Las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento. Al momento de bañarse, la regadera esta mal ubicada y salpica toda el agua al piso y que toda encharcada. En el restaurante, la atención es mala y tardada.

El Hotel es muy bonito pero la verdad la refrigeracion del cuarto no servia y hacia demasiado calor por la humedad. Nunca enfrio padecimos de calor todos los dias les comente en recepcion y mandaron revisar pero no obtuve mas respuesta. Tambien al llegar no se que tipo de evento habia en el hotel que en la entrada estaba un grupo de gente alcoholizada no se sabia por donde pasar la gente no se movia, el cual daba mal aspecto al Hotel. Las camas no las sacudian al limpiar las habitaciones, solo acomodaban la sabana me di cuenta porque en una ocasion deje mi maquillaje y este al regresar estaba debajo de las sabanas pero eso si muy tendida la cama. No nos cambiaban las toallas a diario, tenia que estarlas pidiendo. El restaurante es muy bonito pero deberia estar refrigerado sobre todo para los dias que hace tanta humedad. Nosotras no pudimos comer ningun dia en el porque hacia mucho calor.

El aire acondicionado de la Habitacion 324 derrama mucha agua al parecer estaba dañado el desahue de este y si fue molesto que el aroma de la habitacion era de humedad y pasabas y te mojavas todo por esta fuga. Pero todo lo demas en amenidad estan muy bien.

The lounge was clean and aesthetic but it was very neglected. Snacks food and drinks were filled maybe 2 times a day and most of the time there was almost nothing there. Even when asking them to refill , they said yes but they never sent anyone. Sauna didn't work, there were many areas of the hotel you had to use staircases as the elevator didn't reach.

Не было давно ремонта. Поменяли три номера, в двух сильно вонял ковролин из-за влажности, в третьем просто была грязь на диване. В итоге отменил свое бронирование и запросил возврат, надеюсь на скорый возврат средств. Приехали с супругой на ее День Рождения! Праздник оказался испорчен.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Viihtyisä hotelli, jossa myös loistava aamupala. Sisään kirjautuessa saimme ensin kulmahuoneen, joka osoittautui hyvin meluisaksi, sillä toinen ikkunoista osoitti eräälle kadulla sijaitsevaan baariin, josta lähti kamala meteli. Kävimme respassa sanomassa asiasta ja saimme samantien uuden, hiljaisen huoneen. Tämän ja muiden kokemuksiemme perusteella voimme siis kehua palvelun tasoa erinomaiseksi.
Altaalla voisi ehkä olla enemmän rantatuoleja

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026El hotel tiene un excelente servicio en todas sus áreas, siempre que me hospedo en ese hotel lo disfruto mucho. el desayuno es buenísimo, la comida en general.
Todo ha ido excelente, solo mi comentario es que posiblemente los baños de las habitaciones requieren de una remodelación, pero en realidad funcionan perfectos. no es queja.

Al reservar elegí la opción de desayuno incluido y un piso ejecutivo, pero el desayuno no es desayuno como suele ser, tuve que pagar mas de 1500 por mi familia, y el hotel culpa a Booking, entonces no se sabe quien da la información incorrecta, si Marriot o Booking

No podíamos controlar la temperatura de la habitación. El aire automático se mantenía en una misma temperatura y nosotras nos morimos de mucho frío por las noche y la madrugada. Eso hacía que nuestros cuerpos se sintieran cansados y tensos. Las sábanas muy bien y la cama , pero eso fue el problema.
