Sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls toll.

L'emplacement est idéal au centre de Lausanne. Le métro est à proximité ( 1 arrêt de la gare). Le petit déjeuner est très varié et convient aux personnes intolérantes au gluten.

No había un secador de cabello… o por lo menos yo no lo encontré 🙈

Propreté et équipement de la chambre top. Grande armoire, salle de bains de bonne taille. Un petit frigo et de quoi se faire du thé/café. Emplacement stratégique au centre et proche des transports publiques

Il faisait très chaud, heureusement une clim était mis à disposition mais du coup pas possible de fermer la fenêtre et rue assez bruyante.

Très bon accueil avec des explications exhaustives. Arrivée à l'hôtel avant l'horaire de check-in pour poser ma valise on m'a donné une clé pour ma chambre sans que j'ai à le demander. Chambre confortable, moderne et propre. Ventilateur silencieux et petit frigo à dispo. Bon emplacement, l'hôtel fourni aussi un pass transport pour voyager gratuitement dans Lausanne pendant la durée du séjour.

L'hôtel est bien central et tout neuf.

Il n'y avait que des prises USB-B à côte du lit. Du coup, je devais charger mon téléphone vers la table et ne pouvais pas utiliser mon réveil d'une manière comfortable.

на завтрак хотелось бы какое-то альтернативное горячее с овощами , но в целом достаточно хороший завтрак

Tout était parfait la literie confortable un super accueil très bon petit déjeuner. L emplacement pour visiter la ville est parfait. Les chambres sont propres, très bien équipées et décorées.

Ben situat, però dificil de trobar-lo

Hotel che rimane imbattibile nel rapporto qualità-prezzo. Centralissimo, molto pulito, gentilezza del personale, camere moderne e ben tenute, buona la colazione.

Le stanze superior, silenziosissime, si dorme una meraviglia, danno su un angusto cortile interno pieno di motori dei condizionatori dei vicini stabili. Purtroppo però l’albergo non è dotato di aria condizionata. Perplimente anche la scelta del bagno con parete di vetro. Io viaggiavo sola, ma se no è davvero poco discreto.

Very good location right in the centre of town near Lausanne Flon. Very friendly staff, who were happy to give restaurant recommendations. Very clean. Very quiet. Would certainly consider staying again.

Very thoughtful and pleasant personnel (very beautiful ladies as well), wonderful breakfast, in the top 3 I have ever had traveling around. Spacious rooms, very good bed, fresh air, super nice bathroom.

A bit warm but that’s generally true all over Europe. Gym facilities were good but would have liked water and unlocked restroom.

grosses, geräumiges Zimmer. Frühstück haben wir verschlafen. Da es im 5. Stock war ist es wohl etwas heiss gewesen (wir hatten allerdings die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet). Ist gut gelegen und erreichbar.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und es hat alles bestens gepasst! Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Weitere Angebote des Hotels haben wir nicht genutzt.

Uns wurde eine Klimaanlage (mit dickem Rohr zum offenen Fenster) ins Zimmer gestellt. Das war grundsätzlich eine tolle Idee, denn es war sehr heiss an diesen Tagen. Nur die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, sodass wir sie nachts ausschalten mussten.

This establishment has perfect location, our room was big and comfortable, breakfast was amazing. Service professional and courteous, very quiet, and clean, we loved it.

暑い日だったが、ポータブルタイプのエアコンを設置してくれており、涼しく過ごせた。 全体的に清潔感もあり、快適だった。 日本語を話せる受付の方がいた。

お風呂はシャワーのみで、よくある洗面所水浸しになるタイプ。

Le lieu et et le positionnement de l’hôtel. Chambre, type suite très confortable.

Pas de climatisation centralisée. On vous fournit une climatisation sur roulettes qui fait un bruit infernal et qui vous force à dormir avec une fenêtre ouverte pour laisser l’air chaud de cette climatisation portable s’extraire (…) impossible de dormir paisiblement. Un hôtel à bannir en cas de forte chaleur. Parking très éloigné de l’hôtel et pas facile d’accès pour une personne à mobilité réduite.

La situation au coeur de la ville de Lausanne, dans une rue piétonne, donc tranquille, est phantastique. Toutefois on peut s'approcher en voiture pour charger et décharger les bagages. L'hôtel a un arrangement avec le Parkin Flon pour 15.- FS les 24 heures au lieu des 30.- officiels. L'hotel date du début du XXe siècle mais a subi un "lifting" il y a quelques années, qui le rend très chic et moderne. On peut tout aisément explorer à pied à partir de l'hôtel, la gare étant à 8 minutes.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, mais on y avait installé un gros appareil bruyant pour refroidir l'atmosphère de 38 ° dehors, pendant la canicule récente.

La climatisation qui est une clim manuelle donc fenêtre ouverte et une partie du volet ouverte pour laisser passer le tuyau Cette clim faisait un bruit infernal nous avons été obligé de l'éteindre donc nous avons eu très chaud nous n'avons pas passé une bonne nuit

Location to trains and historic old town were great. Staff were very helpful from check in to recommending restaurants close by. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Location was in historic area and everything was uphill, but we managed just fine and thoroughly enjoyed walking around the markets on Sat morning. Would definitely recommend staying here. To get to places north or south of historic area use the metro as it saves time and wear and tear on knees.

מיקום מעולה בלב,העיר העתיקה של לוזאן. חדרים מקסימים ומפנקים. ארוחת בוקר טובה.

היו ימי קיץ חמים ועדיין אין מיזוג קבוע במלון. המזגן הנייד בחדר היה בסדר גמור.

Pas de climatisation intégrée.... en lien et place un climatiseur mobile bruyant et inefficace. Gênant pour un hôtel 3 étoiles.

Je n’ai finalement jamais reçu la carte pour les transports lausannois gratuits, malgré mon inscription.

Für Reisende mit dem Auto nicht geeignet! Ein lautes mobiles Klimagerät im Zimmer - dass aber die warme Luft wieder in den Raum bläst - also sinnlos.

Almost everything, from the staff to the rooms. Location (center of the city) has two sides: very good, because almost everything is in walking distance but difficult to reach by car (traffic restrictions)

Difficult to reach by car. Parking is not very practical if you bring some luggage.

The staff person who checked us in and the person who checked us out were very friendly and helpful when we needed advice on dinning and directions. The room was clean and well appointed.

The portable AC unit was not properly set up. These units need to exhaust to the outside. This one was exhausting into the room. We found a work around but the suite never fully cooled to our satisfaction.

Very central location in the nice quiet central part of town. Close to the main station (only one metro stop away) and a quick run on the metro the the beautiful lake.

Unfortunately rooms are not air conditioned and it was very hot in Lausanne. They were not allowed to install central a/c during 2015 renovations but hope to do so by summer 2027. They provided a portable air conditioner but it was too noisy to run at night.
