There was a party going on until late and it was noisy, the hotel room next to us had their tv on so load made it hard to sleep. I had two room, the twin I booked just failed to materialise even after the reception said they would sort. Staff felt inexperienced. As them to bed ok a taxi, they referred me to UBER

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Booked this hotel for a family wedding. Another family member decided to join us last minute. Staff were great in organising an additional inter-connecting room. Hotel location is excellent, it was clean, modern and good value. Staff were amazing and attentive, meeting all our needs and going over and above. Special shout out to Lakhwinder who made our stay extra special. Good selection for breakfast. Overall, a good stay and highly recommended.
Slow lunch service. Often we had to takeaway the food as we did not have time to eat in restaurant. Views from the hotel are of rubbish tip but no fault of the hotel. An outside seating area would have been useful.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026The breakfast buffet selection
The check in process. The booking confirmation outlined photo ID was required, however what wasn’t explained was that in actual fact a passport for each individual and their visa was required. We didn’t have documents with us and the attitude and approach of the staff relating to this matter was below satisfactory. In the bedrooms you can hear the conversations of people in the next rooms. Needs better sound proofing. The TV didn’t work and hand to request hand towels as they were not available in the room on arrival.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Breakfast was very good service and a lot of choice, providing very good value for money. Also the buffet dinner at the weekend was absolutely amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed the food. All the staff were very polite and respectful. The hotel met our expectations for cleanliness too. We have recommended it to our family members.
We felt the location of the hotel is a bit confusing for taxi drivers, they seemed to get confused with the other Radisson hotel each time.
