Die Kommunikation vor dem Check in. Ich hatte schon alle Daten übermittelt, auch das ich alleine anreise. Eleteinischen check in konnte ich daher nicht durchführen. Ich hatte um eine Rechnung gebeten, die ich nicht erhalten habe

-Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker! - Das Interior im Foyer mit den unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten! -Die Lage zum Flughafen war gut.

De liften waren verwarrend

Rendkívül kellemes, szép, elegáns szálloda. A földszinti stúdiólakosztályok terasszal rendelkeznek és igen jól felszereltek. Minikonyha, de szinte minden van benne. Fürdőszoba modern, tágas. Bekészítések nagyon rendben voltak. Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak. Saját fizetős parkolója van, de előre foglalni kell, mert teltházas. Azt kaptuk, ami a képeken volt, jól éreztük magunkat. Egy kisebb körúton voltunk, egy nap szálltunk csak meg, a minőséghez méltóan kicsit drágább volt, mint más szállások.

Picit drága volt. Bejelentkezéskor elkövettük azt a hibát, hogy a kapott emailt csak később olvastuk el, így a contactless check-in helyett a recepcióhoz mentünk, ahol egy kevésbé gyakorlott személyzethez kerültünk, aki elrontotta a check-int, így az majdnem két óráig tartott. Lévén kertkapcsolatos földszint, láttunk százlábút besurranni.

Lage war gut

Frühstück schlecht, kaltes instant Rührei, keine Brotauswahl etc, Betten eine Katastrophe viel zu klein für zwei Personen, mit nur einem seitlichen Ein- und Ausstieg. Preis Leistung schlecht!

Very comfortable to have a laundry room as we travelled through Europe. Also easy with tram to get to city center and airport.

Lift ist immer besetzt .... Kaffeemaschien in der Lobby tagelang defekt ...vieles kaputt kenne ich eigendlich nicht von den Radisson ketten sind eigendlich immer sehr ordentlich aber hier leider nicht ....

Huone siivottiin joka päivä. Meille sijainti oli erittäin hyvä. Rauhallinen paikka.

Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta suomalaisiin hotelleihin verrattu valikoima oli pientä.

La posizione vicino Hallenstadion e alle relative fermate del tram. La hall dell’hotel. Check in fatto con un po’ di anticipo. Necessario per caffè o the in camera.

Da migliorare un po’ l’approccio alla reception. In camera luci non funzionati. Mancanza di asciugamani (due grandi e uno solo piccolo, lo so avrei potuto richiederlo, ma era tardi). Così per quanto concerne il phon, che non aveva la presa corretta. ( vedi foto ) E la lampada sopra il letto piena di polvere … Materassi e cuscini vanno a ‘gusti’ ma io li ho trovati scomodi .

Checkin Prozess ist eine Katastrophe, an diesem Automaten muss man einen Doktortitel abschliessen, es dauert ewig und ist kompliziert, Informationen die man beim Buchen schon angibt muss man nochmals angeben. Warum nicht einfach Pass hinhalten und fertig, so funktioniert es in den USA! Dann wurde meine Zimmerkarte abends plötzlich gesperrt, musste 22 Uhr nochmals auf die Rezeption wo man mir sagte 7 Fr. Kurtaxe sei noch offen, die müsse ich jetzt bezahlen. Auch Frühstück musste man immer grad sofort bezahlen, warum kann man nicht wie in jedem anderen Hotel einfach eine Schlussrechnung haben und solche Sachen dann begleichen? Zweiter Abend Karte wieder gesperrt spät abends, keine Ahnung warum dieses Mal, es kann ja auch praktisch niemand deutsch sprechen und das in einem Hotel in der Deutschschweiz! Zimmer OK, Beleuchtung ist mager, viel zu dunkel.

Camera buia, anche perché prevalentemente arredata e decorata con colori molto scuri che la rendono piuttosto tetra. Il materasso più scomodo di sempre. Frigo bar vuoto senza possibilità di acquistare alcunché in altre aree della struttura. Colazione organizzata in una sala molto dispersiva, poca scelta e davvero poca qualità.

الغيت قبل الدخول وذلك بسبب عدم وجود مواقف وكذلك لا يوجد عربة لحمل الحقائب. وموظف الاستقبال في اسواء تعامل اشوفه.

Terrasse war schön gestaltet.

Check-in war eine mittlere Katastrophe. Es ging so extrem lange, wir konnten es gar nicht glauben. Ins Bett kommt man nur von einer Seite. Nicht gerade konfortabel. Service MA im Terrassenbereich super unaufmerksam.

Lage, Sauberkeit etc. super

Checkin war eine Katastrophe. Lange Schlange und ich wurde dann an Check-In Automat verwiesen. Dort Eingaben aus der Buchung wieder und wieder eingeben, da zeitweise das System gehangen hat. Zimmer wurde dann ohne Frühstück vermerkt, obwohl doch Frühstück enthalten war. Somit leider umsonst bezahlt, da nicht nutzbar.

Petit déjeuner décevant, pas beaucoup de choix, emplacement trop petit pour le nombre de personnes qui viennent se servir.

Die Lage ist gut - war uns aber bekannt, daher das Hotel gebucht. Kompliment an Front Office Staff, die trotz starker Kundenbelastung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren !!

Das Doppelbett mit einer Seite an der Wand, d.h. nur von einer Seite begehbar. Matratze und Kopfkissen sehr benutzt ! Beleuchtung im Raum verbesserungsfähig. Zimmerreinigung am 3.Tag unvollständig (Bett ungemacht, fehlende Handtücher)

De gunstige ligging van het hotel. De omgeving voelde rustig en veilig aan. Daarnaast was het hotelpersoneel vriendelijk en handelde het snel, professioneel en zorgvuldig.

Wat mij helaas erg tegenviel, was de houding van het personeel tijdens het ontbijt. Ik voelde mij niet altijd welkom, omdat de benadering regelmatig onvriendelijk en weinig gastvrij overkwam. Juist tijdens het ontbijt vind ik een vriendelijke ontvangst belangrijk, omdat dit het begin van je dag is. Zo werd mijn kamernummer bijvoorbeeld vanaf de andere kant van de ruimte op luide toon gevraagd, wat ik als onprettig en weinig discreet ervaarde. Ook ontstond er in de ochtend een onnodige discussie toen ik vanwege de frisse temperatuur graag binnen wilde zitten. Daarnaast ontbraken eenvoudige vormen van gastvrijheid, zoals een vriendelijke begroeting, een glimlach of de bereidheid om mee te denken. Dit zijn naar mijn mening basisprincipes van hospitality. Het is jammer dat juist dit onderdeel mijn verblijf negatief heeft beïnvloed, terwijl ik over andere aspecten van het hotel wel tevreden was.

I asked for a quiet room & we did not experience any noise from other guests or traffic noise despite being on a main road. Our room was on a high floor & around the side of the building. Good sized supermarket in the next building. Good for trams direct to the airport if travelling by plane.

I thought all the rooms were mini suites with small kitchens, but obviously not, as ours wasn’t. It was a 25 minute tram ride out of the centre of Zurich which was further than I thought. Very small choice of restaurants in this area. The hotel Italian, which was nice, or an American bar/restaurant. We didn’t see much else.

The studio suite is excellent- there are cooking facilities. We had comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks Alexandra for your excellent service. Cassie was ever so patient during our check in (providing the location of the parking, unlabelled and underground). It’s less than 10 minutes drive to the airport.

The parking area has no signage. Kindly provide a clearer signage in your drop off area as well. I thought it was only for bus as It was mark as for bus.

Bonus to let keep my luggage earlier before check in without extra charge. Thats great gesture from hotel. Everything was super, room big,clean. I enjoyed stay!

Well located hotel with spacious and reasonably quiet rooms. Bathroom good size and well equipped.

Very slow self check-in experience. Not clear how to access internet (they give out little paper slips with a unique intenet code like it is 2001!!). Absolutely no way to contact front desk from your room. Pillows were so soft and squishy they might as well not bother putting them on the beds. Took an eternity to get an invoice in my company´s name at checkout.

Appartement très calme donnant sur le jardin intérieur. Le tram 10 qui dessert le centre ville de zürich (30 minutes) et l'aéroport (10 minutes) est à 150 de la structure.

La longueur des couloirs pour arriver à l'appartement... Le frigo qui coulait ( signalé le premier jour)n'a pas été réparé pendant notre séjour de 5 nuit.

Hotel erg netjes. We hadden een terrasje in de binnenplaats wat prima is. Parkeren in de garage helemaal goed en lekker ruim. In de garage aparte plek om fietsen te stallen met stroom.

Het ontbijt viel tegen. Weinig keuze.

- No sign for the parking. As it’s placed in the back of the building and a large bush obstructs the entrance, I first missed it. - Twice asked for parking reservation by message, but it wasn’t done. - Breakfast buffet seems not worth the money, scrambled eggs had a weird sweet aftertaste, restaurant has a chaotic layout, hardly tables for more that 4 people (or those were already set for lunch and our plates moved to another table without asking).

Couldn’t use the provided hair dryer in the bathroom because the dryer had European plug and there was no converter nor plug for it (iron had the converter but it was tightly attached I couldn’t take it out). Very strange how is it possible they provide a dryer that we can’t use?

It was a decent property, location was well suited for me. I was struggling with check-in and parking together. Then there was a staff member who noticed it and came for help and sorted out for me. Great staff.

When I entered the building it was kaos overwhelmed and let’s say no feel of Radission, lobby was crazy all the time as it was like building complex with tons of family guest. No place to sit or stand in lobby area. You feel like a huge crowded peak hour railway station all the time. So choose wisely what is your need if you are solo or couple

Accessible to the airport

The room was hot even with AC. It’s a big hotel with lots of hallway, our room was in the far end so it took a while for us to get there. Also the other room that I booked for my elderly mom was on the 6th floor but there are no clear signs on how to get there. Elevators from the reception does not take you to the 6th floor. You have to find a different elevator to get there. Also, breakfast was too spread out and not appetising at all.
