Location, location. Right in the hustle and bustle of the old town. There is a room on the 1st floor with a small balcony, great to watch the world go by.

Bathroom a bit tired but clean and fully functional.

The room was fairly spacious, and the hotel’s location is definitely worth recommending.

Unfortunately, considering the price, the level of comfort and cleanliness was not satisfactory. There was visible mould in the bathroom, as well as dust on the shelves. The room was also quite noisy, as the window faced the courtyard and street noise could be clearly heard. The hotel should improve the standard of cleaning and remove the mould from the bathroom. There was no kettle in the room’s amenities. Overall, I was disappointed with the value for money.

Die Bar bietet tolle Drinks und das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Ich hatte kein Wasser zum Duschen; es hing zwar ein Hinweis, dass es von 20:00 bis 24:00 Uhr kein Wasser geben würde, doch als ich um 14:00 Uhr ankam, war das Zimmer bereits leer. Und das ging bis 10:00 Uhr am nächsten Morgen so weiter.

We enjoyed our stay. The reception and service staff were excellent, always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was simple but had everything we needed. The location was excellent, and Dada Bar was a lovely place to relax. Despite being in a lively area, the window insulation was very good. The room was also clean and well maintained. We would happily stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was excellent, close to Zurich HB and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was very convenient for travelling around Zurich and for day trips. The room was comfortable, and I especially loved having a balcony with a lovely view of the river right in front of my room. It made the stay feel even more special. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.

In the room we had there was no room to sit even sitting up in bed was uncomfortable due to ledge running on the wall above bed. Minor inconvenience because we were mostly in room only night time.

Walking distance to the zurich hb station (5 minutes). Tram and bus is just 1 minute walk.

Room semi sound proof. Could hear people talking in the street and other tenants dragging thier chairs inthe thiers rooms. First day no hot water. Lift smells. Breakfast: No cookedbreakfast. We were told that breakfast starts at 7:30. We are always down by 7:30 only yogurts, fruits, cerals are ready at times there is cold hard boiled egg. Only 2 Selection of Bread. At 7:30 still in the oven and need to wait for 15-25 minutes for it to get ready. Would be great to have a kettle and selection of tea/cofee in the room. Would be helpful if a cloth iron is available.

The location is excellent — very close to the train station, the Old Town, Lake Zurich, the boat station, and many cafés and restaurants. The gentleman at reception in the morning was very friendly, polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, the female reception staff in the evening were not as welcoming and seemed to prioritise bar customers over hotel guests. The lobby is open to the public, and in the evening, hotel guests were not allowed to sit there unless they ordered something, even if they had bought food from a supermarket. The breakfast was very basic, with limited bread, croissants and cheese, very little variety, and no fresh vegetables. Eggs were only available on some days, and only as boiled eggs. The air conditioner was very noisy, the room safe did not work, and there was no kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. Overall, the location is fantastic, but the hotel could improve its guest service, breakfast, and basic room facilities.

The hotel is closed after 11pm with no staff on site NOR REACHABLE BY PHONE after hour. To enter after 11pm you use the room key (not a magnetic card or code), to open the external street door and then a second inner door before the hotel. Well the key got stuck inside this middle door without opening it and I tried for 30min to open it, in the middle of the night, without being able to reach a staff by phone. The sink also did not drain. For the bad night experience, entering the hotel, I would not recommend this hotel. It could be catastrophic remaining outside…..

The location was excellent. Close to train, tram and restaurants. The attractions were all within walking distance. The staff, especially the male person during the day was friendly and helpful. Having a drink at the bar at night was also a great feature of this hotel.

The room was a bit small and dated. The bathroom was nice, however the door did not close properly.

Hotel above bar/restaurant that plays music until early morning

El desayuno. Muy completo y variado, había absolutamente de todo (aunque el personal quiere limpiar todo con tanta rapidez que si te levantas a por algo, ya no está lo que habías dejado en la mesa). Caminando está muy, muy bien situado del centro, en un barrio residencial.

No limpiaban ni hacían las habitaciones a menos que fuese bajo demanda y pagando. Las instalaciones son más de un 2 estrellas rozando 3, no de 4, para nada de 4.

Premetto che avevamo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale delux. Arrivate in struttura ci hanno assegnato una stanza decisamente inferiore, molto piccola e angusta, senza cassaforte e angolo scrivania, che avremmo dovuto avere con la stanza da noi prenotata; inoltre le pareti della stanza erano macchiate. Abbiamo quindi chiesto alla reception (che era il bancone del bar sottostante) di darci la stanza per la quale avevamo pagato, ma ci è stato detto che tutte le stanze erano assegnate e che ci avrebbero offerto la colazione gratis (la quale è stata pessima), spostandoci nella stanza che avremmo dovuto avere la mattina seguente. Secondo quello che ci era stato riferito dallo staff, noi avremmo dovuto cambiare la stanza alle 12; siamo arrivate in hotel alle 12:45 e la stanza non era ancora pronta, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare lì sedute fino alle 14.

Hicimos check in de noche y abajo era un bar pub oscuro y con luces de colores. La recepcionista parecia ser una mas del bar. Y llegamos cansados y mal vestidos, nos sentimos incomodos de atravesar el bar, pues para llegar al ascensor habia que cruzar el bar. La habitacion tenia un baño con una pared de vidrio. Encendias la luz del baño e iluminaba tambien a la habitacion. Parecia un baño de motel.

Dirty, smelled bad, very unclean. I was traveling with my 15-year-old and there was a bar downstairs full of bad characters, making noise and adding to the seediness of the place. Walls are dirty and piss-stained, it has a bad smell. The pictures completely misrepresent this place, it's a shithole. Needless to say, we didn't stay the night. We lasted one hour and left to find another hotel.

Air conditioning was noisy and kept us awake. We turned it off and it keep randomly making loud noises throughout the night.

受付が少し分かりにくいところ。1階がカフェバーで、そこのバーカウンター(レジ)が受付です。間違えてスルーして上に上がろうとしてしまいましたが、スタッフの方が声をかけてくれたので問題なくチェックインできました。

Our room on the top floor had no working TV. Apparently they knew when we checked about it not going and said they were in the middle of upgrading……Half the lights in the room didn’t work and no electric jug or anything. No offer of refund or a change of rooms.

Das sie TV im Zimmer haben und nicht angeschlossen ist. Die Wände und der Duschraum Boden habe so ausgesehen das es unbehantelt Beton ist. Vom TV zu Boden an der Wand entlang sind div. Flüssigkeit spuren sicht bar.

Sehr gute Lage, vor allem, wenn man am nächsten Tag früh auf den Zug muss.

Interieur etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Geruch im Bad ist sehr streng, wenn man das Fenster nicht offen lässt. Der Taxistand ist direkt vor dem Hotel, deshalb ist es auch Nachts sehr laut, aber die Fenster isolieren gut!

The AC was great! It kept our room cold all day, even too cold at times. In the Europe heat, it was much needed. The staff was very kind and helpful. Daily room cleanings. The bathroom was clean and nice.

The outlets did not hold our adapters very well and fell out often. The TV was in the corner and not visible from the bed. The comforter had a cover, but if you looked at it in the light, it had a ton of brown stains. Otherwise, it was amazing and I have no complaints.
