bien.

Je n’ai pas aimé le fait que l’utilisation de la machine à laver soit payante. L’eau dans la baignoire mettait du temps à se vider ce qui m’écœurait. Nous avons également retrouvé une bête dans la chambre (bien qu’elle soit faite tous les matins). Pour le prix payé le service n’était pas la

立地条件が思った以上に良かったです。又、スタッフさんの毎朝の挨拶も清々しかったです。 窓から見える街並みも良かったです。部屋に忘れ物をしてチェックアアウトをしてしまいましたが、ハウスキーピングにて大切に保管してもらっていました。

Il bagno non è da 4 stelle. Ancora con le tendine appiccicose nella vasca!! Vasca old style. Bagno vecchio e con poca luce. Per truccarsi ero praticamente al buio. Due asciugamani a testa e basta. Nessun accappatoio e l’asciugamani per la doccia era piccolo come un normale asciugamano. Nella stanza Nessun armadio. E aria condizionata esagerata che non poteva essere gestita in maniera localizzata ed autonoma. Assurdo! Abbiamo dormito con il piumone. Una colazione assolutamente insoddisfacente, sempre uguale e non da 4 stelle. E’ esagerato il prezzo per i servizi che offre. Alla reception nessuno parla inglese! E poi il giorno dell’arrivo ci hanno fatto aspettare ore prima di avere la stanza. Dopo un viaggio di tante ore… nessuna premura hanno avuto per noi ospiti. Pessima accoglienza.

Lokalizacja - blisko stacji metra, przystanków autobusowych; poza tym idealne miejsce na piesze spacery po Seulu. Czystość, bardzo dobre śniadania. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy.

食事が美味しかった。

掃除をもう少し丁寧にしてほしい。 お風呂場に髪の毛が残っていることや、 洗濯済みのタオルに髪の毛が付いていることがあった。

친절한 직원, 조용하고 깨끗한 방, 빠른 엘리베이터. 부족함이 없었습니다. 또 바로 아래 팀홀튼이 있어서 간단히 커피와 식사하기도 좋았어요. 덕분에 여름휴가 잘 보냈습니다. 다음에 재방문 하겠습니다.

Hotel un pò datato ma centralissimo e con buon rapporto costo / qualità / posizone. Camere ampie anche se non completamente insonorizzate. Vicinissimo sia ai principali monumenti, raggiungibili a piedi, sia alla fermata della metro a 10 mt. che a quella del bus per l'aeroporto a 50 mt.

Mobilia un po datata e zone comuni (hall) disadorne e prive di aree comode (divani, tavolini)

Accueil très soigné, localisation particulièrement intéressante pour naviguer facilement partout en ville et accéder à l'aéroport.

ホテル自体は全体的に少し古い感じがしましたが、ロビー周りはキレイで、少しリッチな気分になりますし、部屋もリノベーションしているので問題なし。 部屋も広く、眺めも良く、ウオシュレットもあって快適。徳寿宮がすぐ下に見えます。 高層階へのエレベーターも早く、問題なし。 立地は地下鉄1号線、2号線の市庁駅にもホテルすぐ前の階段を降りると地下でアクセスできてどこに行くにも便利。 ロッテ百貨店、明洞、南大門エリアも徒歩で行けるし、快適に過ごすことができました。また泊まりたいと思います。

高層階の部屋に泊まりましたが、窓がピカピカではなく、少し曇っているとこがあって、せっかくの眺めがちょっとトーンダウンです。でも、高層階の窓を拭いたりキレイにするのはかなりの労力と費用なので仕方ないかな。景色が見えないわけではありません。普通には見えます。

The location was amazing, staff were very helpful and accommodating and the room was very spacious and clean.

ココは定宿です。中心部でお仕事をする際は最もアクセスポイントが高い場所で非常に便利です。最近はお部屋も改装をしてきていて前より非常に綺麗になっています。低層階がオフィスビルなので、9時前後はEVも非常に込み合いますが宿泊者とは完全に区別されているので問題はありません。TEAコーナーのパンとcookiesはいつも安価で非常によいクオリティでオススメです。

El baño estaba anticuado y la bañera incómoda. Además un día no nos hicieron la habitación.

A nice hotel in an excellent location. Comfortable room and bed. Very good breakfasts. Nice staff. Washers and driers on the 20th floor.

Light near the door in the room is turned on by a motion sensor, no switch. Ventilation in the bathroom did not work.

Location is very good. Facilities are slightly old, especially bathroom. But good enough and well maintained.

明洞に近く、空港バスの乗り場や市庁駅にも近くロケーションは抜群です！宿泊したのが高層階だったので、街中でも静かでした。 フロントの方も日本語で対応していただき、大変スムーズでした。

壁が薄く（？）隣の声は気になりましたが、夜中まで騒いでいる感じもなかったので、特に問題になる程度ではありませんでした。 それ以外はとくにないです。

It was in a great location, next to lots of eateries and a train station. Some of the main attractions were nearby. The gym was well equipped.

Beds were too small (even for twin beds), unfortunately double bedded were not available. Furniture was dated, access to Netflix/Prime/Disney+ would have been appreciated.

Camera ampia e silenziosa, con vista pazzesca! Sensazione di lusso già dalla reception. Sala colazioni molto bella, con staff molto gentile. Colazione veramente ampia, varia, compresa di tutto ciò che si possa desiderare. Ascensori a volte lenti, ma in ampio numero, suddivisi per "zone" e con funzionamento a tessera. Posizione super comoda per tutto, anche se per la metro bisogna fare qualche passo a piedi con le valigie.

Forse l'ambiente un po' freddo, distaccato, più adatto a soggiorni di lavoro. Mancanza di uno shop interno e di una SPA, anche se c'è un centro estetico subito sotto. Non economicissimo, per gli standard coreani che ho trovato in questo soggiorno. Qualche piccolo appunto sulla pulizia in camera, ma pochissima cosa.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier central et animé, mais suffisamment au calme. Le métro est juste au pied. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie confortable ; en étage élevé, nous avions une très jolie vue, notamment sur la mairie et le palais. La salle du petit déjeuner donne sur la Namsan Tower. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et on peut y manger ce que l'on aime (plats coréens et occidentaux).

La climatisation des parties communes est un peu trop forte à mon goût.

מלון נהדר. חזרתי אליו בפעם השניה, ואחזור אליו בדצמבר הקרוב שוב. המיקום מרכזי, השירות נהדר, החדרים מרווחים, הכל מקסים!!! נהנתי מאוד!

The Hotel is next to the Seoul city hall and also very close to Myeongdong shopping area which is very vibrant at night. You can walk to most sights easily and there is the Metro which makes it easier to visit other districts. Breakfast was a well laid out and had lots of choice.

I don't have anything to complain about.
