Leider gab es kein Warmwasser, kein Wasserdruck!

De aankomst was rampzalig, volgens jullie papieren konden we om 15.00 inchecken, alles op slot, groot bord buiten restaurant gesloten. Een kleine kennisgeving aan een raam met de vermelding dat je wel kamers kon huren via een telefoon nummer. Dit nummer is niet in gebruik, kregen we te horen. Boeking gebeld het noodnummer, een ramp, inspreken, melden wat er is, snel het nr opgeschreven, gebeld, weer een ander nr en nog een ander nr. maar geen contact. (SLECHT) Om 16.00 kwam er een mevrouw aanrijden die ons wilde inboeken, ik wilde hier niet meer slapen hebben we wel gedaan. Gezien onze leeftijd wilden we niet in het donker naar het ons onbekende Seefeld rijden om een restaurant te zoeken. Het hotel juist geboekt omdat er een restaurant aanwezig én open zou zijn. Mevrouw heeft ons (heel super) gebracht en gehaald naar Seefeld konden we toch eten. Onprettig om met 2 personen in zo’n grote locatie te slapen. En waarom geen kamers aan de achterzijde met minder straatlawaai. Mevrouw heeft echt heel erg haar best gedaan maar het bleef vreemd.

Das Restaurant im gleichen Haus ist nicht offen. Schade! Die Auswahl an Restaurants zum Nachtessen ist in der näheren Umgebung beschränkt.

Nette Dame am Empfang. Spricht nur kaum deutsch, kein Englisch. Die Zimmergröße war super. Der Ausblick (nach hinten raus) wunderschön. Es gab extra Kakaotabs für die Nespresso und Weihnachtsschokolade für die Kinder :)

Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört jedes Husten aus den Nachbarzimmern. Das Zimmer war eiskalt und die Heizungskörper zu klein, habe es nicht geschafft aufzuheizen. Mussten mit Mützen unter der Decke schlafen.

L'emplacement est top, entre Innsbruck et Seefeld facile d'accès. L'appartement était propre et agréable avec une jolie vue. La dame qui nous a accueilli est très gentille. Nous aurions davantage parlé ensemble si la barrière de la langue n'était pas là. Merci pour la petite attention des chocolats à notre arrivée.

Il manque peut-être quelques petites choses pour la cuisine. Une passoire pour le riz et les pâtes par exemple.

The host was very welcoming and eager to help us in every way possible. We had the best stay we could wish for.

For a basic place it was clean and there was free parking.

The location was hard to get away from and the restaurant that was advertised was just “closed” - not sure if this was for the holidays or permanently? The rooms were basic and our heating broke the first night we were there, which was hard to explain to the staff as they didn’t speak German or English very well. The place could just looks like it needs a little bit of TLC.

The hotell hostess was very nice and caring for our dog. She stayed even a little bit longer, because the weather conditions made it hard to be there on time.

The hotel is very difficult to reach (and only by car).

The food was terrific and the breakfast was excellent. The location is beautiful with a great view of the mountains and surrounded by nature, which made it perfect for us and our two dogs. It was also right on route for our road trip so it was super convenient to stay at.

The Junior Suite didn't have a fridge in it, so where we were travelling we weren't able to store lots of the lovely food we found.

The staff was very friendly and they could accommodate the space for our kids, View from the hotel is superb, property is very clean and neat

Price per night is really convenient if you are looking for a bedroom to sleep over.

I was traveling with my dog and I was expecting pillow and bowls as they also mentioned beforehand. When I got to the room, I didn’t find anything, which is annoying considering what they charge for a dog is above average. Reception was empty - it made sense when I arrived because it was late. But in the morning to check out I waited a couple of hours and no one showed up at the desk. In the room there wasn’t even a bottle of water. I also had to figure out myself how to turn the cold water on in the bathroom. Overall I felt as they didn’t care at all…

The breakfast with local products was really good. The scrumbled egg, granola and the bread were amazing!!

The location is nice! If you travel with motorcycle, and can’t find a good room in Innsbruck, this is the best second choice.

Nothing if you think of the price. It’s clean and cozy.

The staff make you feel at home. And the kitchen was all local ingredients and high quality.

The walk to the train stop is a bit steep and too long to do it at night with kids.

We booked a junior suite with balcony overlooking The Valley and the mountains. The room is as quiet and comfortable with a sofa and plenty of space. The balcony was huge and an added bonus. We were travelling with our dog and the hotel supplied, without us asking, two dog bowls snd a dog bed. We ate at the restaurant, sitting outside on the terrace. The food was a great mixture of traditional and traditional with a twist. Thoroughly recommend.

I loved everything about this place! Our room was large and spacious, with a gorgeous view of the valley below from our own private balcony. It had a living room, toilet room, bathroom, entry hall, and a bedroom with 2 beds! it was amazing, and a GREAT value. This location was perfect for us as we were traveling by car, and it is only 9 miles from Innsbruck. We would love to stay there again!

There is nothing we didn’t like about this place. it was perfect for us. It is not near any trains or metro or bus systems that I know of, so you need a car to get to it.

Wonderful Guest house up on the mountain. It snowed the night we stayed there and it was a spectacular view in the morning. The room was nice and updated.the room was clean and comfortable.

Good location very close to Rosshütte and Gschwandkopf ski lifts. Fantastic view from the huge balcony. Big room for 2 guests. Very nice and friendly staff. Good restaurant at the hotel.

Everything was fantastic, only one tiny thing that could be improved is super old sofa.

We had a two bedroom apartment with bathroom and separate toilet. The room was very spacious, bed comfortable but above it all was the breathing view from the balcony. We've been sitting in the evening with glasses of wine on the balcony and enjoyed the view. Breakfast was very tasty especially the fresh made bread.

They provide very reasonable service for the money paid. Cleanliness and beauty are very high. Really I was very happy to get such a place for stay.

Das Appartement war schön groß und hatte eine fantastische Aussicht.

Wir waren begeistert von den Wirtsleuten - unkompliziert, sehr freundlich, offen für jegliche Wünsche - schon beim Mailverkehr wurden alle Anfragen sofort beantwortet. Alles in allem ein Haus zum empfehlen - großzügige Zimmer und das Frühstück bio 1A. Leider konnten wir das Restaurant abends nicht genießen, da wir privat die paar Tage über Silvester eingeladen waren. Aber ich bin mir sicher, dass auch hier keine Wünsche offen bleiben.

It is a nice hotel and restaurant. Although the main road passes by, the hotel is quiet. The restaurant and some rooms give an excellent mountain panorama view.
