Unlucky of me that not sure why there is mosquito inside the room (maybe they followed me from outside). Killed one and then another came buzzing my ears so didn't sleep well.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026I really appreciate the way staff accomodated me after they mucked up (I was on my own but someone had mistakenly told me I had to buy two tickets) - they were humble and refunded me the money, even though they ended up losing from it.
I think a lot of reviews talk about the tiny shower space, I won’t dwell on it (and didn’t need anyway, as I took a shower after hot spring bath … )

Room was a bit small, bathroom was oriented strangely.

Das Bad war sehr klein und die Dusche war zwischen Toilette und Waschbecken ohne Begrenzung reingequetscht worden. Wenn man duschen will, setzt man das Bad unter Wasser.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2022The staff was very nice throughout the stay. They were always friendly and eager to help. The location is great and ideal for visiting sun moon lake as it is close to the boats and food and renting scooters is nearby.
The room was not as great as we had hoped. The sheets had some stains. The bathroom was also not designed in the best way. When showering, everything gets wet due to the design which is kind of inconvenient. What was the worst was a cigarette smell that took over our whole room. The staff was really supportive and allowed us to get another room where we didn't have a cigarette smell but it was still mentionable.
