The staff were pleasant and room was clean

Der Empfang war herzlich das Zimmer super gross der Pool und wirlpool sauber warm und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer alles da sogar frische Pfannkuchen mit ahornsirup und dann sitzt man a weiss gedeckten Tischen in einem großen Raum und kann es genießen. Ich komme wieder.

There was a variety of choices for breakfast! Kiddo loved the pancake machine 😋

Pool area. The rusty fan that is above the pool area was sketchy as it was moving back and forth. My kid was afraid to go into the pool , he was afraid it would come down on him and I can validate that. It wasn't a comforting feeling. Jets in the hot tub didnt work. The walls and windows were scummed over in the pool area. I get its hard to keep the area clean but it looked like it wasnt cleaned in months.

The front staff went above and beyond. Thank you all so much. We will definitely come back.

Advertised pool and hot tub, Pool was super cold and extremely dirty, literally hair balls and debris sitting on the bottom. Hot tub not working and barely warm. Breakfast was leftover boiled eggs from day before and bagged sausages. Lady said she wasn’t able to prepare fresh as she had no kitchen access until somebody showed up to open kitchen. Approximately 730-8 am was the time I arrived at dining room. Seriously disappointed!!!

Cleanliness. The facility was spotless the cleaning staff was top notch. Friendly staff. Chicken restaurant on site was very good. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Pool had lots of towels always stocked.. Rooms were very nice lots of channels to watch. TSN and Sportsnet. One of the best we have ever had in 5 years of travel baseball.

Parking lot had alot of potholes but It was located in Spruce Grove the worst Roads in North America I swear. Get ready to knock the suspension out of your vehicle. Towns like this should just stick with gravel if they don't know how to lay asphalt. Edmonton should hire out of town companies to either train their staff or better yet just do the roads for them.

The room was not good at all. I would not recommend it to anyone. The chair in our room had snot on the side of it, the vents were disgusting beside out bed and it looks like it had something spilled all over it. When they do house keeping they kept blankets on the floor and did not even fully make the bed and did not even leave towels.

Nothing. Front staff refused to give my wife the room because i was not present. They Cancelled the reservation before i could hang up the phone.

The front desk lady was an absolute nightmare! She was extremely rude, and kicked me out forgot having a proper credit card to cover the 200$ deposit.

No hot food of any kind. Toaster was broken and the bread was stale. No fruit or yogurt. Juice was watered down tasting. All they had were fruit loops cereal

My husband and I have stayed here several times but are check in tonight was very delightful, we had a front desk clerks name named Bev who explained everything to us including the specials at chicken restaurant. She told us of everything they offer and showed us where are room was. She went over and above explaining what the hotel had to offer. We have stayed at many hotels but never got the service we got tonight

Found a bed bug and got moved rooms and got a small discount but I feel as though it should have been completely compensated as if it wouldn’t have been 9:30 at night with 2 kids I probably would have found a new hotel but that wasn’t feasible with 2 kids that late at night.

Great motel

Quality was really low, had to switch rooms as the plugs and tv didn’t work. Still smells awful like cigarettes and dust: Old worn out building with nothing redone in the 20 years since I worked there other than the chicken place.

Front deak lady Bev was rude and unhelpful. To the point managment asked expedia to refund our stay. Still trying to figure out if oir refund came through. Never going back.

Wish hotels around here provided evening meals as all inclusive type. Nowhere round here seems to do that.

Really love the freshness ans smell of the room,, checking in is so easy,, we checked in just before 9 pm thinking the pool still open for a quick soak, the attendant closed the pool by 9 pm and said she thought its 10 pm already… i have tour bus/shuttle company named 4Jhn’s Logistics and will always loved to partner super 8 on accommodation of my guests…403 988 8696 please call me for any group discount you can offer for my guests

This Super 8 provides all you will need. Stayed 2 nights. Don't play the slots in the bar, thieves.

Great staff!

The staff was rude and check in was horrendous. I had pre checked into my room and when I got there its as if I had done nothing ahead of time. The AC stopped working and when I went to the front desk they dismissed me. I was calm and polite. Minutes later another guest came down yelling and screaming and got a room change. This was frustrating as I had been waiting. The rooms were small, the bath tub grimmy and paper thin walls. Breakfast was gross and microwave was not working. Pool was disgustubg

The resort is older but in good condition. Our room was updated, clean and quiet. Pet friendly resort. The continental breakfast is average. Tanya the front desk clerk, is amazing. The aC in our 1st room wasnt working so she quickly moved us to another. She checked the new room to ensure the AC was cold and that the room was to our liking They have an onsite restaurant.

Be aware, the train is constantly going by. Not just a couple of times. The hotel is older but unique inside. The bed was comfortable. No screen was in the window, but it did open and there was a fan in the room.

I originally gave this hotel 3 stars, but it really only deserves 2. While the bed was comfortable enough, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The hotel is extremely outdated and shabby — everything from the carpet to the furniture looked like it hadn’t been refreshed in decades. The front desk woman seemed irritated both times we interacted with her, which might have been because her friend was hanging out at the counter during both of our visits. It made the whole check-in experience feel awkward and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel needs a serious facelift and better customer service. I wouldn’t stay here again unless some major improvements are made.

Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was excellent.

The night clerk was great, but the day clerk looked angry and was very curt. It was like we were an inconvenience to her. Pool facilities were clean. Breakfast could be improved. Hard boiled eggs and sausage that you had to microwave. Clean breakfast area and filled continuously though. Nice to have a pub on site but again, the staff were unpleasant. It was like we were an inconvenience. I'm sure regulars go in but for someone staying for a weekend, they would be more pleasant.

On May 2nd, we walked into our room & it felt like it was 30°c in there. The building is so old that there was no way to turn the air conditioner on. Fortunately, the front desk clerk was able to move us across the hall where the room was cooler & we were able to sleep. It was the first hotel we've stayed at that had oscillating fans on the desks. Now I know why there were fans on the desk...the air conditioning doesn't work properly 😕 As for the free breakfast, it was not mentioned that it was only a continental breakfast.
