Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan

Wunderschönes und modernes Hotel. Exzellentes Frühstück, Zimmerausstattung und Wellness-Bereich. Ich komme zum dritten mal gerne wieder. Das Personal sehr freundlich und professionell.

Ich habe nichts auszusetzen.

near to peking phbs univ

The aroma in the lobby and the breakfast food spread.

Confusion in the brand name of the hotel

Modern facilities

Can’t speak English

Fair only, the good point is the room size, but the choice of club floor isn't worth it. Read below.

The facilitation on the club floor is only limited. At 9:30 pm when I arrived at the club floor, there was very limited offers of pastry / snacks. There wasn't even water (note: it was very hot during the whole day). There was only juice. I was to ask the staff to get 2 bottles of water. I was anticipating some more offers.

The location is great as near to North University Metro station. There are many eateries near by. Staffs are very friendly and hotel is neat and clean everywhere. The ambience is excellent. The breakfast was excellent with both Asian and Western options.

breakfast is excellent so is the location

No outdoor pool

spacious clean

gym pool facilities too far

clean room with facilities in good condition

far away from town

Localização e comodidade

Le petit dej est sublime

Légèrement bruyant la nuit.

The rooms were luxurious and modern, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Bill at the front desk, and were able to store all our luggage whilst we explored for the day. The pool was large and clean.

The fitness facilities were a bit of a walk away from the property, and the rooms could've been a bit more thoughtfully designed and spacious: the layout of the bathroom was a bit incoherent.

Everything

Nothing

None.

The is not a 5 stars hotel. More like 3 and a half or maximum 4 - in all aspects! From the venue to the staff to the room to the location, food etc. Previous to this stay, I was staying 10 nights at the Hilton Shekou, wow wow wow this is a 5 stars hotel!!!!

Sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal

staff, room size, amenities, newness

nothing

Breakfast, two wash basins back to back.

Floor Rugs cleanliness

Great lobby and hotel room

The receptionist isn’t professional

This hotel is fantastic! It’s modern, super spacious, and has a polished design. Plus, the pool and facilities are great, and the rooms are clean and tidy.

Nothing bothered me, all good!

Great customer service

Everything was perfect, breakfast was delicious, staff were great! Kids friendly, indoor playground inside the restaurant 👍🏻

Great Hotel

Good breakfast, spacious room

Not enough bathrobes prepared Poor light in the room Far away from public transport

Dinner was good.

Check-in extremely slow, cannot arranged the same floor for our 4 prebooked rooms.

I like the services provided by the staff

Some of the amenities were constantly refilled but in total it was clean and chill. Very good hotel!

Clean and nice

Nompronlems

Everything is nice. Only in the morning when i check to my breakfast the personal is waiting for me 20 meters before the breackfast reception in a wierdlocation it feels like i beeing ambush and they going shihitsu on my psicology

Breakfast was good

The general ambiance was great and the executive lounge was even better

Not much

El hotel es muy bonito y moderno

Not quite satisfactory. Not enough air conditioning (Cool Air) in public areas such as lobby, Gymnasium, corridor, lifts.

Very polite and helpful staff at front office and housekeeping.

Shower water pressure could be better.

Fitness Centre is pretty solid as hotel gyms are usually lacking.

For a 5-Star Hotel the staff could barely speak any English. Quite surprising. It’s one thing for general staff to not have working knowledge of English, but even while checking-in the staff struggled to communicate. I’m no English snob and it’s understandable to be some minor hiccups while communicating, but what I mean is the staff literally speak no English almost. This made things difficult at times.

professional staff very friendly excellent manner very clean

nothing

Front desk is very helpful. Could help arranging upon my request on room location. The bellman was very polite and helpful too.

Everything was exceptionally good. From the rooms, to the food, the entry hall and especially the staff, who helped us when we forgot a bag in the Uber/Didi car. I could not recommend this hotel enough, would definitely stay again

I don't have a single thing to complain about.
