We actually didn't stay at this hotel as we were told they are unable to accommodate us on the dates of our stay. They did give us a different accommodation in the city center called Good Morning City Copenhagen. Our room there was significantly smaller, but everything else was perfect for our stay. So really, this review is for Best Western's ability to give us an alternate accommodation that thankfully fitted our needs.

Hårtørrer virkede ikke, alle knapper på sengelamperne var trykket ud og kunne dermed ikke tændes. Badeværelse slidt og belagt med gammel kalk. Morgenmad trist og kedelig, bollerne virkede til at være fra dagen før

Wonderful staff and very comfortable room. Perfect breakfast and great that it was open 6-10. All employees were very friendly and helpful.

It was very uncomfortable that every time we left or returned that there were refugees standing outside the doors smoking and drinking. We think it’s wonderful to support refugees but these were men not disabled. We left at 10am one morning and there were 5 young men smoking and drinking beer. They left there trash for the staff to clean up. Not a good look for the paying customers. I will be asking if your hotel is housing refugees before we would stay again.

Just some small things: only one night table beside our bed for two people, no Internet connection for the whole stay, only filter coffee served for breakfast (not bad though) and only decaf in the room and awfull choice of TV programs.

Nice hotel, with best location....only 5 minutes from Metro Station..and 10 minutes from Airport. Groceries accross the building. I'm happy my room was upgrade to suites. Thank you

Location close to a wedding venue we were attending. Airco in the room

This hotel is on its last threads. Its in desperate need of refurbishment. Carpets are stained, no bedside tables and wooden disposable spoons for the coffee. My biggest turn of was that the hotel is a refuge location for Ukranians. They roam around the hotel in flip flops... smoking weed and drinking beer. Hotel should have informed about this.

Gut: Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Metrostation “Femøren”und an einem Supermarkt. Sehr kurzer Fußweg zum Øresund. Ruhige Umgebung Frühstück okay Wasserkocher, Becher und zweimal gratis Wasser im Zimmer

Schlecht: Sehr ungepflegt und irgendwie “abgewohnt”. Eine unserer Bettdecken (Innenleben) bestand an einem Ende nur aus Fetzen (kein Scherz). Das haben wir aber (Gott sei Dank) erst am letzten Morgen gesehen. Die Toilette zierte ein breiter, brauner Kalk/Stockstreifen. Die Klobrille war lose und voller undefinierbarer, nicht zu entfernender Flecken. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war eher unfreundlich- auch hier war es nicht besonders gepflegt. Fazit: Nur zum schlafen irgendwie okay, mehr aber auch nicht.

Fajne pokoje, z dużą łazienką. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Super lokalizacja - z lotniska jakies 3 minuty metrem, do centrum ok. 15 min metrem. Byłyśmy z koleżanką na koncercie więc dojazd do areny też super - 30 minut w sumie z jedną przesiadką w centrum (również po koncercie było sprawnie). Przy hotelu netto.

Fajnie by było jakby można było połączyć się telefonem z TV żeby puścić jakiegoś YouTube ale to szczegół.

Hotellet lå lige ved siden af Metroen, man kunne se Øresundsbroen og der var grønt område. Pænt indrettet med god udsigt. Nemt at komme hen til med bil.

Personalet kunne ikke dansk, men vi fik klaret det hele. Parkerings bommene og betaling var ikke ligetil for mig, men Personalet var flink til at hjælpe.

Pool was lovely - quite unusual. Breakfast was tasty. Room was a great size. Ideal location for getting into the city or to/from airport

There was nothing in the hotel but it was expensive at this price. Hotel is close to the airport and close to metro station. There was nothing special close to hotel. Breakfast had limited option.

Great location, close to a Metro line and just 2 stops from CPH airport. Stayed in 2 rooms. Initial room (1st floor) felt like a cupboard (door opened into the passage), albeit room was sizeable and had bedside table / space for placing water bottle, resting chargers, etc). 2nd room (5th floor) was larger with larger bathroom, but no bedside tables! Odd. Had asked for 2 bookings to be linked to stay in same room, but that wasn’t possible at time of request. A large and delicious breakfast buffet - great value.

Wifi was unreliable and staff unable to resolve the ongoing wifi issues.

The location close to the airport was really nice, the metro station is 3 min away. Very nice and clean bathroom. Really nice staff at the reception as well.

The lobby could be upgraded a bit, the rooms looked better than the downstairs so it would improve the overall impression of a hotel. The pool was very cold and the gym needed some repairs, so there is also room for improvement.

It's ok. Clean and simple. Nothing to complain about or laud. Ok. Not at the airport but the train to airport is close. Breakfast is ok. Beads ok Ok hotel

Location!! Breakfast ? One of the best and complete that I ever had in any hotel!!! Just steps from metro station, clean and comfortable.

No fridge for my insulin

Room was spacious. Nice and clean bathroom. Location was ideal from the airport - just two stops from the metro. 10-15 mins to the city centre from the metro. Metro station is 2 min walk. Nothing much to do arround - there's a nice beach area to have a walk (Since it was early november - wasn't that much ideal with the cold wind) There is a supermarket nearby. We tried in house breakfast buffet (150 Kr pp) - no complains - it was alright good set of selection for the price comparing with outside. Also the Salt & Pepper resturant - Pasta was nice and the wine as well.

Bed was okay, for some reason it was two single beds merged together. Usually it doesn't bother us, but this one was bit troublesome since they had put another two thin matteress layer on top the bed which was comfy but kinda seperated us from the middle.

Location convenient, parking available but pretty expensive at 150Dkk. Room basic but perfectly fine and was clean and comfortable. Good selection at breakfast.

Hotel ubicado muy cerca del aeropuerto y también de las playas. Se llega fácilmente al centro de la ciudad con metro. El hotel es limpio, el personal amable.

Gute Lage direkt an der Metrostation Femoren. Gutes Zimmer in 6. Etage mit Blickrichtung Fmughafen und Öresundbrücke.

Das Zimmer hat mal einen neuen Teppich verdient.

Størrelsen på værelset og badeværelset. Udsigten fra 5. sal.

Gulvtæppet var virkelig klamt og der lugtede af hund.

Rm 436 Great mattress and pillows. Bathroom extremely clean with space for 2 ladies make-up. Best breakfast in Denmark with a beautiful selection of fresh fruits and yogurts, eggs & bacon, sourdough bread & pastries. Loved our room block out drapes, soundproof room. Proximity to metro station sensational with a supermarket over the road, My new go to hotel when in Copenhagen.
