Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Staff were nice and even upgraded our room! hotel room was clean and adorable, bed was so comfortable and loved the spacious shower! It was a few minutes walk away from some good spots to eat or go walk by the water and had a train station across the street which was very convenient.

chiusa la sala per la colazione!!! stanza piccolissima al primo piano, si sentiva sempre qualcuno parlare e fumare nel cortile, poco pulita la stanza quotidianamente, molto caro, nessuna attenzione per una cliente come me che già c'è stata sei, sette volte.

La habitación no tenía espacio habilitado para maletas: utilizamos sillas. Faltan enchufes (cargar móvil de forma cómoda es importante). La puerta del baño no es hermética.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Wir waren auf einer Hochzeit eingeladen mehrere Ehepaare haben in dem Hotel gewohnt, die Hochzeit war um 15:00 Uhr und wir sollten erst ab 16:00 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen dürfen. Wären wir eher gekommen, hätten wir 40 Fr. extra zahlen sollen. Nach großen Diskussionen konnten wir dann doch das Zimmer eher beziehen das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gefallen.

El servicio de habitaciones de uno de los dias fue deficiente. Las cama no la hizo correctamente, y no repuso cápsulas de café, ni papel higiénico. El resto de los días, todo fenomenal.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Walking distance from Lake Zurich and old city center. There are several eating places around so you are well catered for. The room is nice but a bit small. Air con was working but not good enough for a very hot summers day. Nice to have a balcony. Over all nice ambiance and setting.
Parking is a bit of a faff but do-able. The room is a bit small and cramped but manageable. It was very hot and the A/C was barely keeping up. Just one coffee pod available per person in the room. A bit over priced.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Lovely room, and we enjoyed having the little lounge area and deck areas to spread out in. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and is air conditioned. Location is excellent - located a 2 minute walk from Zurich Enge train station, and trams are right there as well. There are 2 little supermarkets and a liquor store within a 2 minute walk also. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay :)

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Im Zimmer war sogar eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Unsere Räder konnten wir in der Hotel-eigenen Tiefgarage sicher versperren. Auch die Nähe zum Bahnhof Enge und dem Zürcher See sind ein großer Plus-Punkt.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026The space was larger than i imagined looking st the pictures. I felt the decor was intentional- both functional and aesthetic. For example the full length mirror was very practical, and the larger mirror really made the room feel much bigger than it was. I also think having multiple lighting options is valuable because it allows me to customize depending on need.
The room was very clean. However, i felt the bathroom sink had a moldy, stale water smell. There were some dark stains around the faucet which i thought could be the water mold but not sure. The sink was also a bit clogged so water was pooling up. There were also some permanent stains on the toilet seat which is fine, but a bit off putting. The rest of the bathroom was exceptional. The room and bed were 10/10. I also wish the location was a little closet to the action, but proximity to tram and train were a huge bonus as well.

PAS DE CLIMATISATION!!! Quand il fait 33 degrés, ça me semble indispensable pour un hôtel. De plus, dormir avec la porte fenêtre ouverte, c'est difficile à cause du bruit de la rue. EN PLUS, pas possible d'avoir un petit déjeuner! problème de cuisine apparemment.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Locke ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Zürich geeignet. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof Enge mit diversen Supermärkten in der Nähe könnte nicht besser sein. Die Zimmer sind originell eingerichtet und die Ausstattung der kleinen Küche war überraschend gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Amazing location, friendly staff, comfortable space. We loved being across from a major train station and within walking distance to many attractions. Balcony was a nice plus!
Only very minor complaints barely worth mentioning but the site is asking for our dislikes. There was almost no space on the bedside tables since they were small and had a built in lamp, so hard to put things there. Using the shower got the bathroom floor quite wet and the toilet didn't flush super well.
