An awesome location without any doubt; the service was 10 out of 10. The rooms were pretty nice and comfortable.

Nice modern place, central location next to canal with fishing boats coming and going. Good value. Excellent breakfast.

Some may prefer to stay on the Negombo beach strip which has lots of bars, restaurants and shops.

Fantastic location overlooking the canal and rhe church. Short walk into town Staff were so helpful and great value for money Recommend for a stay in Negombo

It is a central boutique hotel very close to St Mary’s church and overlooking the canal. Walking distance to nearby markets and restaurants. Nice working mini fridge in the room with complementary tea and coffee. Friendly staff.

Looks better in pictures than in reality. The rooms need quite a bit of maintenance. There were chipped tiles on the floor, the balcony door was broken and AC was noisy. Breakfast options were limited and can be significantly improved.

到着日に泊まったホテル。行き方を親切に連絡してくれた。食事をする目の前が水路で、ボートツアーも開催している様子。部屋からも水路や、木々の向こうに教会が見えて想像以上の景色。ライブ演奏もしていて、欧米人グループやスリランカ人グループは盛り上がっていた。スタッフも皆、親切で気持ち良い。

L’hotel si trova nel centro di negombo, ed affaccia sul canale navigabile della città. Tuttavia, la zona più turista in riva al mare con ristoranti e negozi si trova a circa 10-15min di tuk tuk

The location is quite far from the beach, so it may not be the best choice if you want to explore the beach area. However, if you’re staying for just one night, it’s a good option, especially if you’re looking for a quiet place to rest before heading to the next city or going to the airport. The hotel is comfortable and suitable for a short stay. The breakfast was okay, although there were limited choices. Overall, it’s a decent option for a quick overnight stay.

We waren er voor een nacht, de locatie is prima en we werden goed geholpen. In vergelijking met veel andere locaties waar we zijn geweest vind ik het zelf aan de prijzige kant. Maar een koelkast en airco maakte het voor ons zeker waard!

Persoonlijk vonden wij het niet storend maar zoals op veel locaties in Sri lanka kunnen deuren en ramen niet volledig worden afgesloten. Dit zorgt er voor dat er insecten kunnen binnen komen

L'hotel é molto carino per Negombo, la camera molto spaziosa con un grazioso balconcino vista laguna e chiesa. Lo staff gentilissimo ci ha anche preparato la colazione take away alle 4 di notte.

Il bagno non era stato completamente pulito, il bidoncino non era stato svuotato.

Vicinanza all’aeroporto e personale molto gentile.

Teníamos q salir a las 5 para coger nuestro vuelo y nos han preparado un desayuno para llevar. El tamaño de la habitación y el baño son correctos.

La ubicación. Está en un barrio bastante alejado de la zona de restaurantes.

Good location close to the city, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was late being served the morning we were there because the chef had not yet arrived. Have no idea why. This was actually quite inconvenient for us as we needed to be off early that morning.

struttura anonima, nascosta dietro un viale, siamo arrivati e non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception, staff inesistente c’era soltanto 1 ragazzo, aria condizionata in camera non funzionante e per il caldo che c’è a Negombo è assurdo. Nonostante avessimo pagato un prezzo basso per me non vale la pena.

Location , very clean , good food and a few drinks available !

Room $35 A p/night , until arrival then $48 A a night , advertised airport schuttle , but on phine call to arrange told no schuttle , but too late for us ! T V does'nt work !

מקום נחמד בשביל להעביר את הלילה אחרי טיסה . לא יותר . ואפשר בהחלט לוותר על ארוחת הבוקר . צוות היה עזר ונתן מענה לכל בעיה שהייתה.

אין לחץ מים במקלחת . חוסר תחזוקה . מזגן שלא עבד בעיית חשמל שלא עבדה בטלוויזיה.

This did everything we needed it to do, a good base before we started our trip around Sri Lanka. The staff were excellent, we really enjoyed the breakfasts and the hotel was clean and in a good location.

Really easy to get to from the airport. Clean and quiet got everything you need in the room. A good sleep and nice breakfast thank you. Staff very kind.

So far so good, the place was literally right next to the canal with a beautiful view with the church. The staff was so friendly and looks out for the guests and guides well too. The room was spacious and the area is so calm.

Super friendly, we arrived late and that wasn’t a problem, terrific value for money, ac necessary and worked well, bathroom and bed great, spacious. Easy 15 min car ride from airport, breakfast an awesome bonus. Would stay again.

Nice hotel, very well located. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room with good airco and nice view over the channel.

One couple of guests was noisy at the balcony at 2am, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Conveniently located 20 minutes from the Colombo airport. This was perfect for a one night stay. Clean, comfortable and a great value. The staff even prepared me a to-go breakfast and was waiting to hand it to me as I left at 1:30 am for my 4:00 am flight! And then he waited with me outside for my ride to arrive. Truly above and beyond service!!

Checked in late at midnight, staff were at the door waiting as our taxi pulled up and showed us to your room immediately. Room was lovely, good Aircon and nice shower. Great value and 20 min drive from the airport, great for a one night stay if you have travel plans next day. Breakfast was really nice.

Coffee was a little weak but no big deal

The place is very simple and good for a room to stay and rest directly after a flight.

The toilet could have been cleaner. The balcony doors should be sealing better so mosquitos dont get to enter the room. The ac took a long time to cool the room, and bed was also not really comfortable.

The staff was very responsive in communicating from right after booking, and continued throughout our stay. The place was very clean, and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed, and if we requested anything they were quick to deliver. We were treated like royalty. The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful, delicious and served to us by the friendly staff in their beautifully decorated restaurant. We had horrible rain for most of our time there, and it would have ruined our trip, however staying at this place made us feel comfortable and safe. We lost the power a few times, but only for 2 seconds as immediately a generator turned on. They have everything well planned & organized. They even had a lift, which is uncommon in the area! This was a true hidden gem, which we highly recommend.
