I liked everything about this hotel! Beautiful, clean room with all of the amenities one could want. Great customer service. The bellman was so accommodating as were the front desk staff. Inviting elevation and lobby. Even the toiletries were great! Spacious balconies with views of the nearby river. Excellent variety of dining options within walking distance. I could have stayed longer, but I'll be back!

This was the first time our family was in Fort Lauderdale and this hotel surpassed our expectations. The location was perfect. We could walk to anything we needed. There is a beautiful park next door and the view was amazing. The staff was so helpful. We got to the hotel in the morning. Check in is @4 but hotel let us check in early for a small fee. We were in our rooms ( we had two rooms booked) by 11am. Definitely went above and beyond for us and will be returning.

The restaurant dont open till 7am. I am an early riser and we had an early flight home. Would have liked to have coffee at the restaurant or any where in the hotel lobby. I had to walk 4 blocks at 5am to get coffee. ( The view walking is so amazing that early i didnt mind to much)

I had great stay at Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale with my family. Everyone was courteous and provided excellent customer service. Also, the hotel is in great location to enjoy various activities throughout the day. I would come back again.

The Hyatt Centric Hotel Los Olas in Fort Lauderdale is by far one of the best hotels anywhere in the United States with a world class front office staff, food and beverage staff and valet parking staffs that will bend over backwards to accommodate their guests in addition to having right outside the front door a newly remodeled world class park and the river walk is just next door … no need to get a car because you are already there notwithstanding the amazing world class restaurants within one to three minutes of walking, Publix within ten short minutes and an on site world class restaurant and Starbucks Coffee Bar with exceptional service from all the hosts (the steak and eggs was my favorite meal along with cranberry juice and coffee) which makes this hotel fun, safe and definitely worth staying at! Also, they roll out a snack bar at night for purchase at midnight which is great for people that need a quick on time nighttime snack! Moreover, in my opinion it is extremely rare to have such excellent hotel overall staffs, an overall safe atmosphere and environment with a true “out the door”entrance and experience to a world class park, five star restaurants and viewing of the famous Fort Lauderdale River Walk without taking many steps!

The atmosphere was top notch, from the staff and customers. The atmosphere is the best feature when staying in hotels. The cleanliness is also a top tier feature that made my stay a great time.

This was a great hotel and experience! We stayed for date night and to go to Room 901. The vibes were everything. The hotel restaurant was top tier. The drinks were fabulous. The room was clean and the views were amazing. I would definitely recommend for a stay-cation.

The whole experience was amazing, from the friendly and helpful front desk staff to a great culinary and bar experience and then to the hotel cleaners singing in the morning. The location is perfect, and the amenities around it were within walking distance for me, which was very nice.

I had the kind of experience that you want everyone to know about. This one was at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas Hotel in Fort Lauderdale FL. To start the lobby was inviting, beautifully decorated. But it was the amazing Front Desk staff! Rodricka and Gabby were excellent! After a long, fun, but exhausting trip, they became my angels! So kind and accommodating. Before I could reach for my card, my bags were attended to by a very attentive Bellman. When I arrived to my room I found that it was shiny beautiful. I enjoyed a wonderful hot shower with my fave Bee Kind products!! And the king sized bed was sooo comfy. The location is simply perfect. Resturants, not fast food, real Resturants, yes plural, within walking distance! The area even has a festive atmosphere. There's a river nearby. I booked my stay as a place to land between crusing. I'm going back to stay awhile and enjoy this wonderful hotel and the city too!

A fabulous hotel with on site restaurant. Shopping and other restaurants in walking distance. Riverwalk across the street. Great accommodations, welcoming staff, immaculate rooms, swimming pool, beautiful views and we were there for a weekly 9 AM Saturday morning community workout group meet up across from the hotel. Something for everyone.

The location is excellent, towards the west end of Las Olas. The amenities of the hotel are great. Provides a few fun ways to get around the area. The rooms and hotel spaces are clean. The highlight is the staff. William from guest services was very friendly and welcoming of the guests. The front desk staff, valet, housekeeping, restaurant/bar are very welcoming and happy to host at their hotel.

My wife and I stayed at Hyatt Centric Las Olas for our anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, luxurious, modern, and perfectly located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. The highlight of our stay was Reese. He welcomed us with the biggest smile every day and went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. From recommending amazing restaurants and local attractions to ensuring we had everything we needed, his kindness and professionalism were truly exceptional. Luxury is about more than the hotel itselfit’s about the people who create the experience, and Reese did exactly that. He is an incredible asset to Hyatt, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend! ⭐

By far our favorite Hyatt. We come here at least once a year. We are Globalists and stay at many other Hyatts throughout the year. None come close to how welcome we feel at the Las Olas location. Staff are welcoming, professional and always willing to say hello and help in any way they can. The breakfast and staff is amazing. We always look forward to starting our day with the breakfast there. The food is fantastic (get the corn flake french toast!). There is a nice size gym, peloton and a lap pool. The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Wish every Hyatt was this amazing.

The location is excellent, and the staff is consistently attentive. Direen is one of our favorites, and Jeff always ensures we’re comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay.

I travel a lot and never give reviews. But after traveling to Ft Lauderdale 6 times the last few months for work, I’ve stayed at a different place each time and the Hyatt Centric has won the prize for the best experience. First, the room design was refreshingly different - a combo of great form and more function. The staff down to the housecleaning team were friendly and engaged. To top it off, the food and drinks were spectacular. Oh, and they have peloton bikes too. Special shout out to Jeffrey Katz who personally reached out about my experience and followed up with me about future stays. Top notch all around

The bottled water was not complimentary. In hot weather kne would expect a complimentary water supply in the rooms. There was an ice machine but no facilities to fill up personal water bottles.

I recently hosted a large family reunion event here at the Hyatt and the event was amazing! My family members were all very pleased with the kindness and generosity of the staff and the food was delicious. We were in the Tarpon Suite with the balcony area overlooking downtown Fort Lauderdale. There was ample space and the table settings, room supplies (podium, microphone), and chairs were all arranged and ready prior to the start of the event. Special thank you to Anna Firestone and her day-of assistant Janet for making sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely host an event here again and would recommend this venue for anyone wanting to host a large event for family/friends. Awesome experience!

I’m reaching out to share that THE Hyatt Centric Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale team has been super helpful (again)! In February 2024. We reserved rooms connected to the pool, then at the last minute, we were unable to use the rooftop pool after 3 pm due to a scheduled event. THE Hyatt Centric Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale Director of Rooms, Mr. Jeffrey Katz personally arranged for us to enjoy free breakfast, and complementary drink vouchers to offset the inconvenience of the scheduling conflict. Fast forward…July 2026 I reserved four rooms (8 guests) for March 2027 forward of a cruise out of the Fort Lauderdale area. When I called to ask if we could receive any consideration for the number of rooms we reserved, Hyatt Centric Las Olas Team Member, Gabriella S. graciously added complimentary breakfast to all reserved rooms/guests. I understand in the big picture, it may seem minor, but my family greatly appreciates your team’s professionalism, consideration, and help navigating requests that can’t be accomplished through online reservation portals. We look forward to staying at your facility in March. Thank you to all of THE Hyatt Centric Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale team! Your help and kindness did not go unnoticed.

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were modern and very comfortable, staff was polite and helpful, location was central, valet services superbly efficient even on a particularly busy night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Yet again another top-notch experience at the Hyatt Centric in Las Olas! The hotel is superb. Very clean and well appointed. The staff is the best in the business! I wish I could call out all of the names of folks I interacted with, but a few stand outs are Flo at the front desk who is so friendly and always greets you with a smile, AC at the pool bar who is truly an exceptional and caring person, Alex at the restaurant who provided stellar service at breakfast and Peter Jon the Manager who ensured we had the BEST stay. We will be back A LOT as our daughter just joined the Miami Dolphins Cheer Team. Fins up!! We look forward to seeing the crew again soon!!

Excellent location, great facilities, staff is outstanding. The hotel is in a great spot and the rooms and facilities are modern and nice. You have so many great shops and restaurants in short walking distance, and it’s a convenient location from FLL as well as working in nearby cities. I made a complex set of reservations under my name to get rooms for myself and a number of international customers I was traveling with. This created a mess on the payment system, but the staff including the manager were outstanding in helping to work through this and ensure everything was right. They were very kind to the customer (and me) and we had a great stay in Las Olas. I really enjoyed my stay here and will gladly come back again (and bring my customers) the next time I am working or traveling to the area. I recommend this hotel for business or leisure trips and only wish I had a bit more time to enjoy the pool!

We arrived at the hotel, greeted warmly and were very pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a luxury suite. Everyone one was very friendly from valet to servers. Room was exceptional, lots of space and amenities, we didn’t want to leave the room. Hotels location was close to restaurants and a short ride to airport. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel for several days or passing through.

This hotel remains the Standard on Las Olas. From the modern clean rooms , to the energetic vibe at the pool , and the the personal service I receive with each return visit I would not stay anywhere else . Great location next to Huzirnga Park which has run clubs and free exercise related events . Great dining all around in walking distance. World Of Hyatt members get treated greatly! The hotel is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Most importantly for me the room was quiet and I was able to get the room dark and cool at night.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth and really enjoyable. The breakfast staff was super patient and attentive, especially with our dietary needs, which we really appreciated. The bartender was also amazing and even had us try a new cocktail that ended up being a favorite. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and a nice added bonus was being able to take a free Uber (Tesla) within a couple of miles of the hotel — such a great perk and super convenient for getting around. I’ve stayed at several higher-end hotels, and this one is definitely one I’d come back to. Highly recommend!

One night pre-cruise stay. Booked two rooms for our group. We were greeted by Florian who treated us extremely well. He was professional, friendly, a generous smile, he made sure we were on the same floor. He even booked our transportation to the cruise port without hesitation. I have to say that he was one of the best customer service professionals I have ever encountered. The hotel is beautiful, clean and inviting. You cannot ask for a better location, you are in walking distance to all the action on Las Olas, including bars, restaurants, shopping, the water taxi and riverwalk. The price as fantastic for this level of hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated. We have found our pre-cruise hotel when traveling from Fort Lauderdale and Miami. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this hotel.

Our family had an incredible stay at Hyatt Centric Fort Lauderdale, and we left feeling genuinely wowed by the entire experience. Team Hyatt Centric Las Olas strives every day for Excellence ! Perfectly located on the Las Olas strip and having a park across the street is a gem. With Movie Night that the community puts together great for families with children and dogs. The River Walk is Priceless! For morning and evening walks, runs, and jogging with so many restaurants on the river walk and Las Olas strip you cannot beat the close proximity to the hotel. I decided to book my Father's day gift with my son to FL and enjoy the World Cup games, I could have chosen any hotel in the area, but narrowed it down to this property due to the excellent reviews and flights to FLL. I am a Hyatt Globalist and was treated top notch. Rooms are very comfortable, we had an 8th floor pool walkout access room that was great. The pool was nice and warm, and Asif, the bartender was great. All staff, from valet $45, check in, breakfast and concierge, was great. Great location downtown walking distance to multiple restaurants and publix. Highly recommend if you decide to stay in a non oceanfront property. Other Globalist benefit was early check in, late checkout, welcome drinks, and excellent breakfast, steak and eggs!!

As a native Floridian, I sometimes enjoy a nice staycay. I have been wanting to visit the Hyatt Centric Las Olas property since it opened but like only two blocks away so I just couldn't make it make sense. I am SO happy that I decided to come back to the area to stay at this hotel on my travels! It is everything that I expected and more. Very friendly, helpful staff and beautiful, clean rooms. The location is the 10/10 surrounded by beautiful restaurants up and down the Las Olas strip and also overlooks the RiverWalk and New River. Theres an awesome new park right next door with different activities. I will definitely be back!

Being right on Las Olas Blvd gave us unbeatable walkability to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It made exploring Fort Lauderdale effortless and enjoyable, especially since we wanted a stress‑free start before boarding our cruise. Overall, our experience was fantastic. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish hotel in a prime location with a team that genuinely makes you feel valued, the Hyatt Centric on Las Olas Blvd is an excellent choice. Breakfast was excellent. Direen was pleasant and informative. Service was great at the bar and at the Front Desk. Highly recommend the drip coffee and grapefruit juice.

Valet Parking is the only option and there is a lot of construction around the area at this time. So there was always a delay in getting cars or leaving the turn around area.

I don’t like sliding doors on the bathroom because they make so much noise when opened and closed at night.

What a great hotel, from the minute we arrived, we felt welcomed. When we walked in to check in, we were greeted by friendly, smiling staff really made us feel welcomed. Hotel isn’t a great location with all kinds of restaurants and activities in the area and just down the street from beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach. If you’re not feeling like hitting the streets for one of the fine restaurants, the restaurant has a great breakfast in the morning and the staff there also looking to make your experience perfect

A phenomenal hotel experience in beautiful downtown Fort Lauderdale. Just off the river walk with dining and shopping on Las Olas blvd. Located only a short walk to the Brightline station. Complimentary drop off by Tesla is a huge plus, and return service is available by third party electric rideshare service in the area.

This location was a modern, clean full service hotel that was great for my business trip. Great location, and valet parking was a breeze.

The Hyatt Centric on Las Olas Boulevard is more than a hotel; it is a curated boutique experience. This was a follow-up visit for me, and I am struck by the consistent, superlative attention to customer care. The leadership team, specifically managers Jeffrey Katz and Peter John Samuels, sets a high bar for service that is clearly embraced by the entire staff. I want to personally recognize Florian, Rodrigo, and Gabrielle for their incredible support; they made every moment of my stay memorable. I also send my props to Shardine and Laila, who took excellent care of us at Breakfast The Highlights: Room 901: A revelation. This 1920s-style speakeasy on the ninth floor is accessible by invitation after booking. The atmosphere—complete with wood paneling and vintage decor—is transportive. We enjoyed playing dominoes while savoring world-class fare prepared by top-tier chefs. Globalist Experience: As a Globalist, the experience was further elevated. The breakfast menu remains fresh, consistent, and high-quality. Location: Perfectly situated at the tip of Las Olas Boulevard. It’s a short walk to premier shops and dining, and a manageable two-mile distance to the beach—ideal for a morning run or walk. I wanted to also personally thank the hotel for the complimentary welcome treats in recognition of our wedding anniversary. What a great touch! We felt like VIPS! This property consistently delivers a superlative experience. The staff's attention to detail and the unique offerings like Room 901 make it a standout in the Hyatt portfolio. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. I look forward to my next return.

One of my favorite Hyatt properties. Amazing staff and well-appointed rooms. Located in the heart of Las Olas in short walking distance of dozens of restaurants and bars, and directly across the street from NSU Art Museum, Huizenga Park, and the river walk.

Will definitely return to this hotel. Room had more than ample space for a family of 4. Children ages 17 and 12. We all fit comfortably in a room with 2 king beds. Plus our luggage. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Conveniently located by a great park with an amazing smash burgers truck. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also highly recommend you taking the bikes out for a ride!

My wife and I recently stayed here for our anniversary and the staff made our stay so enjoyable. From the time we arrived, the valet went out of his way to take care of us. The front desk staff were so pleasant and did everything they could to make sure we felt comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the pool bar, the restaurant and the bartender were all welcoming and extremely accommodating. Rodricka, Direen, Ash and Ary will be the reason we come back again next year! The location was perfect for us as we really like the shops and restaurants on Las Olas Blvd. The water taxi stop is also very close.

Stayed here for a few nights while over in Fort Lauderdale on business and was really impressed. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and find somewhere decent to eat after work. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, which is exactly what you need after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful without being over the top, and check-in and check-out were both straightforward. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the facilities were well looked after, and everything just seemed to work as it should. All in all, a very comfortable stay and a hotel I’d happily book again if work brings me back to Fort Lauderdale.

We stayed here after a cruise in Miami. We were flying out of fort Lauderdale and decided to stay here for a night. Our room was ready even though it was early in the morning, way before standard check in time. I got a room on the 15th floor that overlooked the pool. The pool was very nice. I had two daughters, ages 9 and 12, that enjoyed it. There was some construction going on right next to the pool area so it was a little noisy though. It was a great location though, not far from the airport and Riverwalk. We had breakfast in the morning at the restaurant in the lobby. It was very good! I am cruising out of Ft. Lauderdale next year and will stay here again.

One of the best places I have stayed. I loved the ambiance the moment I stepped in but the stay and hospitality was even better. Everyone was so polite, aware of you and professional. I really mean everyone from the folks you meet at the front desk to the folks you meet on the floors changing sheets. The food at the restaurant was amazing too. Overall, it rarely happens on my trips where I get best of all three, people, food and atmosphere. I am certainly staying here next time.

Had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Centric from start to finish. It is a nice clean hotel in a good location. The staff, from desk to valet to housekeeping, but especially manager Jeffrey Katz, were very attentive to our needs and made us feel special on our anniversary. Relaxed with a pina colada at the roof top pool, enjoyed a bottle of wine with dinner. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The food and service were superb and the fried potatoes especially noteworthy. Thanks to Mr Katz for helping make our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Es ist ein typisches Stadthotel welches viel von Geschäftsreisenden genutzt wird. Dennoch wirkt nichts abgewohnt. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. So auch die Lage zwecks Spaziergänge oder zum Start zu Ausflügen per PKW. Der Strand liegt fußläufig doch sehr weit entfernt. Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal, 2 Nächte in dem Hotel und hatten leider wegen Schauern diesmal eher Pesch mit dem Wetter. So haben wir auch am Abend im Hotel gegessen. Das Restaurant war mit ca. 25 Gästen besetzt. Ein Barkeeper und 3 Kellner. Wir kamen uns von den Kellnerinnen eher als unerwünscht vor. Service sehr schleppend und lustlos. Beim Frühstück ein anderes freundliches Team, welches auch Lust am Arbeiten hatte und auf zack war. Essen war allerdings auch am Abend i.O.

Als wir auscheckten stand u.a. der für die Zimmer zuständige Zimmer-Manager (laut Namensschild) hinter dem Rezeptionstresen. Er schaute seinen Mitarbeiterinnen zu und durch die Gegend. Statt uns als Gästen zumindest zu grüßen, bekamen wir von ihm anschließend eine Mail mit seiner Unterschrift zwecks Bewertung. Statt zu mailen sollten man Gäste zumindest Good Morning sagen. Valet Park Service hat zwar seinen Preis, jedoch ist dort ein gutes und freundliches Team bei der Arbeit.

My stay at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas was exceptional as always and had a wonderful birthday weekend with your staff support. I was greeted by a super friendly front desk staff, and the attendants that met me for parking and baggage reception were as nice as always. My room was very welcoming with a view of the new park. I've been coming to Hyatt Centric Las Olas for several years now and finally had the opportunity to meet Jeffery and shake his hand. He's been my go to guy and was very happy to meet him. My wife and I only stay the weekend but are always greeted like family especially Sunday morning at breakfast. We see many familiar staff faces and love the service received as we eat outdoors. Look forward to meeting you when we visit again,

The Hyatt Centric Las Olas is a fantastic hotel — I’ve stayed there multiple times and it never disappoints. The location on Las Olas Boulevard is hard to beat, with great restaurants, bars, and the waterfront all within easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel is well-maintained, and the pool area is a highlight relaxed, with a bar and food service so you can easily spend an entire afternoon there. Staff are friendly without being over the top. If you’re visiting Fort Lauderdale, this is one of the best places to stay. I keep going back, which says it all.

Easy access in, rooms were nice and the hotel bar staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Everything about this hotel is amazing starting with the service quality, fantastic staff, top notch location (right in the center of the coolest and most fun area of FLL), the friendliness of everyone there, the class, and the elegance of the place. 10/10 on the whole experience from the moment I walked in and was greeted by friendly members, to the time I checked out. I stayed there for a month in 2020 when they first opened during Covid, and had one of my best hotel experiences then, and they still kept that amazing level of quality 5 years later. Thank you Jeff and all the team Hyatt Las Olas. I will be back every other week and will not stay anywhere else. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable and special!

This was in a great location, right on the riverwalk, nice bars nearby, and a healthy walk to the main strip of restaurants and stores. My room was fantastic overlooking the park and a sizeable balcony which I made excellent use of. The pool was really nice, and Asif took care of me at the bar which has a cool little happy hour. The gym facilities were also nice with lots of good equipment for my needs. They also had a car service that could take limited distances for free.

One thing I would have liked is if the facilities (particularly the pool) could stay open later than 8pm.
