Central Plaza

Extremely well located

We have stayed at this hotel before and it is a fabulous hotel in a great location. However we did experience some issues on this visit.

We had booked superior rooms for the first part of our stay and my parents who were accompanying us had never visited the hotel before. Unfortunately the superior rooms we had booked and paid for were unavailable. We were told that rooms may have been available for us to change the following day but could not be guaranteed. However we were attending an event the following day that meant we would be out of the hotel from early morning until very late so when we next had a chance to speak to reception it was 11.30pm and it certainly wouldn't have been convenient for us to consider changing rooms at that time. We were given complimentary breakfast and the staff we dealt with were very apologetic about the mix up but it was a very disappointing experience especially as it was my parents first visit and although the rooms were clean and comfortable they were really very basic compared to what we had stayed in before. In hindsight I also don't believe that the cost of breakfast really compensated for the stark difference in the quality of the rooms.

Breakfast was buffet style and well stocked. The breakfast room was quiet with a nice view. Our room was large and comfortable.

The 18" inch step into the shower was too high.

Staff was amazing. Very clean room and extremely close to the train station. Grocery store right across the street.

Nothing

Parfait est très bien placé.

Very convenient to train station Staff very personable Large quiet room

Wish the room has a refrigerator

Excellent location

Nothing

Excellent location near Zurich main train station and town. Clean, and comfortable.

no refrigerator in room and a view of a construction site.

Location and restaurant staff

Noise from the trams from 05:30 to 01:00, noise is very invasive and the there was a lot of trams

Fantastic location, close to all needs and train station for our Bernina travel. Room was comfortable and bedding was good. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. All my questions and concerns were addressed via booking.com chat with the hotel. Really loved everything about the hotel.

Nothing much to mention.

Very clean hotel, great rooms everything you need, plenty of room, the staff were Brillant and could recommend lots of spots and things to do.

It was expensive for a nights stay and there construction work going on until the evening which made it hard to relax

Location

Small room and no refrigerator

Location

Wasn’t made aware of the hotel having facade work done that consisted of very loud drilling from 9am-6pm. But yet still paid full price for my stay. I mentioned to the front desk that I would ask them for a cab when ready - instead they called it immediately and the cab turned on the meter and kept if running while I was having a coffee at the bar - the cab driving started arguing about running the meter being they called him - The cab driving restarted the meter and then took me to the entire wrong area at the airport so that he can again run up the meter and charge more - extremely frustrating experience.

It was quiet and perfectly located

Nothing

The suit room didnt had bathtub as shown in the photos We were shifted to single room for one day All the money was wastes

Net hotel, goede moderne kamers

Cassaforte in posizione scomoda. Servizi hotel basilari.

Bar sowie Restaurant waren hervorragend. Küchenpersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Speisen waren ausgezeichnet. Vorallem die Cocktails und Snacks.

Zimmer waren sehr laut. Keine gute Isolierung.

Cmq giudizio ottimo.

Schöne Zimmer, zentrale Lage, nettes Personal

Het personeel en hoe modern het was.

Tutto...posizione camera

Schönes und gepflegtes Zimmer.

Personnels très sympathiques et à l’écoute… Emplacement idéal, près de la gare…

Chambre basic, pas de mini bar… Bruyant à cause des trams…

Location, friendly staff, history

Price of the breakfast was very high.

Situation parfaite centrale ! Personnel très professionnel et sympathique. Les chambres correctes très bien insonorisée. Très bonne literie. Barman excellent magnifiques cocktails !

Pas grand chose…le bar ferme à 23:00…..
