Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le service et l’accueil étaient excellents, et nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins pour nous, toujours attentionné et disponible. Une très belle expérience !

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026le bâtiment est très récent et bien entretenu, les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et l'ameublement simple mais confortable. Il y un petit balcon et des moustiquaires. Le personnel est très amical et serviable. On ne choisit pas le contenu du petit déjeuner mais il est varié, copieux et cuisiné à la minute avec des produits frais (oeuf, légumes, fruits frais et boisson chaude). Aucun bruit la nuit sauf celui des grenouilles au bord du lac.
l'hotel est un peu excentré et il faut marcher le long de la route pour arriver quand on vient en transports en commun. Mais un grand parking si on vient en voiture.

אין מעלית, יש מדרגות לקומה ראשונה, קשה להעלות את הציוד, בעל הבית עזר לנו עם המזוודות.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026My two friends and I stayed here during our visit to Sun Moon Lake. The room we stayed in felt so luxurious -- the air conditioning worked great (very important for Taiwan summers!), the facilities were clean, and the room had a balcony and a view of the neighboring trees that was so peaceful to wake up to every day. The location is a quick walk to Shuishe pier, where you can take the ferry to other sightseeing spots on Sun Moon Lake. The hosts were also kind and always asked what we needed.

Sehr freundliches Personal, auf Anfrage auch tägliche Zimmerreinigung-in Taiwan nicht selbstverständlich.. kleine Anlage mit netten großen Zimmern mit Balkon und großer Fensterfront, ruhig gelegen, aber alles in unter 15min fußläufig erreichbar

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026The location is great. Just a 5 min walk away from the bus station and town centre. Good room size, modern fixtures and overall very clean. The bed is comfortable.
- The person managing it is very efficient but I expect a certain warmth in interactions when staying at homestays and it was severely lacking. They took 0 initiative to give any suggestions for my visit to this tourist town. When asked about availability of taxis in the evening, their response was “you can try” - a very “not my problem” attitude. Even the business hotel I stayed in in Taipei had more warmth and politeness. Rest of the family members and housekeeping staff were welcoming in contrast. - Not much of a view - No cupboards/drawers to organize stuff

We didn't have a car here, but thought it was convenient to walk to the main pier and take the boat around. They have parking readily available. Rooms were large and comfortable, outfitted with good basic amenities

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Unser Zimmer mit Seeblick und kleinem Balkon war geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Das Frühstück ist fix angerichtet, jeder bekommt denselben, täglich ein bisschen anders vorbereiten Teller mit Ei, Brot, dazu wechselndes Gemüse und Würstchen etc. Es gab auch immer ein bisschen Obst dazu. Insgesamt ausreichend und in Ordnung. Ein Wasserspender und eine Kaffeemaschine stehen zur Verfügung.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025Staff were welcoming and allowed us to check into our room early so we could leave our bags and change our clothing. Room was big and very clean with a big balcony that was perfect to sit and relax on after a day exploring the area. It was also very quiet. Breakfast was excellent cooked fresh for us and with plenty of food (chicken, eggs, veg, bagel, fruit). The location of the property is excellent, it’s a short walk from the bus stop, hiking trail, restaurants and bike rental shops.
Shower had to be held in your hand as the wall attachment did not allow for you to put it at an angle where you could actually use the shower - it just struck straight out. Pillows very hard.

La barrière de la langue est parfois un peu compliquée, mais cela ne pose finalement pas de réel problème. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon, idéal pour bien commencer la journée.

The bed was a bit short – as two adults around 1.85m tall, our legs were sticking out. The pillows also weren’t the most comfortable, but still manageable.
