This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. It was wonderful the first time and even better the second time as we were surprisingly upgraded and what a treat! The room was huge and had a hot tub in it! The breakfast was lovely. The staff can’t do enough for you! It was raining hard when we left the hotel, but the manager helped us take our cases to the port area! Highly recommended.

Fantastic central location yet quiet . Great staff from check in, barman, driver who took us free to the bus station …. And friendly, polite, helpful and could do enough to make our stay as good as possible. Room smallish but quirky ,great decor and good amenities. Lovely ideal outside space where we had breakfast once and sat outside with coffee or a drink. Super breakfast , great choices, quick service and options where to eat it,as well as the fact it was served until noon. We also had a meat and cheese platter one evening which was huge, so supplied with a take out box. Amazing wine selection. Great correspondence re our stay plus advise on car hire. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing , other than the drinks were expensive unless you were into fine wines. This put us off having a drink in the evening which was a shame. ( perhaps understandable for a wine bar)I believe the wine tours were good however.

The location was amazing. The breakfast was outstanding and we genuinely enjoyed every meal. The staff were friendly and polite.

This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Old Rhodes. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely and some of them have a small outside balcony space. The breakfast options were lovely and included in our package. All the food we had at the hotel was superb. The staff were also very accommodating in relation to a nut allergy and dairy intolerance within our party.

What a wonderful hotel, set right inside the city walls. We got dropped off by a Taxi outside of the city walls, but the hotel pick you up in a golf buggy and take you to the hotel. We got a welcome drink and when we were taken to the room, there was a bottle of hotel wine on the house. We had an early ferry to catch the next morning, so the hotel organised a takeaway breakfast. They also took us to the port in the golf buggy. Great service.

Kahvaltı beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi, otele ait restoranın menusunden dilediğiniz kahvaltı seçeneklerini seçebiliyorsunuz, bal ve peynirle hazırladıkları tatlar bizim kahvaltıdaki favorimiz oldu. Otel eski şehir merkezinin ortasında, bir çok yeri yürüyerek gezme fırsatı sunuyor. Taş odalar estetik bir şekilde günümüzü de yansıtarak dekore edilmiş. Tarihi bir yapıda konaklandığı için asıl yapıya çok müdahale edilememiş , bu sebeple odalar görece küçük gibi gözükse de işlevsel olarak dizayn edilmiş, havalandırma ve soğutma sistemleri ise iyi çalışır vaziyetteydi. Yoğun bir bölgede olmamıza rağmen sessiz bir konaklama geçirdiğimizi söyleyebilirim. Personelin Lindos ve diğer güzel koyları gezme açısından sunduğu öneriler sayesinde kısa sürede bir çok aktiviteyi yapabildik. (Lindosa gitmek için araba ve otobusten çok daha iyi bir seçenek olan botu sayelerinde öğrenmiş olduk.) Son olarak bizleri ücretsiz olarak turistik limandan alıp bırakmaları da mesafe ne kadar kısa gibi gözükse de sıcak havada işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Her şey için teşekkürler , tekrardan görüşmek üzere☺️

Excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, and every facility felt well thought out rather than just adequate. Breakfast stood out — genuinely great, not just the usual buffet filler you get at a lot of boutique properties.

A quirky little hotel located above a restaurant in the heart of Rhodes Old Town. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the rooms were quite charming, each with its own small private seating area in front. The hotel is situated on a lively little street with restaurants and souvenir shops, yet there was no disturbing noise at all. Highly recommended!

Hôtel idéalement situé dans la vieille ville de Rhodes, très classe et décoré avec goût. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés et notre suite était extrêmement confortable. Le personnel était aux petits soins (verres offerts) et le petit déjeuner était excellent. Nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps !

Lo staff cordiale e gentile e sempre a disposizione per offrire consigli e supporto in caso di necessità. Il bagno è separato rispetto alla doccia e al lavandino. Nulla comunque che con un po' di organizzazione non si possa superare

Boutique hotel molto curato nel cuore della città vecchia di Rodi. All’interno è presente un wine bar dove poter fare anche degustazioni. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno tenuto le valigie dopo il check out.

L hotel è bellissimo. Lo stile e l accoglienza ti fanno sentire in completo relax pur essendo Rodi town caotica. La colazione alla carta buonissima. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto un calice di vino delizioso

Le stanze anche se bellissime sono piccole. Ma questo era chiaro dalle foto sul sito. Personalmente lo consiglierei per un soggiorno breve

L'emplacement est top 👍🏼 central dans la vieille ville, proche des restaurants et de la cité médiéval . Le personnel est formidable, très accueillant et professionnel. Le petit est fabuleux, surtout le yaourt grec avec fruits et miel un régal. Un merci spécial à Anastasia. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement

It’s in the heart of the old town and the food and wine was excellent 👌🏻 The room was always cleaned and the staff was incredible that made our honeymoon very special!

The room itself is actually smaller than shown on the pictures, it was a bit difficult to have bathroom stuff out.

The staff at 10GR were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They responded quickly to our requests and were always friendly. The hotel is located in the perfect location.it was always clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I could not drive up to drop my bags and had to roll them through town. Very small issue and completely unavoidable.

This is a fantastic hotel, right in the middle of the old town, staff are absolutely amazing and more than accommodating! The rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated, breakfast was delicious and staff were happy to modify the offer to accommodate our diet.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel, I would be surprised if anyone who stayed here didn't like it.

The location, room, breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations however, the staff were the absolute standout feature. From hearing our accent in the street and running out to help us with our luggage ( even carrying it up and down the stairs) to accompanying us to get a taxi ( they carried our luggage & tried to refuse a tip) they were amazing. We will definitely return to Rhodes and we will definitely stay here again and for more than one night. The wines and meals were also exceptional.

Dificil falar, pois tudo nesse hotel é bom ou perfeito. Mas com certeza, ser bem recebido, faz total diferença. A equipe toda do hotel é muito simpatica e prestativa. Desde a o check in, check out, e os meninos que fazem o café da manhã, que por sinal é fantastico. Ficaria aqui novamente, não apenas pelo conforto do quarto, mas pelo atendimento de todos. O cafe da manha e os meninos são fantasticos. As amenidades, tudo no hotel é bom.

A great mixture of modern, comfortable amenities carefully crafted into an ancient building. Very good location in the heart of the old town but not noisy. The wine bar majored on promoting Greek food and drink, which was excellent. Staff all friendly and went out of their way to help.

Convenient location if you want to be in the Old Town. Not too far from several gates to transport luggage. Staff very helpful and friendly, both in wine bar and reception. Breakfast very good from a la carte menu, hand squeezed orange juice and unexpected touch. Rooms small but well set up, private courtyard just by front door was great for a quiet drink or coffee.

Coffee machine in room could not be turned off without unplugging from wall, so bright light was always on, even during the night.

Breakfast was very nice and accommodating whether to eat at the room or dine in the restaurant. The room was very cosy and great facilities.

The staff were very friendly - although they did omit to inform us that there is a roof terrace with sunbeds which we found by accident.

The rooms were too cramped to be comfortable. Much more expensive than a far nicer hotel we had stayed in at the beginning of our holiday - also in the old town of rhodes.

The terrace space outside my room was a perfect spot to chill, fantastic location, staff all so friendly and helpful

Wonderful staff and perfect location.

Stayed for 6 nights in May. The hotel Is within the medieval city walls and has a lot of character and is within walking distance of all the town’s attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the private seating area outside each room was a real bonus. Breakfast was excellent, menu, rather than buffet, style due to the hotel only having 13 rooms. The staff were great, always friendly and chatty, especially the young guy who served breakfast most mornings (sorry didn’t get his name).

The only negative was the blonde haired manager/owner (not exactly sure which she was). She was clearly full of her own importance and strutted around with a scowl on her face. Not once did we see her engage any of the guests and the first couple of mornings she completely ignored us when we said good morning (so we never spoke to her after that). As the manager/owner she should be setting an example to her team, but instead she could take a few lessons from them as regards customer service. That aside we had a great stay.

Good location

No adequate hot water system. We had cold showers 8 days out of 10. The system is mostly solar with insufficient backing. The food menu is very limited. Mostly a wine bar.

The outdoor space was amazing and we enjoyed our breakfasts outside. The place was charming.

L’emplacement au milieu de la ville ancienne à l’intérieur des remparts, l’accueil, la décoration, la petite terrasse individuelle, le calme absolu,le petit déjeuner servi. Le restaurant propose des plats savoureux. Le propriétaire nous a porté la valise (très lourde) jusqu’à l’entrée de la ville moderne pour prendre le bus, ainsi que pour l’accès à la chambre.

Pas de parking mais c’est normal au vu de la situation de l’hôtel
