Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral, in einem schönen Wohnquartiert und nur zehn Minuten vom Bellevue/Oberdorf entfernt. Sehr bequeme Betten, sauber uns sehr freundliche Personal. Frühstück hatten wir nicht, weil wir das nicht unbedingt brauchen - das können wir also nicht beurteilen.

Un grand véhicule parqué au milieu rendait les manoeuvres plus compliquées que nécessaire.

¡Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en Swiss Night by Fassbind! Desde el momento en que llegamos el miércoles a las 10:00 a. m., el personal fue amable y atento, permitiéndonos ocupar nuestra habitación mucho antes de lo previsto. Eso marcó una gran diferencia tras nuestro viaje. La habitación era fantástica: espaciosa, moderna, tranquila, con una cama muy cómoda y una limpieza impecable. Se nota que se enorgullecen de la limpieza; todo estaba inmaculado. Valoramos de manera muy positiva la flexibilidad con el equipaje. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas e instalarnos nada más llegar y, el día de nuestra marcha, nos permitieron guardar el equipaje desde las 8:00 a. m., ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la noche. Este excelente servicio nos permitió disfrutar de nuestro último día en Zúrich sin preocupaciones. La ubicación en Hottingen es perfecta: tranquila, segura y a pocos minutos a pie del Kunsthaus y del centro de la ciudad. El personal es súper amable y servicial en todo momento. Sin duda volveremos. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The staff were charming and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel, which is in a quiet area 20 minutes walk from hautbahnhof, is spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable
It was a warm night and our room was either without aircon or it did not work, which made sleep difficult. There was no information in the room saying how to connect to Wi-fi, which was frustrating as we had arrived late, reception had closed soon after, and we weren't able to check next morning's train times. Though clean and comfortable, the room was not spacious. Overall, it was not worth the CHF 324 we paid and in future for an overnight stop we will look for somewhere cheaper and nearer to the main railway station.

Un po la colazione che non era molto variegata.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Bize verilen ilk odada ıslak halıfleks kokusundan ötürü uyumakta zorlandık. Hatta booking üzerinden şikayetimizi de belirttik. Sabah hemen cevap geldi. Odamızı değiştirdiler ve konaklamamız boyunca kahvaltı hediye ettiler. Personel çok saygılı ve güleryüzlü idi. Özellikle Muhammed Bey bizimle daha çok ilgilendi ve çok nazikti. Kahvaltı harikaydı. Otelin konumu her yere yürüyebileceğimiz mesafedeydi. İlk gün yaşadığımız sıkıntıya rağmen biz çok memnun kaldık. Yine Zürih'e gitsem yine aynı otelde kalırım.
Otelin her yeri halıfleks kaplı. Temiz tutmak adına yıkanıyor belli ki ama bu hijyen sağlamaz diye düşünüyorum.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Hôtel très bien situé et dans une rue très calme. Les chambres que nous avons prises sont suffisamment grandes et équipées, mais ne sont pas équipées de climatisation. Leurs refroidissements étaient donc tout juste suffisant avec cette canicule. Place de parc privative juste devant l'hôtel avec une seule borne de recharge électrique. La salle du petit déjeuner était très calme et le petit déjeuner suffisant.
Malheureusement et comme d'habitude sur Zürich, mis à part le Suisse allemand ou l'anglais, aucune autre langue nationale n'était parlée.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Det sto at hotellet hadde parkering, og vi fikk til og med et eget skjema for bestilling og betaling av dette. Vi var derfor sikre på at alt var i orden, spesielt siden dere ikke svarte da vi sendte spørsmål om det på forhånd. Da vi kom frem, fikk vi beskjed i resepsjonen om at dere ikke har parkering likevel, og at vi måtte finne noe selv. Vi måtte parkere nesten en kilometer unna. Hadde dere ikke lurt oss med dette, ville vi aldri bestilt rom hos dere. I tillegg bråkte klimaanlegget så mye at det var umulig å sove, og det var en stor edderkopp på badet.

Room was sampler than the one presented in booking confirmation, poor air conditioning. I have received room no 205 just under the roof. Air conditioning was very loud and it was impossible to sleep when it was on and it was imposible to sleep due to heat 30C outside. You have to walk with suitcases on steep and narrow stairs. After 22:00 there was no one at the reception to complain.

ארוחת הבוקר דלה ביחס למחיר, איננה כלולה במחיר הלינה. עלות החניה ליום גבוהה בחניה הפרטית של המלון, אך זה נוח.
