Overall everything was good. It was a nice experience as we came from Canada for vacation and didnt expect we shall get such high quality Hilton Hotel even outside USA/ Canada.

We were received warmly as well as efficiently, at the reception,by Duty Manager, the lovely Mr. Fahmi. It was a pleasure to be received by him. I must emphasize that all the hotel staff members that we encountered were cordial, polite and friendly. It made our stay at the hotel enjoyable! We were upgraded by Fahmi to a family suite. This was a very pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Please fix the sound in the dining room. All we could hear were muffled bangs and irritating noise. It is a shame because the dining room has a huge window to a vert nice view, the staff was lovely, and nice quiet music could have made a great difference

Je suis totalement déçu par la situation concernant les taxes locales qui m’ont été facturées. Lors de mon arrivée, la réceptionniste ne m’a pas informé clairement qu’il y aurait des taxes supplémentaires de ce montant. De plus, sur ma réservation effectuée via Booking.com, il est clairement indiqué que les taxes locales sont de 3,40 CHF par personne et par nuit. Le montant qui m’a été prélevé par l’hôtel est beaucoup plus élevé que celui indiqué sur Booking. J’ai contacté l’hôtel pour m’expliquer pourquoi le montant facturé par l’hôtel est différent de celui indiqué sur ma réservation. Aucune réponse de l’hôtel, cette situation est très décevante.

Good property, close enough to the airport. Rooms were of a good size, and facilities provided were pretty nice as well.

Dine in menu was practically non-existent. There were low/no vegetarian options available.

I think you could use either bigger coffee machines or add more with the amount of guest eating breakfast at your hotel. It caused a lot of waiting and food gets cold.

The staff were great. That’s what I mainly liked.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness. It’s the Hilton so I was expecting clean everything. But the shower tiles had mold and when the rooms were cleaned, they never cleaned the sinks.

Kaution die man bezahlen muss Booking hat statt 2 Zimmer angeblich nur 1 Zimmer Buchung übermittelt. Restaurantpersonal hat uns fast nicht beachtet. Keine einzige Steckdose im Zimmer.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for an overnight stay near Zurich Airport. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were professional and helpful, and the room was quiet and well maintained.

We arrived at the hotel at 1:00 p.m., and we were able to check in immediately. After an 18-hour journey, it made all the difference and was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, and we also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, which was very good. You can leave your luggage at the reception if you don’t want to keep it in your room.

Le prix du parking et de la chambre. Chambre avec porte communicante donc mauvaise isolation phonique. Mobilier de chambre vieillot. Petit-déjeuner bien triste pour ce standing. Manque de place. Décoration inexistante. Rien de moderne et d'accueillant.

Close to the airport. Products in bathroom were very nice.

Elevator was far from check-in. Also the shower/bathtub really needs a grab bar for safety. I had my husband stand by it as I stepped out and even with his help I slipped and have a large bruise on my leg. Tub side is very high - and I’m not a short person.

When we arrived were informed we were upgraded to an Executive room over looking carpark as more quiet. We had asked for twin beds but got one bed instead. Bathroom was one of the smallest bathrooms we had ever used with shower in bath which being nearly 70 found hard to get in and out without help. I was afraid I would slip and hit myself on glass shower panel which folded back. Hotel had a large party of Fiat 500 convention which started their cars up in the carpark about 8am in the morning and had music blaring, so cannot see why we were put in this room overlooking the carpark as this room was not quiet. Hotel bar was staffed by two young people who did not seem happy in their work. The young guys clothes looked untidy. He did not seem in a hurry to serve us but seemed ok to serve other people.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Zurich Airport. The location is extremely convenient if you wish to stay close to the airport, or even if you are travelling by car and prefer to park outside the city while exploring Zurich. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was comfortable and spacious, although nothing particularly fancy. We were offered a special upgrade that included access to the Executive Lounge and complimentary breakfast the next morning, which was a nice addition to our stay. The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the delicious selection of fresh breads. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and, thanks to its elevated location, offers interesting views of aircraft approaching Zurich Airport. Despite being an airport hotel, the surroundings felt surprisingly pleasant and peaceful. Our only minor disappointment was the rather expensive open-air parking, especially considering the hotel’s location outside the city centre. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly service, a great breakfast, and a convenient location. We would happily stay here again!

Room is spacious and quiet. While dated, it was well maintained and the (small) bedroom was newer. The workspace with height-adjustable chair and four different power sockets is very nice, though the table form was more design than practical. While there's a table lamp it was not working and sadly not fixed several days after reporting it. Room was clean. Only basic Wifi is free and rather slow (1-8 depending on the hour), additionally some site block the ip and you need to login or switch to your smartphone (e.g. YouTube). TV had no streaming apps installed so it was not usable for Netflix. The food was good, but service was always slow no matter how busy it was. It's also annoying that no microwave was available and that the kiosk was expensive and sometimes not working.

We arrived at the hotel with our three children two hours after the official check-in time, but our room was still not ready. In addition, I had emailed the hotel in advance to request that a baby cot be prepared in our room before our arrival. Unfortunately, it was not there, and we had to spend extra time arranging for it after checking in.

We stayed in the Hilton Zurich on our last day in Switzerland after a busy week of travel in the Jungfrau region. We took the train from Lucerne to Zurich Airport and then a Shuttle from the airport. My first qualm with the hotel is that the shuttle is an additional expense (approx 25 USD per person each way) but on the website this mentioned. The shuttle was empty and it departs every thirty minutes so it was very convenient. The hotel is busy but check in took only a few minutes. We were upgraded to the business level as a gold member. The business level includes access to the executive lounge which has some drinks and free snacks. The bathroom had nice large tub which my children enjoyed. The room had Air Conditioning which actually kept the room cold (unlike most of the hotels in Switzerland). Not much to do in the area but if you have one day right before a return trip home this a great hotel to spend it.

Terrible service. Actually they don’t know what servire is. Two nights and if you call the front desk no one ever answers even is the front desk is not busy (I checked it) and housekeeping is non existent. I called for 30 minutes and no reply on both days. Breakfast lounge is chaos in the morning and the executive lounge besides coffee and tea has nothing else and it is dirty. I had to clean the table by the couch area myself. They even forgot to clear the room! There is a far more superior hotel at the airport. Not sure where the GM of this hotel is and how they are managing this place. As a Diamond member this is terrible.

This was the most disappointing hotel. Rooms were not maintained well and housekeeping was the worst I have experienced. I am a high bonvoy member and thought we would give Hilton a try. Big Mistake. Save yourself some aggravation.

I visited the Hilton Zurich Airport hotel, located near Zurich's Airport. There is a shuttle every half hour, the cost is Chf 5 per person each way, about a 5 minute ride. I had visited this hotel over the years. I was recently taken by surprise how the hotel is now operating in low standard. I wondered why it had declined in service and cleanliness. I asked some staff that I know. The former GM has left (from 2015 to 2025) ran a "good tight ship", very clean hotel from rooms to restaurant to excellent exec lounge to conference rooms. I don't know those details or politics why he left, last year I met him there was no mention. I used to be able to stay inside the hotel most of the time with conferences except for appointments outside. The atmosphere was welcoming and suitable. I found the F&B did not only decline, it fell through the floors. The morning restaurant which had a light renovation, new tables and carpet. but totally unorganised, the tables are just there worse than school canteen for kids, in your way, no walk way, the chairs are packed closely, a total chaotic mess. The food quality has diminished, but worse of all is the Exec Lounge, you cannot even eat anything. It also had a light renovation. As we sat in the Exec lounge one night, I said to my colleagues, "do you feel like we are sitting for a funeral?" They laughed but all agreed. They said it is quiet, no sounds, no life, just a dead place, horrible disgusting offerings that is not Swiss style. In my room, and my colleagues conferred, they felt itching and bites on their legs from the carpet, on their backs and arms on the sitting chairs. The bathrooms did not smell clean. One fellow looked up and saw black mould on the ceiling. I guess that is it and dirt that we could not see but certainly smelled mold. Although the bed sheets looked clean, I felt itchy in the bed. That should not be, this is a Hilton and has always been clean. If this keeps the same, I believe it will go down the dirty level I experienced at the Kamaha in Glattpark. We can't stay there, and I suppose by what I see on this trip, this Hilton will go down the hill as well. The hotel appears to have switched guests to large groups. Large tour buses show up outside and the groups are more than 50 to 200 at least. So the hotel has changed into a kind of slosh and chop kind of operation. The groups talk so loud at breakfast they knock the ceiling off. So many are so ill mannered, shouting at their tables, shouting across the room over the heads of other sitting guests. So many on their speakerphones, no one on their ear. It was like a market. There is not control from the hotel staff. For what it is worth, the prices have risen substantially. For my money I and my colleagues are not going to pay more for such a dramatic decline in cleanliness and services, get worse and pay more, no way. I paid CHF 350.00 that is $440. The perks of this hotel are the proximity to the airport, convenient shuttle service to and from the airport (for a small fee), and the executive lounge (limited offerings but what was offered was good). The breakfast buffet is also included as a Diamond and it was a great selection of foods. The room was definitely a negative. Our original room was not available as the person in the room had not left? So we were put in a “family room” which was technically an upgrade but it was on the first floor (felt really dark and dungeony), was very outdated, and came with a sofa bed that had a filthy mattress pad/mattress and no bedding for my son to sleep on. After a trip to the front desk a very kind maid came to get us fresh bedding for the sofa bed and it was fine but the whole experience just left us a bit grossed out. The hotel served its purpose as we wanted to be close to the airport before our flight, however I would be hesitant to stay again and would definitely caution others that it is in no way a 4 star experience so lower your expectations.
