The lamps were not working, so I always had you use the main lights. Not a big deal but could be better :)

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage. Gleich neben der Straßenbahn, paar Minuten zu Fuß zum See, paar Minuten in die Altstadt. Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen aber Preis Leistung ist top. Personal war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Es ist unglaublich laut in der Nacht, laute Motorengeräusche bis in die Morgenstunden, Menschen die unterwegs sind und schreien. Man wird nachts oft aus dem Schlaf gerissen.

Der Duschkopf war leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und verteilte das Wasser recht gleichmäßig in der Dusche. Es gibt da mittlerweile wesentlich angenehmere Geräte- sollte vielleicht mal ausgetauscht werden.

המחיר יקר בהחלט. אך היה חשוב לנו מיזוג אוויר ולא יכולנו להתפשר. החניות לרכב לא מסודרות אך הצוות יעץ לנו אייך להסתדר הכי טוב. במקלחת אמבטיה וזה מסוכן . מיטות רכות ושקועות מידי.

לא אהבנו פשוט מאוד! אין מזגן אמיתי כמן שרשום אלא מזגן נייד בחדר שעושה רעש של טרקטור ובלילה אני מרגישה באמצע אתר בנייה, מיטות מזעזעות אבל אין מזעזע מזה, כול בוקר קמתי עם כאבי גב ב 6 בבוקר ברמה שנאלצתי לקחת כדורים לכאבים ולא היו כאבים כשהלכתי לישון!. פשוט לא שווה את המחיר! ברמה שביום השני חיפשתי מלון אחר.

We received an upgrade to a more spacious room - with extra beds and a jaccuzi. In the bathroom there was a wall mirror for ladies to apply their cosmetics. Plastered on top of it was an enlarging mirror. With the weight of the mirrors combined, it tended to tilt horizontally so to use it, one ended up holding the mirror with one hand while using the free hand to apply cosmetics. Rather comical.

Le petit déjeuner est l'un des plus copieux et variés m'ayant été servi en Suisse depuis bien longtemps. Personnel aimable, tant à la réception qu'en salle. Proche des transports publics, à 5 minutes du bord du lac.

This hotel is nowhere near the standard it claims to be. In my opinion, it is no more than a 2-star hotel. Everything feels extremely old and poorly maintained. The building is dated, the rooms feel dirty, there are unpleasant smells, and the bathrooms honestly look like something from a 1980s horror movie. For the amount of money they charge, the condition of this hotel is unacceptable. Expensive prices with extremely poor standards. I genuinely don't understand how a property in this condition can present itself as a high-standard hotel. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would definitely not return.

Reichhaltig, aber nicht übertrieben. Kann man mit dem Hund ins Fruhstucksraum, Hund war Willkommen! Hunde können GRATIS übernachten!!!

The breakfast was very delicious with a lot of choices. The area was good for walking to many destinations. The staff were professional.
The staff was professional but a bit short. They let you know when your time in the breakfast area is coming to an end with urgency. We did not have the best result when needing a taxi, very overpriced compared to when calling myself.
