El cuarto no tiene refrigerador, y yo compré unos chocolates y queso. Necesitaba guardarlos en un refrigerador. En la recepción me ofrecieron guardarlo en el suyo.
La alberca en la foto de la publicidad (en Booking) está algo sobredimensionada. Además, está como en la orilla del restaurante. No es muy cómodo.

Para desayunar en familia te dan los cuponcitos y no puedes bajar de forma individual. Tienes que bajar todos porque solo es un cupon por día. Como papá salgo a mis actividades laborales a las 8 am y tuve que despertar a mis hijos para bajar un día y los demás días ya no quise utilizar mi cupon con tal de no levantar a mis hijos temprano.

Room was dirty- used tissue on the floor in the bathroom and someone’s t- shirt left in the room. Staff were not particularly friendly and when we arrived they claimed that our booking did not include breakfast even though we had paid for it and our booking said it was included. In the end they agreed to giving us an ‘American’ breakfast which was a terrible coffee and a pastry.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2023Me gustaba mas cuando era el Quality Inn. Ahora ya no hay desayuno de cortesia. Tienen un problema con la fumigacion ya que habia moscos en la habitacion. La crema corporal del dispensador estaba ya aguada y con mal olor. Para la factura hay que insistir, te piden envies datos a un whatsapp que no contestan al momento ni confirman. Anteriormente ya te la tenian lista en el check out. Solo ocupo ese hotel por la cercania a donde trabajo, si hay una opcion mejor no dudaria en tomarla.

Reviewed May 8, 2019My wife and I stayed here for 4 days and nights and it was a perfect spot to sleep and even to work. The place is clean and has pretty much everything you might need (all cotton bedding, free bottled water each day, continental breakfast with great fruit, and they even included iron and ironing board). The breakfast area is attractive and outside by the pool but well covered. We enjoyed working a bit in the morning from that spot. The hotel is 200 yards walking distance from a delightful tree-filled park that is excellent for exercise.

Breakfast included at our room price was meager, but for an additional 75 pesos one can eat from the buffet, which is good and quite extensive. Not very close to the city centre, so taxis or own transportation is needed if one wants to visit, e.g., Plaza de la Marimba. All in all a good hotel.

The hotel is a typical, comfortable American-style hotel room which was clean and had A/C. If you stay here do not eat the food or drink anything not pre-bottled.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2015I was here as part of a group of 60 friends from the US and Great Britain bird-watching. The hotel is very clean and mostly modern. The hotel's restaurant set out a buffet dinner each evening for us. By the third day 70-80% of us had severe cases of traveler's revenge. It rendered us unable to complete our bird-watching tours. I give the hotel a high mark for amenities but a very low mark for food, and the three circles rating is the average. I will never stay here again.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2014If you get a new room, it will be very nice and you will have comfy beds (My family stayed at one). It was brand new, including sheets, pillows and bathroom. On the other hand, I got an old room: tiny and hard as a rock bed, tiny bathroom (as old as my grandparents) and a huuuge tv: a big box old fashion TV. Because of their architecture of the hotel you will have one of these 2 noises, depending of your room: cars or people walking. Location is good, you have some restaurants 5 minutes away from the hotel. (Starbucks, El Porton, Wings), there is an OXXO and a gas station and they were improving the pool when we visited.
