The staff were very good and friendly. We reached around 10:30 pm, and the staff were waiting for us, which was a very nice and positive point. They were polite and helpful during our stay.

We were 4 people staying in 2 rooms, but the bathroom kits were not properly provided. There was not even soap in the bathroom. Only one toothbrush was provided for a couple. Tea making stuffs were also missing and was incomplete The towels and bedsheets were torn and had many stains. They did not smell bad, but they were not clean according to the price we paid. I even asked to change the bedsheet, but the replacement was also not properly clean. The breakfast was average and not as good as expected for the price.

It was good overall.

Staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Mr.Karan Kushwaha, who helped us in everything we requested, from the beginning of our stay to end. I recommend this hotel.

Staff members were courteous and the room was fairly good. I loved their chicken biryani.

Chicken biryani was served with 4 small pieces of chicken. However, there was hardly any chicken meat I could taste. The pieces mainly consisted of chicken bones. The hotel is of the opinion that 1 bottle of water is sufficient for 2 guests throughout the day. I have stayed in hotels across many countries, including Nepal. But, never was I denied access to sufficient amount of drinking water. I was not happy about being charged for additional bottles @NPR 44 each.

The hotel improved on our feedback related to chicken biryani and served us fine pieces of chicken with delicious rice the following day. So, I was really happy that they worked on our feedback in a positive manner. Overall, the room was good and our stay was fairly okay. The staff members were courteous.

Nicely decorated modern room with great lighting. Air conditioned and good shower. Very attentive and helpful staff.

Good to have an air conditioning in the dining hall. However the staff were very nice and had all fans blowing at us to keep us comfortable.

Excessively noisy property - couldn't sleep during 3-nights stay due to the noises coming from other rooms. Not likely to stay at this property again.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, great hot shower & good views from the 5th floor! Also, we enjoyed the room service meals and found the restaurant/waiting staff friendly. We also appreciated the early check in and being let in early morning by a friendly security guard! Great service and good level of comfort while waiting to cross the border into India.

The room could have been cleaner. We had to ask for the bed sheets to be changed upon arrival, and after that, even the new sheets weren’t laundered to a good standard. Towels also had marks on them. The room also needed some more thorough cleaning as the surfaces were really dusty etc.

Hotel located close to the town center. The room was spacious with a balcony. Comfortable beds. Very basic but ok.

The staff were great, helpful and friendly. Location central and bed very comfortable. Poor breakfast. As always in India rooms and bathrooms need more attention to thorough cleaning thoroughly. Comfortable stay but very overpriced.

Rooms were a bit worn out and not clean, not much daylight, couldn't use the balcony due to 3 airco's that were on it. Good for a stopover of 1 night but that's it in our opinion.
