Reviewed Aug 31, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Alpine hotel in Austria. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and very comfortable. While it takes a bit of effort to get there, the journey is more than worth it once you arrive. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and charming surrounding villages that are perfect for exploring. The peaceful atmosphere and spectacular scenery made our stay truly memorable, and we would happily return.
There was no option to have a breakfast included with our room on the booking.com and the breakfast price on site was a bit high.

The owners should consider setting up a WhatsApp account for their guests to enable more efficient communication. Unfortunately, we do not speak German, which made it challenging for us to communicate with the owners. The residence is within a 14-minute walk to the train station, and buses are also available. We found this out on our own. I suggest that the owners place a booklet in each room in German and English, describing the area, what to see, how to get there, etc. That was missing from what the residence provides. In summary, you will enjoy staying at this residence; the views are great, the surroundings are peaceful, and the local population is friendly.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Wir wurden so warmherzig und freundlich begrüßt und obwohl wir viel zu früh da waren, wurde alles dafür getan, dass wir innerhalb 20 Minuten in unser Apartment konnten. Es kam das Gefühl auf, dass wir eher zu Besuch bei der Familie waren, als in einem Hotel. Alle sind sehr freundlich, alles unheimlich gemütlich, geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick von der gemütlichen Terrasse ist der Wahnsinn! Wir reisen heute ab und kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️☀️ Familie Lamberts

The church bells rang frequently late at night and very early in the morning, even on holidays. There was no AC, making sleep difficult, and the hotel restaurant was unfairly expensive, especially because the location was remote and there were few alternatives.

We stayed in a room facing the cemetery, with a direct view of the graves. This was very uncomfortable and should be mentioned in the room description. Another issue was the church bell, which rang constantly and made it difficult to relax. The reception was almost always unattended, so it was impossible to get assistance when needed. We simply wanted an extra trash bag because the bin in the room was extremely small and filled up very quickly, but there was no one available to help. Overall, our stay was disappointing because of these issues.

יש רעש שמתרגלים מפעמוני הכנסיה והכביש .הנוף עוצר הנשימה מאפיל על הכל ושווה את זה .לא נורא בכלל ..המטבח מאובזר אומנם אבל אם זכור לי ללא מוצרים נילווים .אז להתארגן .ואין מזגן או מאוורר רק לקחת בחשבון .והתקופה היתה חמה .

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026كانت الإقامة مريحة، والشقة نظيفة جدًا ومرتبة، والإطلالة جميلة على الجبال الموقع هادئ، وموظفة الاستقبال كانت ودودة للغاية ومتعاونة. أعجبنا أيضًا الإفطار، فقد كان لذيذًا ومتنوعًا ويضم خيارات كثيرة كما نشكرهم على تعاونهم حيث سمحوا لنا في اليوم الثاني بتناول الإفطار في الغرفة، وكانت لفتة كريمة نقدرها كثيرًا. كما أن المطبخ كان مجهزًا بشكل جيد وكانت إجراءات تسجيل الدخول والخروج سهلة
يقع مكان الإقامة في بلدة ريفية جميلة وهادئة بجوار الكنيسة وكانت أجراس الكنيسة تُقرع بشكل متكرر، بما في ذلك في الصباح، وهو ما قد يسبب الإزعاج لمن يبحث عن هدوء تام

Aucun accueil ni réception en arrivant à 18 h. Une simple enveloppe à mon nom. Bof. Départ à 7 h le lendemain matin. Encore personne. Restaurant soit disant "full" alors que des tables étaient vides.. Restaurant en face de l'hôtel fermé un samedi soir. Conséquence : nous n'avons pas diné ! Hôtel appelé "Panorama. ." : vue sur le mur de l'église en face avec les tombes et sur la route ! L'église sonne toutes les heures et un bruit entétant de "tac tac tac" n'a pas arrêté... comme quelque chose qui tapait... Déçus de cet hôtel !

שום דבר. הכל היה מושלם.

There's no air conditioning and no blackout curtains :-(. The bed was sofa bed but it was very nice, comfortable. There was no DND card or "Clean my room" card on the door which was strange. No lock from inside. Very simple breakfast. 👍

We stayed in room 20 which had bedroom, bathroom, and living, dining, kitchen combo with large balcony. It was just so nice, can’t say enough good things.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Schatz und Glücksgriff. Die bombastische Aussicht (je nach Apartment) ist der Wahnsinn. Wir dachten kurz wir müssen nicht mehr wandern gehen, denn wie soll der Ausblick noch schöner werden? Der Balkon war rießig und das Apartment super sauber. Das Frühstück war super lecker und das Personal an der Infotheke möchten wir auch nochmal besonders hervorheben, solch freundliche und herzliche Menschen, es war einfach perfekt für unser Wochenende an dem wir uns verlobt haben 💍 hätten uns dafür keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen können, sind mehr als begeistert und ist für uns eine absolute Herzensempfehlung und wirklich besonders. Abends sollte man im Restaurant vorab reservieren um einen Tisch zu bekommen, in Seefeld direkt waren die Restaurants aber auch sehr schön und super lecker. Vielleicht könnte man für Menschen die mit Hund anreisen noch kurz erklären wie man unterhalb ans Haus gelangt (Wiese) und wo man einen Mülleimer findet für die Hundebeutel, findet man aber auch selbst raus 😊 (Neben dem Parkplatz gehts einen Schotterweg runter da kommt man an Wiese und an der Kirche gibt es einen Mülleimer auf diesem Weg). Wir sind wirklich einfach total glücklich gewesen von vorne bis hinten und kommen sicher wieder. Für uns eine 10/10.

Ubytovali jsme se pravděpodobně v mezisezoně, byli jsme na ubytování jediní a paní majitelce se nehodila příprava snídaně další den. Bylo nám přislíbeno připravení před dveře. Bohužel ještě odpoledne na nás čekal talíř s pár plátky sýra a šunky pro dvě osoby, hodně pečiva a pár dalších věcí sladších věcí, jako je med, nutella, marmeláda, máslo. Bohužel slibovaná vajíčka tam nebyla, a studený slaný talíř byl sotva pro jednu osobu. Pro dvě dospělé osoby to bylo málo :( Vybírali jsme si ubytko i dle snídaně, ale bohužel tohle nás zklamalo. Tím, že byl víkend a konec března, všechno okolo bylo zavřeno - restaurace, pekárna, obchůdek.

Svetainė erdvi ir su valgomojo stalu, kur galima puikiai leisti laiką su stalo žaidimais. Lokacija puiki - su automobiliu pasieksite tiek Insbruką, tiek kalnus ar mažesnius kaimelius. Mes išbandėme pėsčiųjų taką šalia į artimiausią kalną, buvo puiki patirtis. Pirmame aukšte yra restoranas, galima puikiai praleisti vakarus. Rusyje yra relaksacijos kambarys.
Reiktų daugiau kavos kapsulių ir truputį kietesnės lovos.

Gutes Frühstück, auch wenn es kein großes Buffet war. Frisch gemachtes Rührei auf Wunsch. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus.
Leider hört man die Straße bei geöffneten Fenstern/Türen von unten sehr laut. Auch die Kirchenglocken von nebenan läuten regelmäßig (nachts 22:00-06:00 nicht).

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026We stayed for 4 nights and couldn’t get enough of the panoramic view! Studio was very clean and had everything we needed. Our dog got a huge bed, which was a nice surprise! Super large terrace, more useful in summer, but still was very pleasant to get out in the morning.
It’s not a minus, but more a remark for future guests: studio apartment is located directly next to the tower of a church and you can hear bells starting from 6.00 up till 22.00 every hour and quarter to each hour. It’s not very loud and studio has good windows, that reduce the sound a lot. For us it was not a problem.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Było przytulnie, ciepło i czysto. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, a łóżka wygodne. Najlepszy jednak był widok z tarasu 🏔 wrażenia niesamowite. Polecam zatrzymać sie w tym miejscu☺️

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was iets fout gegaan met boeken, maar dit werd goed geregeld. Verder was alles erg netjes en schoon.
Het bed was niet mega comfortabel.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025Sehr schöne und moderne Zimmerausstattung, weiche Betten, Wasserkocher mit Tee & Kaffee im Zimmer. Aufgrund unserer späten Anreise war ein Checkin ohne Personal einwandfrei möglich, alles war vorbereitet.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025Ein wundervoll renoviertes Haus, tolles, gemütliches und geräumiges Zimmer. Wunderbares Restaurant direkt unten im Haus. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof Reith, absolut ruhig - drumherum ein schnuckliger Ort, allerdings gibt es dort sonst "nichts".

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025فندق يقع في منطقة زالفدين ذو اطلالة خلابة فعلا ..يمكنكم الجلوس في البرندة دون العناء للخروج فقط للاسترخاء في هذا الفندق على اطلالته الجميلة.. تديره صاحبةالفندق ..لطيفة جدا وهي من تقوم بإعداد الإفطار وهو بسيط للغاية عبارة عن بيض وجبن..نصيحة اذا تستطيع الاستغناء وطبخ الفطور بالغرفة فافعل فهناك موقد وثلاجة كبيرة وغسالة مواعين وجميع عدة المطبخ من أواني وغيره.. لقد استمتعنا فعلا بالغرفة ..كانت شرحة وبها برندة كبيرة اطلالتها اخاذة.. الفندق به مواقف مجانية بجانبه.. انصح به..
لا انصح بالافطار الافضل ان تطبخ الإفطار بنفسك..

Ansonsten waren wir vom Appartement, von der Lage, der Ausstattung, der großen Terrasse derart begeistert, dass wir es kaum in Worte fassen können... Noch heute träumen wir von diesem Appartement, das unsere Erwartungen zur Gänze erfüllt hat.

The only issue to improve is the shadings...the whole wall is a big window. Light comes in in the morning

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025Velice krásné místo s příjemným personálem. Snídaně přímo od majitelky velice potěšila. Zdarma jsme obdrželi upgrade pokoje, což bylo velice příjemné. Pokoj nádherný s krásným výhledem a samotné umístění prostě wow. Doporučuji toto ubytování všem kdo si přeje krásný odpočinek v příjemné obci.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Ausblick – einfach traumhaft und perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
