I was so upset I had to uber to Hyatt daily for the pool cuz I use a cane. It cost me just about 100.00 extra cuz your pool has been closed . Plus I don’t like roof too pools ! Thank you I’ve been to Riverside at least 5/6 times.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We were told there was a wedding reception on the floor below us but never heard a peep. We had a great view of the river and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helped us print our luggage tags for our cruise the next day. The location was fantastic and was in walking distance of everything you could need. I will definitely be back and have already recommended this hotel to others!

The pool was closed for rennovations, which was disappointing as it was a very hot day and we were looking forward to relaxing in it.

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, the location is great.

The staff at the Boathouse Restaurant was rude and could have explained the reservation requirement more politely and clearly. We understand that a reservation may be necessary, but the way it was communicated made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. A more courteous explanation would have made a big difference.

The rooms were quite large and location was perfect for finding a dining experience. People were friendly.

The price is high for what you get in services. The water is not hot enough for a shower. Would have liked more blankets and pillows.

Amazing location directly in the heart of Las Olas surrounded by restaurants/shopping/bars. Quite a few small art galleries also. 5min drive to the beach area.

Quero deixar claro que não considero esse problema uma falha do hotel, que apenas estava cobrando o valor que constava para eles. O problema foi a forma como a Booking.com processou o pagamento e repassou o valor ao hotel. Entrei em contato com a Booking.com, mas até o momento ainda não recebi o reembolso do valor cobrado indevidamente. Apesar desse transtorno financeiro, gostei bastante do hotel e da hospedagem.

First class stay! Quinto Perichon, the front desk manager was able to help us get an upgraded room and took very good care of us during our stay! The room was very clean and overall our stay was a fantastic experience. I would recommend to anybody and will definitely be coming back to the Riverside again.

You really can't beat the location of the Riverside Hotel—it's unbelievably convenient and accessible to everything. To top it all off, the service was outstanding across the board, from check-in and valet to the on-site restaurants. There is absolutely no reason not to love this hotel! While the bathroom could stand to be a little larger, everything was in perfect working order. Highly recommended!

My family all had late flights out of Fort Lauderdale after our cruise got it on a Saturday morning. We were able to rent a room for the day for a very reasonable rate, allowing us all to have a home base until making our way to the airport that afternoon. The hotel was clean and lovely, and the staff very accommodating. The hotel is located within a short walk from multiple restaurants and the river where you can hop a cruise for three hours or so to see the sights. I was highly impressed by the service we received and grateful for the convenience they provided. We will be sure to return next time we cruise from Port Everglades.

Absolutely loved our stay in every way couldn’t accommodate any better between the location. The beautiful atmosphere in the rooms were perfect and lastly, not least my favorite part was meeting. Quinto amazing help guided me straight to the room and more and made me feel like VIP will be coming again ASAP thanks again. Definitely ask for Quinto when you’re there or check in.

We loved the location along the water where we could see the yachts rolling in and out. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area.

Only downside was pool was under renovation but they had a sister hotel where kids could swim. This is temporary.

The moment you step in, you are greeted with upmost hospitality!! Quinto at the front desk made the check in process incredibly easy and made sure to explain all the amenities and local spots to check out!! Very happy with my stay here!

Rooms and location good

The pool was shut and nobody informed us before our stay. I picked this hotel as we were off a cruise and just needed to chill instead we had to walk to another hotel etc. We should have been informed

Excellent location, clean, and classy. Located at the riverwalk, water taxi stop and Las Olas Blvd. The Riverside Hotel is the only hotel I would stay in for future visits to Fort Lauderdale.

Historical property that has been maintained very well. Comfortable bed. Only stayed one night due to a flight cancellation. Loved the location and atmosphere of the downtown area. Would stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful room, fantastic location, and that wonderful old-Florida charm! We have stayed at the Riverside many times and keep coming back because it combines the character and feel of old Florida with all the modern amenities we enjoy. The location on Las Olas is perfect, and we especially love being able to walk along the Riverwalk right from the hotel. But what truly makes the Riverside special is the staff. They make us feel like we are coming home every time we visit. A special shout-out to Michael, Kavoen, and Alan, who could not have made us feel more welcome. Their warmth and hospitality are what keep us coming back. We absolutely love the Riverside and look forward to our next stay!

Riverside always my favorite place to stay when I’m in Fort Lauderdale. Beautiful updated rooms, great piano bar, pub, restaurant with water views, and a gym overlooking the river. Love it here and my go to year after year!!

Very noisy room next to the elevator and the ice cube machine. Woke up several times in the evening and in the morning because of this.

We had a wonderful stay there. We were sad that it was only for one night. Next time when we visit the FLL area we would stay there longer. Hotel is clean. Rooms are spacious. Pool is under construction right now. But we were well informed about that. And they also offer an alternative pool. next to the hotel you can use the free LaudeGo Shuttle bus or water taxi. Highly recommend this hotel

Quinto the front desk manager is great Staying at Fort Lauderdale location. Newly renovated and the best location. Eat breakfast by the street and you’ll think you are in Europe.

I recently stayed with my daughter and some friends, we had a wonderful experience. Without us even asking, the front desk agent, Kavoen, noticed that we were traveling together and thoughtfully placed our rooms on the same floor, just a few doors apart. That level of attention and customer service made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautiful. On Saturday night, the piano lady in the lobby created such a wonderful atmosphere. The lovely lady working in the lobby gift shop was also incredibly kind with my daughter! Very well managed hotel in an unbeatable location, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything Las Olas has to offer. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Having a great stay at the Riverside Hotel in Ft Lauderdale. The staff have a culture that exudes hospitality, warmth and professionalism. The food and beverage options are excellent. We had a delicious supper at the Boathouse last night. The rooms are comfortable and appear to have undergone recent renovations. The hotel is clean, well appointed and has a great location on Las Olas.. The hotel is authentic and unique without the corporate feel I have experienced at other hotels. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will return

We stayed in a junior suite in the Tower. The junior suite consists of a large room with a king bed, sofa, desk area, table, chair and floor lamp. The bed was very comfortable and with the occasional exception of hearing people talking in the hallway, the room was very quiet. The AC was super cold and also very quiet. There were two refrigerators in the room; one consisted of a drawer in the wall unit and the other was a free-standing fridge. I found a few small no-see-um bugs wandering on the desk area, not an uncommon thing in warm climates. There is no carpet in the room. The bathroom light and the lighting located under the room wall unit come on automatically whenever one walks nearby; the latter was too bright at night and disturbed us while sleeping when one of us got up to use the restroom. The bathroom itself was very large with good counter space. There are no robes in the room. The city view from Room 925 was quite nice, but in looking downward, there is a dirty towel lying on the roof. That said, I enjoyed seeing the city spread out towards the sea. There is a $25 destination fee which may be offset to some degree by a drink voucher. Self-parking is $30 daily or the valet is $40. Regrettably, the hotel pool is closed until October 2026. One can walk .3 miles down the street and use the pool at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel is located right next to the Riverwalk, which is a nice area to wander. Their location on Las Olas means you have easy access to tons of shops and restaurants with some great people-watching. We used the gym and found it had a good offering of bikes, treadmills and weights; the gym has huge windows that look out over the river, which made our work-out more appealing. Finally, we had a great breakfast at Gran Forno Pronto, located a few steps from the hotel. Go there! The food and staff were wonderful.

We have stayed at the Riverside Hotel many years, always in the original building facing Las Olas Blvd. This year we were upgraded to a room in the tower. The room was large, clean, the view was wonderful and the bed so comfortable we had a restful night's sleep each evening. The bartender was so friendly. He and the waitress in the resturant remembered us from last year. Everyone was so nice! We had a wonderful stay!

Every time we cruise out of Fort Lauderdale we stay at Riverside. The hotel is beautiful and you cannot beat the location right on Las Olas Blvd. It's can be a little pricey but we feel that the location is worth it. There are so many shops and restaurants right outside the door to explore and there is even a water taxi stop at the hotel. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I also love the smell of the lobby and it turns out you can by the scent in the gift shop, I use the room spray all of the time at home. Was a little disappointed with this stay because there was no notification on the website or from the hotel that the pool was closed and under construction. We booked an extra night stay to have a pool day and unfortunately that would not be possible this trip.

From the minute we arrived the service was warm and friendly! Carolina and Quinto were the best!!! Our room was way better than we expected. We had a corner room with a balcony. Although construction on a high-rise was across the street, the room was surprisingly quiet. We will definitely stay more often! Being centrally located on Los Olas, it's a win-win! Highly recommend!

Booked the hotel due to its pool and being near the las olas restaurants. Am currently at the hotel. Booked through a third party who have told me that they too were unaware that the pool is out of use until October. Have been sent with two small kids half a mile up the road to use another hotel pool. Totally packed and not a single pool chair to use. Have complained to the hotel already to be completely fobbed off. Terrible customer service. Worst hotel service I’ve ever had in America. Multiple guests at the front desk all complaining there weren’t told the pool would be out of service. A real shame as the hotel is beautiful and the location is great

We had an amazing stay at the Riverside Hotel! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire property was exceptionally clean. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Las Olas Boulevard, with everything within walking distance. Having the attached parking garage made everything even more convenient. We also loved the gym and had a great experience at the Boathouse restaurant. Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. First time at the Riverside Hotel, traveling with my 15 year old son and his buddy. The experience for the boys and myself was outstanding. I want to thank Elizabeth and Kavean at the front desk for their warm greeting. They both were polite and welcoming. We stayed in a room overlooking the canal absolutely amazing. The room was spackling clean. I used the valet parking service throughout my stay. Kevin who worked the valet was very polite and prompt with the service. My boy used the hotel gym which he enjoyed very much. There are restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Also the beach is a 8 dollar uber ride. I would definitely return to the Riverside. Thank you

To go to the pool you need to leave the hotel and cross the street to a different location. The style is kind of colonial so it is very dated. If you are looking for a modern update hotel this isn’t the one. Too pricey for what it offers.

The excellent service started at the check-in receptionist and was maintained throughout. Great room in the Tower we were on 11th floor.

Really lovely hotel with a traditional decor and great facilities including a lovely restaurant by the River where you can watch the boats sail by. Numerous other bars and restaurants there too serving great food. Our room was very nice, but no view to speak of. The main negative thing I would say is the air conditioning in reception and the bars was too cold! Even with a jacket on we couldn’t enjoy the bar and cocktail area in reception because it was too cold! We had to go to another place over the road to eat, which was a shame and the hotel missed out on money because of this.

We went to Fort Lauderdale to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We are going on a cruise out of Port Everglades and ended up choosing Riverside hotel for a two days stay before. From the time we arrived and we’re dropped off the experience could not have been better. The Belman greeted us and took our luggage and was very friendly. We then went to the check-in desk where we were greeted by the manager.Quinto who could not have treated us any better. He made us feel special on our 50th anniversary and went out of his way to make our stay incredible. The rooms are beautiful, the location could not be any better on Los Olas Boulevard. I highly recommend if you were staying in Fort Lauderdale to highly consider this hotel. It is a boutique style hotel with three different bars in it plus the boathouse right across the street which an incredible restaurant. We could not have had better service from our bartenders, Debbie and William at Golden lion Village pub. Great happy hours.Very reasonably priced hotel,and I would definitely use this location for my pre-cruise stays. Thanks again.Quinto for an amazing day and making us feel special on our 50th anniversary.

The Riverside Hotel was the perfect choice for our group. The location is excellent and the facilities are very good, but the staff really made the trip. The concierges, Kevin and Alfredo, were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough to help us with great local advice and care, they even put up our CABO VERDE flags to support our team and Nation. The food at the hotel is also top-notch—especially the standout breakfast—and the prices offer great value for money compared to other spots nearby. Highly recommend!

I interacted with about 3 housekeeping staff, valet, bellmen and they were all on trend. Warm, friendly, welcoming. We were there for a wedding and I want to say to the chef responsible for the main dishes: WOW! That was the best wedding dinner I have ever had! 5⭐️ Overall it seems the person running the front desk and housekeeping are doing a great job maintaining an atmosphere where the employees are all very pleasant and show the guests a very positive and friendly attitude 👍🏾 Thank you Riverside Hotel, for a lovely stay! Loved the hotel and underrated ‘star’ wise. Rooms were very spacious, well furnished, very clean and serviced well. The restaurants & bars were very good although the pub bar closed early at 10pm which meant you couldn’t watch the later World Cup games. The Boathouse restaurant on the riverside was excellent with a nice vibe. The gym above the Boathouse was simply the best gym I have been in, in a hotel of this standard and possibly higher. Staff were 1st class throughout our 5 day stay. Excellent hotel punching well above its weight

The hotel was great, and the location was perfect.

The customer service was lacking. From the front desk staff to the dining in the Wild Sea restaurant. They were not friendly at all, especially the front desk. We did not feel welcomed at all. They could have at lrast smiled at us. The restaurant staff kept us waiting on several occasions/instances. We ate breakfast there twice. Oh, and the avocado toast is the worst I've ever had. There was too much lemon juice, and the description stated it was "lemon scented." The consistency was like it was put in a blender. The chef should be ashamed. Actually the customer service was very disappointing almost everywhere we went. Other than that, we enjoyed the hotel and the location.

Me and my husband stayed at The Riverside couple time , we love it ! The rooms are renovated and they looks great . The pool area and Gym are amazing!!! The bar by the pool food and drinks r great.
