Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The staff were excellent, especially the reception team, who were very friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Check-in was smooth and easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I also appreciated having access to a workspace with a computer and printer, which was very convenient. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
The rooms are relatively small, and I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the standard rate, even during weekdays. I also didn’t like that the upper floors are designated for smokers. In addition, the swimming pool and spa were not operational during my stay.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The location and breakfast. It was a wonderful stay at Ibis, and the overall experience was above our expectations. The accommodation was comfortable, the service was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend Ibis Malik Road to others.

الموظفون غير متعاونين ويتعاملون بمزاجيه مع الضيوف حيث كان لدي حجز مسبق عن طريق بوكينج وحضرت الفندق الساعة 12 ظهرا ورفضو إدخالي الفندق بحجة ان موعد الدخول للفندق الساعة 3 ظهرا علما بان الفندق لديه الكثير من الغرف الجاهزه وبعد الجدال الطويل وبعد ان بينت لهم باني سوف الغي الحجز على الفور غيرو رأيهم واعطوني غرفه

Elevators are hot, needs more ventilation or air-conditioning. There was no porter available for luggage.

AC was not working in the hallway, smell of mold. AC was not working well in my bedroom and it was giving a bad mold/humidity smell. Overnight disturbing noise behind the walls. Bathroom and room require renovation. Breakfast is descent.

Room service agreed to finish ironing at a certain time and from that time I kept calling reception until they stopped answering and started ignoring me which is unbelievable and I didn't receive my clothes only after more than 3 hours from the agreed time where I was late for an important event.

الاستقبال قبل لا أوصل دقيت عليهم وما ردوا وجيت لي موظفات وبعد ما سويت دخول دقيت عليهم ما يردون ووقت الخروج دقيت عليهم عشان يرسلون الشنط برضوا ما يردون غير نزلت تحت عشان يرسلون لي أحد لكن الشباب للأمانة بشفت الليل جدا خلوقين وسريعي الأستجابة👍🏻

On check in, wasn’t offered smoking or non smoking. Neither of us smoke and were put in a smoking room. Staff more concerned with KFC app than resolving our issue. Requested iron 3x. Never appeared. Duty manager called. Explained everything to him - never heard back.
