Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im New Garden Hotel in Diyarbakır. Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer sehr sauberen, modernen Ausstattung und einem angenehmen Ambiente. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit mit einem Lächeln zur Stelle war und den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet, ruhig und bieten alles, was man für eine erholsame Nacht braucht. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um Diyarbakır zu erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar, und dennoch fühlt man sich im Hotel wunderbar abgeschirmt und entspannt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Ich kann das New Garden Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen! 😍

Raucher floors. Auch die Mitarbeiter rauchen sodass die Nichtraucher floors auch nach Zigaretten riechen. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht wie das gewohnte Frühstück aus 4 Sterne Hotels. Kleine Auswahl.

The hygiene in this hotel is too low. Breakfast fruits and vegetables were not washed well. The bedsheets and towels were very old and had holes. The bathroom and toilet had a very bad smell and after five minutes of shower, there was a lake that didn’t evacuate. The room was too humid without proper air circulation. The room light was blue and uncomfortable. At first we thought this is a good hotel for such a high price (100 euro per night) but later we found other nice hotels in the town and we regret not booking there. Worst of all, the staff (except for the hotel manager) couldn’t speak English. We were very disappointed and helpless. The value for money is minus. It is absolute waste of money. Don’t recommend at all.

The location is very good, it's close to the historic walls but away from the crazy crowds. I think the city does not have a lot of foreign tourists yet, so not everyone at the property understands or speaks English, but they are trying their best and I am sure this will change with the increase in numbers of foreign travelers. The rooms are quite comfortable, the staff is very accommodating and the food is very good

AC controls in the rooms are not functional unless you call the front desk and ask them to turn it on It is not really a problem if you know about it, but it is not immediately clear and I see other reviews complaining about hot rooms and AC not working . The procedure should be explained to the guests at check in and there will be no confusion

Современный удобный отель рядом с центром. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, но при этом нет толп туристов. Удобная парковка - машину ставят на подземную парковку и пригоняют к входу. Просторный номер. Великолепный завтрак. Отличный персонал.

Сразу уточняйте, как пользоваться кондиционером - надо будет звонить из своего номера, чтобы АС включили. В дальнейшем вы можете сами устанавливать температуру.

Immer wieder zog Rauchgeruch ins Zimmer, was sehr unangenehm war.

Otel Diyarbakır merkezde bulunuyor ve Diyarbakır sur içine oldukça yakın. Yürüyerek 6 dk ıcınde çarşıya ulaşabilirsiniz. Odaları temiz çalışanları güler yüzlü. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz

Çok konforlu ve ferah odalar, merkezi konumda, özel otoparkı var, kahvaltısı çok zengin ve güzel. Personeli çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Özellikle masaj, sauna ve hamam hizmetinden çok memnun kaldık.

Nothing, didn’t spend a lot of time in the room and even booked an extra night

Vriendelijke en behulpvolle personeel. Ligging was ook ideaal, alles was op wandelafstand.

Lovely modern hotel and great staff

It was the middle of summer and the AC was off in the lobby and in the restaurant during breakfast which made it uncomfortable. Breakfast variety and the ability as well as service at breakfast could be improved.

Clean, 10-15min walk to in Sur. Stuff are Really friendly.

It had everything we needed.

There was a little trouble working out the air conditioning in one of the rooms. It continued for a few days, but then they worked it out.

Everything was excellent. The place was spotless clean. The facilities are nice and the breakfast was good. The location is close to the historic centre. There is also a hotel restaurant and this can be improved as prices were disproportionate to the quality. This is however a minor thing. The rest was great!

Although the street is a bit noisy I slept well. Good service!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is within walking distance to all major attractions in the old town, receptionists speak English (which is not a rule in this part of Turkiye). I heartily recommend this hotel. I plan to return to Diyarbakir and I certainly will choose this hotel again.

Odalarda balkon yoktu yatak ve yastık yorgan rahat değildi. Duş başlığı kırıktı sonra ki gün yaptılar . 2 kişiyiz banyoda 2 büyük havlu 2 tane saç havlusu 1 tane de yüz havlusu olması lazım . Söylememe rağmen 1 tane saç havlusu vardı. Odadaki kasa çalışmıyordu. Temizlik görevlileri sabahın köründe bağıra bağıra konuşuyorlardı hiç uyutmadılar. Bir daha tercih etmem

Handtücher könnten besser riechen

Beklentilerimizi ailecek karşıladı, kahvaltı hariç konaklama idi ama otelde ücretli kahvaltı da açık büfe ve yeterli idi, ücret olarak da normaldi.

Modern hotel with excellent breakfast, and comfortable room and bathroom. Very convenient to everything in the city.

1 ve 2. Katlarda sigara içilmiyor ise bize neden 4.kat odayı verdiklerini anlamadım, özellikle çocuklu aileyiz. Talepte etmişim, sonra hızlıca çözdüler ama.

Oda iç tasarımı ferah ve genişti. Sur içine yakın konumda. Otel konum ve Konfor olarak çok iyi.

Harika bir deneyimdi konum olarak güzeldi. Oda temizdi. Kahvaltı harikaydı. Çalışanlar aşırı ilgiliydi. 🙂

Excellent hotel, excellent facilities and spa was lovely.

Merhaba, iki kişi konaklama yapacaktık. Daha sonra bir kişi iptal oldu. Bunu uygulamanızdan düzelttim. Tek kişi olarak bildirdim. Fakat otele giriş yaparken iki kişilik işlem yapıldığını farkettim. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdim. Bir süre inceledikten ve uygumadaki rakamı gösterdikten sonra düzelttiler. Sorun şu : Ben uygulamanızda düzeltme yaptıktan sonra, düzeltmenin otelin sistemine yansımamış olması. Burda gelişime ihtiyacınız olduğunu düşünüyorum. Teşekkürler.

13-17 kasım arası kongre dolayısıyla 4 gece bu otelde konakladık. Neden bu kadar yüksek puan aldığını pek anlayamadık. Tabi puan beklenti çerçevesinde gelişiyor. Biz genelde hiltonda kaldığımızdan bizim beklentilerimizin altında kalmış olabilir. Ama bu kadar yüksek olunca ve konumu dolayısıyla şans verelim dedik. Öncelikle personeller güleryüzlü ve ilgililerdi bu konuda çok teşekkür ederiz. Odamız 1. Katta idi. En sonki akşam alttan bir grup insanın kahkahası gürültüleri çok geldi onun haricinde otel sokak arasında olduğundan zaten araba sesi gelmesi pek mümkün değil. Oda temizdi fakat ilerleyen günlerdeki temizlikte yerler süpürülmedi geri kalan temizlik iyiydi. Odadaki televizyon çok küçük ve eskiydi. Kahvaltı çeşitlilik açısından iyiye yakındı fakat özellikle dikkatimizi çeken her gün tıpatıp aynı kahvaltı olması ve biten ürünlerin yenilenmemesiydi. Lobi bölümü sigara içilen kısım pisti hep kuş pislikleri vardı bence üzeri tam kapatılmalıydı. Otelin kapalı otoparkı yetersizdi 4 günde de hep dışarı park edildi arabamız ve maalesef kuş pislikleri ile doluydu. Bir daha diyarbakıra gelirsek tercih etmeyiz maalesef.

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Oda temiz ve sessizdi. Evcil hayvan kabul edildiği için tercih etmiştik gayet memnun ayrıldık.

Good location, valet parking, OK breakfast, helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Only minus was lack of attention to detail in bedrooms -eg missing lightbulbs.

This was our second trip here, everything was perfect. Nice People, tasty food, very well located, clean end plenty of services (SPA, laundry, etc...). I strongly recommend this place.

Good location- close to centre, good breakfast- many choices. Very good heating system and bathroom facilities. Very clean hotel and new towels.

One cup for tea drinking in the room, had to ask for second everyday we stayed.

Amazing place ! Perfectly located and very friendly staff. I strongly recommend this place. Due to sismique location, we were a bit worried but this hotel has been build recently with the highest safety standards, so that we were reassured. We will definately go back to Diyarbakır and chose again New Garden Hotel.

Well-situated and a short walk to the old city walls. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Facilities in good condition. Good free breakfast.

The staff were very helpful in getting us a taxi to a local event we were going to and which was proving a challenge with the language barrier!

Staff were wonderful, very friendly and more than welcomed us and others staying who had travelled for Scotland football match. Allowed us an early check-in. Hotel clean with good size room and bathroom. Good varied breakfast for all tastes. Ideally located with Old town centre only a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend hotel if visiting Diyarbakir.

Otel personeli çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar hiç bekletmeden hemen yardımcı oldular. Odalar geniş ve çok temiz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
