Moderno urejen hotel z veliko dodatnih storitev (spa, bazen...) z izjemno ponudbo hrane (tudi) za zajtrk. Najbolj pa prevzame razgled iz hotelske sobe, saj se hotel nahaja na nadstropjih 30+. Zelo priporočamo za vse, ki želite odkrivati Nanshen tudi peš.

Need to queue up for breakfast and some times it went upto 1 hour. No matter what they will close the breakfast by 1030 even though you got an entry at 10 am . So my wife had stopped coming to breakfast Food menu is okay only . They don't refill on time and we had to request each time although there are many staffs walking around . They don't even put tongle to get bread toster One day staff told me that chairs near the window is for guest and I was wondering what category I was belong there . There are good 4 star hotels provide better service and facility than 5 star crown plaza . It's not value for money at all

Very very poor internet services, the staff didn't want to sort it out, was very very bad for my business. The food was bad also.

Walking outside the hotel was difficult

The room is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there is room for improvement for the design and the space of the wardrobe of the room. There are too many tables in the lounge of the hotel and cannot give a sense of relaxation.

Conveniently located above an underground station. Great view from any room. Room design stylish & practical.

Shabby lobby with pop up shops. Room rates do not represent good value for money.

Large and quite new bedroom

Bar and restaurant for the breakfast could be more intimate… it feels like you are in a hall.

This is the only hotel i waited 20 minutes to enter to have breakfast. Restaurant is very small for the capacity the hotel!

Good location and with several restaurants around. The subway provides easy access everywhere. THe views of the room were spetacular.

Somehow, for the price I paid, I expected a much better room. The room is ok, but not luxury.

大堂：寬敞，樓頂高，空間位十足。check in:排隊等了五分鐘左右，都算快。服務員都好有耐性，解答我問題。房間：整潔，寬敞。床和枕頭：不太軟，軟硬度適中。自助早餐：因為太多人，編排我們比較遠的位置。後來叫經理再安排，服務員先再認真找個好位置給我們。吃完食物之後，沒有人收碟直至叫服務員來收。服務員質素真是要多培訓。食物選擇：都不是太多。泳池：因為太多人（大概早上十時），遊泳時候沒有多空間，如果想遊泳要早一點到。有一個暖水池，按摩噴水出口祇有一個功能正常，其他按摩位沒有噴水出來。不知道其他噴水位是否壞了，這個要扣分。男士桑拿房維修。訂房的時候，網頁沒有提及。這點有點失望。

The room is really spacious and well decorated. The view outside of our window is amazing and the staff is very helpful and polite.

Sound proof is not good enough. We can hear the kids from next door all the time. Also the coffee from breakfast is kinda bad :(

The room and facilities are great, we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi, the breakfast buffet was nice too, their Chinese restaurant also got a good menu, the hotel is surrounded by IT and network company offices, facing SZ University, very dark and quiet in the evening, subway entry at the basement makes transport more convenient.

All staff was extremely polite and helpful (especially at the reception and lounge) - more than one normally expects.

There was no Spa.

I order online item and recipient didn’t deliver to me . After spending more than two hour investigating with the driver they convince that one of their staff take the item and lost it. And they even didn’t apologize .

I really like the spread of Breakfast. It includes three live stations, besides the usual choices of breakfast 1. Noodle Station: Choose from a selection of noodles, with fresh vegetables and mushrooms to create your perfect bowl. 2. Cantonese Porridge Station: Enjoy traditional Cantonese porridge with a variety of flavorful toppings, includes fresh fish, chicken and pork. 3. usual eggs station

The room came with the most amazing views especially at night and the dedicated privacy floors topped it all.

Very comfortable, the swimming pool is a highlight (note: a swimming hat is required, which can be also bought at the pool area).

Ac was not working in room, high humidity and the hotel had to bring a portable dehumidifier

The property is in a great position, very clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful.

Facilities were new and very clean. Spacious room with great view, there were various choice of pillows to meet guests' needs, bed was comfy. Love the hair dryer and the alarm clock. The hotel should consider adding these 2 items to sell at the souvenir corner. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. Very convenient location with the underground train station just at the door front of the hotel.

Nothing much around the area, mostly business buildings, but not a big issue as the underground train station is just around the corner, shopping mall is just one station away.

A nice hotel with a few dining options. Liked the view from the room.

Staff could not speak much English, and not as well trained with younger staff that do not appear experienced enough.

Hotel blocked my credit card with a deposit- fine ...but as I decided to invite my business partners for dinner, the waiter declined to book my dinner invoice to my room number because it exceeded the deposit... embarrasing. No english knowledge most of the Hotel crew. Hotel is offering WLAN but it didn´t work at all...no chance to make my home work to at least work on my emails....NO GO !!!!!
