Upholstery & Carpets are worn out. Facility needs a refurbishment asap.

Location. Dining portions large size and wide variety of choice. Bed mattress super comfortable and soft. Team member Juhi went above and beyond by advising how to get food to take out to my wife who was recovering from surgery in the hospital across the road.

Great location and professional staff

Raw chicken served in room service and no refund for the same. Function room on 1st floor and very loud music until midnight thumping through the building.

There is a large function room at the hotel and 3 of the 4 nights we stayed the noise was significant until past midnight...does nt make for an easy nights sleep. Being chased for the minibar bill in my taxi because the hotel forgot to add at checkout. In room dining was very poor quality and items we returned were still billed... not great experience

Always a good and varied breakfast; buffet not available a couple of mornings due to low occupancy, but excellent provision of the items specified. Always friendly and helpful reception staff who never fail to go the extra mile to help. Laundry service good as always, and to my specific requirements.

A couple of hitches in the excellent dinner provision, but soon rectified to my complete satisfaction. Quite disappointing that Diet Coke was not available during my stay!

Standard of quality was poor and food was cold.

It is supposed to be a hotel but did not live up to expectations in comparison to the other hotel we stayed in. Picked up a stomach bug at the hotel and suffered from diarrhoea which ruined my holidays. The photos below speak for itself that shows broken plate and dirty top on the water bottle.

We enjoyed our stay! What was amazing about the hotel was the wonderful staff and amazing food. Everyone greeted us with a smile and took care of all our needs. The parking area needs improvement though!

We had the best stay here at Fortune Avenue ITC, Jalandhar. Our Manager Rohit Wilson and his staff were all very professional and helpful to our family. And the check in desk on the 2nd floor was always manned by at least 2 staff and a manager to ensure good service. Both of our rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and all facilities worked well. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard. Room service was very quick and efficient. Even after the bar had closed. We had breakfast everyday at The orchid restaurant located downstairs in the hotel, the staff were the best. They catered to our every need and It was nice to see the same friendly faces every day with good conversation. We also had dinner and drinks here on 2 days and the buffet food and menu food were both prepared a high standard. Compliments to all the chefs and kitchen staff. As an NRI from the UK, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is very well maintained and always has security outside, the location was perfect for us. It was 10-15 minutes from model town and on a main road so made getting in and out of the city very easy. We would all like to thank the staff and everyone who we interacted with. You all did a great job, so much so, that we’ve cancelled our other hotel next week to come and stay with you again. Sorry if anything or anyone was missed in this review, we will write another review after our next stay with some photos and everyone’s names included. We were also presented with a nice cake as a farewell as a surprise after breakfast. It really is a special place. Looking forward to seeing you all again next week. The Kandola Family

I loved the hospitality of the phenomenal staff. They were extremely helpful and hospitable and accommodated all of our needs so swiftly. From providing us with an iron to bringing up extra towels and other items, no request was too big. The breakfast was out of this world and the variety was just perfect. From the karak cha stand to the freshly made aloo piranthas and lassi, service was always with a smile. There is no other place to stay in Jalandhar. The assistant manager, Mr. Manjeet Kumar deserves a special thanks due to his fantastic attention to detail, and it is clear that the staff are managed effectively and want to provide the best service possible too. Well done Fortune Avenue, and we look forward to visiting again soon.

If I had to say something, it would be great if there was a spa service.

Very nice

Clean and spacious rooms. Food good, staff polite and very helpful. The Manager, Rohit Wilson and Food & Beverager Manger, Pushpendra Parmar were very helpful and looked after our stay and anything we requested. My wife was poorly, they helped her with special diet requirement . We will return again.

Reception and lounge should be on ground floor. More practical.

Breakfast was good but some of the preparations were not of standard. The room had some issues of not properly insulated of sound.

Dated hotel and in our room at night we could hear the generator banging Have to go through a restaurant to get to the hotel The phone in the room is dusty with hair on it For 1500 rupees more you can stay in a newer hotel in Jalandhar

Neat and clean property, staff was so polite and respectful

The staff were amazing, manager Rohit and Sheetal in the restaurant was truly outstanding her service and knowledge of the dishes nothing was to much for her. The hotel location was superb. Right in the heart of the city, The hotel room was very clean and comfortable The staff on the front desk were friendly and welcoming after a long flight. I recommend this hotel for everyone for couples and family We were a family of four With myself and husband and mother and two brothers. Definitely will go again.
