The staff are all polite and welcoming but whenever you ask them about any information they have no answer. E.g when I ask can we make the pool warmer they looked to each other with no answer… If I can have a new service they have the same look.. they should know all information about the services in the hotel . Also , the price is higher than the 4 stars hotel in Jeddah. Some other places are cheaper and better.
