The bedsheet we were provided with had a hole in it.It seemed to be dirty and was terrible as i had huge expectations abt this property.

Reviewed Sep 25, 2024The restaurant food we ate for lunch & dinner was very good but breakfast was almost nothing. The service was not welcoming except one woman at the check in desk who tried her best to make us feel welcome. The bed was comfortable & AC in room worked adequately. The room was fairly spacious.
The rooms were dirty, stained upholstery and towels. Curtains are not block out & the sun there is incredibly strong. Pool looked nice but very minimum and no shaded areas by pool while it was over 40c making it impossible to use. Most Staff do not seem to speak or understand English & that made for problems.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2023Our second stay here. We will come back. Thanks to the manager Ravi who was always helpung us if we had any questions. Rooftop restaurant just great, food delicious, rooms are cosy with big windows. A perfect 10 days stay at Lords. Thanks!

Reviewed Dec 25, 2022Such a wonderful hotel at Birgunj. It was truly comfortable and there was selection of 2 types of breakfast. One was South Indian and other being the Indian. Food was amazing Out of all; they provide best Spa in town. Senses Spa and Wellness within Hotel Diyalo Lords. The ambiance was too great. It was a complete relaxation for my body, mind and soul. Highly recommended hotel.
