Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport

Very nice hotel and so close to the airport

None

Good

Location great for what I needed (direct access to the airport) Comfortable and clean.

Unfortunately fume smells from the airport came through the aircon which was unpleasant. The aircondition could not be adjusted to own needs as kept defaulting back to 21 degrees. Also no option to switch it off altogether. Windows cannot be opened to let in air making room stuffy. Would have liked the option to make a cup of tea in the room, so didn't have to go downstairs and sit in public.

Right next to the Airport, new and modern.

Only good for short stay.

Clean, well designed, quiet.

All I can add is to add bottle water to the room, and a shower mat.

I appreciated the close proximity to the airport and that i was able to walk there after a late flight and check in and go right to my room. There was along line at check in and the self-check in stations were not working (at least not for me) but the staff was very kind and accommodating. I also liked that there were options to get a snack or some food at any hour, which I was worried about considering I had a late flight in, but the facilities were great. I also appreciated the breakfast for some sustenance before continuing my travel (though the food was kind of meh, there was a big selection to choose from!)

the room was very bare bones, which I did expect thanks to the email i received stating so, but because I was having a short stay, I didn't need or expect much. For example I was not expecting a kettle in the room (as the email stated) but there was indeed a kettle in the room, but only one (quite small) pillow. I am aware that I could have asked for more pillows, but I tired and did not want to wait for someone to bring more pillows (or go down to get them myself). Also, while i appreciated the breakfast, the food did not taste amazing, although the pancakes were delicious!

The food was great. Excellent buffet.

Nice hotel at the airport. Room was nice and comfortable

The room was huge and as a family of 5 the kids enjoied it very much. Very nice breakfest. I loved it that the hotel is connected to the terminal with a tunnel so you don't have to walk with cases on the street.

I would be very nice to have a small minibar or fridge in the room.

Location and breakfast

There’s no phone on the room, so to get with customer service you have to go all the way down to the front desk. Rooms are way too small.

Fin beliggenhed, og flot værelse

Personalet…

Beliggenheden fin . Morgenmad helt ok

Prisen - kaffe /te køleskab på værelset. Meget småt med plads

Comfortable room for family of 4. Clean with easy walk from the airport. Good breakfast.

Line to check in was long with only 1 person to deal with.

Location

Building is generally very dim.

The hotel is across the airport in walking distance. It had a big bed and a great view to the sea. I liked the shop downstairs had a lot of options.

In general the cleanliness could be better.

Bardzo poprawnie i funkcjonalnie. Podstawowy zamysł tego obiektu jest wypełniony. Hotel przesiadkowy i w pełni spełnia oczekiwania takiego obiektu. Szybko i sprawnie.

Trudno mieć uwagi do obiektu przesiadkowego.

Convenience of being so close to the airport for our next day flight. It’s clean and comfortable. The breakfast was actually pretty impressive for a hotel breakfast.

Close to the airport

Less staff to attend late hour rush

Good Breakfast

Room is so small

Location and good size room (family)

No coffee tea or cups in the room

Convenient location right next to the airport terminal. Modern, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great options for early flights.

Nothing specific: Nothing major to complain about; everything met or exceeded expectations for an airport hotel. If prices were high: Food and beverage options at the property were a bit overpriced. Soundproofing overall was decent.

Clean, comfortable bed after arriving on a late flight. Appreciated check out was at 12pm so we could have a lie in.

Check in & Check out war sehr einfach und ging sehr schnell. Nahe am Flughafen.

Die Dusche verspritzt das ganze Badezimmer

Space for personal stuff overnight, comfy bed.

Breakfast beans rather watery.

Within the airport, perfect for early flights. The staff very friendly and all is super fast. Room comfortable. Good breakfast.

All ok

Tjek in og check ud kan reguleres. Og morgenmaden.

-

breakfast was good your location to the airport was excellent

We were only there for one night and the stay was very good for our travels

A good place close to the airport. Everything you need for a short stay when traveling.

Expensive

Location

Noise - especially from convention crowd.

Bra skyltat osv .
