Dear We booked a twin family room, but upon arrival, we were given a single room !!!!. After an hour, they offered another room on a different floor for our two small children, which wasn't feasible. We ended up cancelling the second room and staying in one small room. Unfortunately, we weren't refunded any money for the discrepancy. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü,yataklar rahat,oda temizdi.ancak sabah 7de başlayan matkap sesi hiç susmadı,resepsiyona bildirdik ancak yardımcı olunamadı.bir gece konaklama yaptığım otelde uykumu maalesef alamadım

Otel odasına çok fazla sigara kokusu sinmişti. Konumu çok iyi idi.

Location is prime—you’re in the heart of the city walking distance to the bazaars. Room was very dusty and AC did not work.

Duş başlığına yapıştırılmış sakız vardı? Bunu yapanın ayıbı başka fakat temizlik personeli hiç mi dikkat etmemiş? Klozetin de sadece içi temizdi dışı çok kirliydi. Lavabonun temizliği yeterli değildi. Musluk eviyeleri berbat vaziyetteydi. Duşun camları da kirliydi. Anlaşılan sadece yatağa temiz çarşaf geçirip süpürge atıp çıkıyorlar. Ücretini hak ettiğini kesinlikle düşünmüyorum. Sadece restoran çok temizdi. Çalışanları güler yüzlüydü. Fakat ilk girdiğim gün resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çamaşırlarımın yıkanıp ertesi güne yetiştirileceğini gayet emin bir şekilde belirtip çamaşırlarımı aldırdığı halde ertesi gün resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok kaba bir şekilde yıkanamayacağını bildirip çamaşırları geri göndertti. Bir daha yolum düşerse asla tercih etmem.

Tam şehrin göbeğinde güzel bir otel oda servisi mevcut

Good hotel however needs an update of interiors. AC not working and safe not working. Stayed only one night so didn't want to wait for the repairman. Very convenient location to major sights and lots of restaurants around. I would recommend this hotel just make sure AC works because Diyarbakir is a hot place in the spring and summer

Merkezi konumda güzel ve şık bir otel. Hava Diyarbakır’da çok soğuk olmasına rağmen klimalar güzel ısıtıyordu ve odalar sıcacıktı. Odalar temiz ve housekeeping hanımefendi her gün itinayla odamızı güzelce temizleyip düzenledi. Ayrıca ön büro personelide çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüler. Demir Hotel ailesine misafirperverliklerinden ötürü teşekkür ederim.

Öncelikle personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Tüm konaklamamız boyunca her saat güzel karşılandık. Odalar son derece rahat ve sıcaktı. Özellikle oda kartını yanınıza alsanız dahi sıcak odaya gelebilmek harika. Güzel düşünmüşler. Müthiş rahat uyuduk. Odada kettle, su ve çay, kahve ikramı var. Oda servisi fiyatları gayet uygun. Odalar dışarıdan oldukça az ses alıyor, bu da harika. Otel konsepti olarak oranın en eski otellerinden biri olmasına rağmen gayet modern ve gülümseten detayları var. Tebrik ederim. Konumu mükemmel diyebilirim, Ulu Camii, Hz Süleyman, Sur içi, Kiliseler, Çarşı, en iyi ciğerci kadayıfçılar, Sülüklü Han, eski sur içi sokakları hepsi hepsi yürüme mesafesi otele. Diyarbakır'da zor bulunan yeni nesil kahveci ararsanız o bile 50m yanınızda. Kahvaltısız konakladığımız için o kısma şahit olmadık. Otel aynı zamanda taksi mesafesi olarak havalimanına 15-20dk mesafede. Diyarbakır'a yeniden yolum düşerse tekrar konaklamak isterim.

Yer döşemeleri yaşanmışlıklarla dolu, tozlar havada uçuşuyordu maalesef. Ulasım acısından merkezi yerde olması güzeldi. Sigara içilmez oda olmasına rağmen odada koku vardı.

The staff were very friendly and supportive, the property in general was nice, clean & the breakfast was really good. The following mentioned 3 points were made me feel annoyed : 1) This is related specifically to Expedia( I sent e-mail asking to shorten my stay from 4 nughts to 3 nights, however, no answer at all) the 2nd) I surprised that breakfast was not included in the price , the way of offering the price was tricky and closer to cheating, while the 3rd) there was no parking area designated for the hotel just parking on the main street !.

Çift kişilik bir oda tutmamıza rağmen banyodaki havlu, sabun, duş jeli ve şampuan bir kişilikti. Temizlik açısından herhangi bir sıkıntı yoktu. Odamız küçüktü ama odayı rezerve derken kaç metrekare olduğu söyleniyordu o nedenle bu bir problem değil.

As l am a travveller person who visited almost 50 countries inThe Wolrd, l must confess that Demir hotel has one of my favorites breakfast in The World ,especially so many varieties of cheeses and olives etc . So Briefly, long story short, l highly recommend this hotel to anyone . By the way room is also so so comfortable and luxury. Enjoy :) Murat

Sehr Moderne sauberes Hotel Personal sehr freundlich Mitten in der Stadt

The hotel represents a tradition dating back to 1960s. The old building was replaced by a new one. Location is wonderful inside the Suriçi ( old City) encircled by the city wall. Around the hotel there is wide range of restaurants, shops, cafes and street vendors. But though the area is noisy and crowded we did not feel much, since the hotel is seemingly well isolated. Ulu Camii, Armenian Church, Syriac Churc, the museum aand all important attractions are in walking distance. Room is very comfartable. Breakfast is extremely satisfactory, hotel personnel is helpful and professinal. We paid ca.85 Euro for two persons for a double room including breakfast, which is not little for a turkish budget; however it is worth money.. I wish the price were less. The most suitable way for coming from the bussterminal is to take a taxi, which was appr. 250TL as of September, 2024.

The hotel was in an excellent location, had strong A/C, and staff were very friendly. They generously accommodated a last-minute room addition. The laundry service was a huge help while traveling, and the breakfast was truly a feast.

Some small things surprised our group given that this is a four-star hotel: one room had trash in its bathroom wastebasket upon entry, a couple bathrooms had unpleasant sewer-smells coming from the pipes, and the iced water in the breakfast buffet was not filtered but filled from the taps (understandable for local guests, but not ideal for foreigners with sensitive stomachs).

Bra hotell, centralt. Dricksvatten borde ingå. Tog inte frukost, tyckte det var för dyrt. Annars var det ett bra hotell, stora rum, trevlig personal.

Bathroom was in a bad state. The toilets were leaking on the floor with a bad smell and the sink was blocked. We could hear the tv from the room next door

The location of the hotel is amazing. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are so kind. The only problem was the bathroom. Some sort of bad smell was coming out of it and the toilet seat was broken. The spa also does not work.

Great location a short walk from everything in the old city. Wonderful staff, very helpful. Comfortable and clean room, very quiet at night.

Personeller çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Odaların düzeni ve temizliği güzeldi. Kaldığım otellerde banyo ve çarşaf temizliğine dikkat ederim her yer temiz ve ferahtı. Bu otel aradığım her şeyi eksiksiz bir şekilde karşılıyor.

Great old school hotel. Good location.

The location right in the city centre and walkable distance to everything, the staff very helpful and smiling, specially mention the Manager in the breakfast area ( I cant rememeber his name) very professional and he pays attention to details, definitely he makes your staying very lovely, well done!!!!

The only thing to mention is that the not many Reception staff spoke English, that was challenging when it comes to communicate with them.

Daha onceden de kaldigim bir otel ve sevdigim bir otel. Gerek calisanlarin yardimci olmasi gerekse otelin konumu ve konforu gayet guzel. Sadece oda banyo kısmı kirliydi onun haricinde hersey guzeldi.

The place is very conveniently located if you're interested in walking around the old town, there are plenty of eating options around, the breakfast is rich and very tasty, and the staff is really attentive.

Difficult to organise taxi transfer with the hotel.

Otel genel olarak güzel ve çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Temizlik de genel anlamda iyiydi yalnızda halılar kirliydi o da çok normal. Yalnızca yastıklar çok yüksek boynum tutuldu bu konuda biraz yenilenmeleri gerekli sanki

Yeri çok iyiydi. Diyarbakırda, tüm tarihi yerlere yürüyüş mesafesinde. Aracımıza park sorunu yaşamadık. Otel görevlileri anında park ediyor ve tüm bavullarımızı taşımaya yardımcı oldular. Tüm görevlileri çok resmi ve saygılı. Her şey çok lüks ve kesinlikle tek kelime ile muhteşem.. Diyarbakırda merkezde bu kalitede bir otel bulmak gerçekten büyük bir şans.

Otel temiz, konumu merkezi ancak park sorunu var. Otoparki yok, vale anahtarinizi sabaha kadar almak istiyor. Odalar dört yıldızlı bir otel için küçük. Ve bu sıcakta klima çalışmıyor.

Otopark hizmeti vale park olduğu için başarılı. Yeri tercih sebebi aksi halde bu fiyat aralığında çok daha güzel hoteller var. Eskimeye başlamış bir banyo, tadilat istiyor. yerler halı ve iyi süpürülmemiş olduğu için temiz hissi vermiyor. Yataklar büyük ve rahat.

This lovely hotel isvery well located for exploring old Diyarbakır. Fantastic turkish buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful and couldnt do enough. There is a spa and hamam but i didn't try them.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I was here for 1 week and staff didn’t speak very much English at all but they always put the effort to help me when needed. Room service was great and the food was lovely. I had the corner suite and it was beautiful to stay in and very luxurious for the price. I would come back again. Thank you

Located in the old center of Diyarbakır, Stafford helpful rooms were clean and and the breakfast to was good and it was beyond our expectations since the quality of the products they offered was very good. I went with my family and my mother had difficulty in moving so I can say that also that this hotel is friendly for the people who have handicaps. No parking lots is available you just park in the front of the hotel. It was not a problem for me since it was not busy at that time in Diyarbakır but it ib busy days it might cause a problem

Hôtel très bien situé au centre de la ville historique, extrêmement propre et très bien rénové. Chambres confortables et bien équipées, personnel affable et souriant, le seul bémol étant qu'ils/elles ne parlent que le turc ou le kurde, c'est un peu compliqué au restaurant du dernier étage, très bon par ailleurs!

It was fair. Clean and fairly large room. The sound isolation, could be better. Heating panels would be better than air conditioner heating.

I visited this hotel between 19-23 November. Hotel located in city center and very close to all Diyarbakır attractions and shopping centers.hotel rooms is very comfortable and fresh.Staff are very kindly and helpful.thank you for everything

A very comfortable place and helpful staff.

Older hotel that could benefit from some updating. But overall very nice especially for the price. The hotel staff are so nice and the location great. I would definitely stay there again. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. Compared to my last experience in Istanbul for double the price this is heaven. Again great friendly staff.

The Demir is in the perfect location inside the old city. The rooms are very nice and so is breakfast. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel all around. I would certainly stay here if I go back to Diyarbakir again.

We stayed At Demir Hotel for 2 days . Their hospitality was really good . Staff was really nice and helpful . I asked couple times ice for my face ( was really hot weather ) and no hesitate to brought me at all . Breakfast was also very nice Definetly stay here again

Demir Hotel was the perfect choice for my stay in Diyarbakir! The location is fabulous, right in the heart of the old city, the decor is elegant yet comfortable, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, the wifi works great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel restaurant (just next door to the hotel) is superb --- delicious food and gracious, friendly service. I highly recommend Demir Hotel.

I liked that it's one of the few p,aces in Diyarbakir that sells alcohol.
