Albergo in posizione ottima vicino la steazione centrale di Seoul e al quartiere di Myeongdong con un'infinità di locali e ristoranti. Ottima ancha la vicinanza al palazzo Gyeongbokgung raggiungibile anche a piedi con una bella passeggiata ed alla fermata city hall della metropolitana.

Camere molto carine ma leggermente piccole.

3人部屋を予約したら、シングルがちゃんと3つの部屋だった。　お風呂とトイレが別。お風呂は浴槽が広く、洗い場にお風呂の椅子があり、体が洗いやすかった。　日本人スタッフや日本語が堪能なローカルスタッフもおり、フレンドリーであった。オススメのご飯屋さんを教えていただき、ローカル感バッチリに参鶏湯を楽しめた。

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, well organized and with lovely views over the city. Location is perfect for both tourism and business and within walking reach to most sights and shopping areas. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Certain items at breakfast (bakeries, cheese, yogurt, fruits, salad) and coffees could be improved both in quality and selection, while the hot dish selection is much better.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von mehreren Rezeptionisten empfangen, die den Check-in schnell und reibungslos für uns erledigt haben. Das Zimmer im 20. Stock war schlichtweg fantastisch: enorm groß, stylisch und cool eingerichtet. Der Ausblick über Seoul inklusive Blick auf den Palast war einfach traumhaft!

Amazing, would really reccomend. ​The hotel is situated right next to two metro stations and a bus stops (incl. airport limousine express bus) Starbucks and convenience strore on ground floor. Lots of restaurants and shops in close distance. Self service laundry was fast and cheap.

The hotel is very well located, close to the city center and within easy walking distance of a metro station, which makes it very convenient for getting around and exploring the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The staff were also very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was quite small, especially for a four-star hotel. I also found it disappointing that there were no coffee-making facilities in the room, which I would normally expect from a hotel of this category.

Las vistas de la habitación, la localización, el personal y la calidad del hotel fueron excelentes.

Albergo moderno e staff (non di accoglienza) gentile, buona pulizia, colazione buona anche se la parte occidentale era un po' scarna, ma nel complesso positiva.

Nella descrizione dell'albergo era citata chiaramente la presenza di tre persone, due adulti ed un child 12 anni. In qualsiasi parte del mondo un ragazzo di 12 anni nessuno può immaginare che si possa far dormire nel letto matrimoniale con i genitori. E' vero che mio figlio aveva compiuto 13 anni quando siamo arrivati korea, e loro riportavano nella descrizione fino a 12 anni (errore mio) ma, con la prenotazione fosse stata fatta da mesi, sono state assegnate camere il cui letto matrimoniale era largo 150 cm - segnalo che è pressoché la misura considerata per una piazza e mezza, in cui due adulti facevano fatica a non toccarsi di notte! La struttura ha avuto l'unica incredibile soluzione di offrire... una ulteriore camera a prezzo pieno a tariffa massima! Morale, la mia famiglia di 5 persone ha dovuto prendere 3 stanze per tutto il soggiorno.... 3 STANZE PER 5 PERSONE!!!!! COMPLIMENTI

Hotel professionale, il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile (nonostante le difficoltà con l'inglese). Mi hanno anche aiutato molto quando avevo combinato un guaio con le lavatrici. Le camere sono abbastanza piccole e i letti un po' duri per i miei gusti. L'ambiente è molto pulito e l'hotel si trova in una posizione centrale e ben collegata coi mezzi. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien situé, très proche de la gare. Le personnel est très gentil et professionel. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. La chambre est bien équipée.

Hotel located in a very good location, it's convenient to go shopping, restaurant and turism attractive places. Staff were helpful. Breakfast is good with relative variety choices.

Śniadanie nie było najlepsze nie piszę o tym ale mogliby coś podawać dobrego dla Europejczyków ja wiem że to jest kuchnia azjatycka ale była wyjątkowo bylejaka czyli niedobra i było bardzo mało na śniadanie wszystkiego bardzo mały wybór

Posizione centrale ottima. Forse la colazione poteva essere più "occidentale" ma lo avevo messo in conto. Mi è piaciuta doppia opzione doccia e vasca.

The location is excellent, you can do practically everything on foot, and there is a metro station just 5 minutes away when needed. The hotel offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable and well-insulated. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

The check-in process takes a little while, and if you want to check in an hour early, you need to register for the hotel's program.

Excellent location. Good breakfast.

The hotel met my expectations

The room was nice. Complimentary under eye masks were available. There is also the possibility to use either the tub or the shower. And if you decide to take a bath, complimentary bath salts were available in the room. The view (20th floor) overlooking the streets of Seoul was amazing. Besides, the breakfast was nice with lots of choices and the staff in the breakfast room was very affable and smiley in the morning and they tried hard to make your stay unforgettable.

The lifts can be annoying but it seems to be the same system in the whole country. So I wouldn't say it's particular to this hotel. For breakfast, it would have been good to have a healthier choice of cereal like oats. I felt the 3 choices of cereal that was on offer were sugary. Also, it would have been more adequate if breakfast started earlier instead of 7.30 as I had to miss breakfast because I had booked a tour that started at 8.
