Reviewed Sep 12, 2026酒店整体整洁干净，但这次预订的“博德丽笙布鲁酒店”是我使用booking十年以来最糟糕的一次经历。1、管理混乱。我们预订了带早餐的双床房间，前台却说我们没有早餐，以至于8个人都没有吃到早餐。2、入住时我们与前台女士反复确认，订的四个房间都是两个单人床。进入房间才发现，只有两间是双床，另外两间是分不开的大床。不理解这么简单的事情都搞错了。3、我们预订了同样的4个房间，刷卡时三间房一个价钱，第四间房多了20多元，给我们的发票却是4个房间一样的价格，我们没法给大家解释。4、预订时提示有停车场，实际上停车场根本没有酒店的车位。不仅另外收费而且车位紧张。
需要改进：前台服务态度淡漠，不仔细核对booking订单，把早餐、床型都搞错了。“博德丽笙布鲁酒店”完全打破了我十年来对booking的信任，再下订单心有余悸，战战兢兢。

Purtroppo la camera non era stata pulita bene, c’era un sacchetto di patatine dell’ospite precedente nel cestino, molta polvere per terra e le sedie una sopra l’altra vicino alla finestra.. come se le pulizie fossero state interrotte in fretta e furia.. Abbiamo comunque deciso di soprassedere e di non segnalare nemmeno il problema perché era già molto tardi e dovevamo solo dormirci e andare via il giorno dopo.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Für mich war es sehr wichtig, dass es ein Gepäckraum gab in dem ich mein Fahrrad abstellen konnte. Das hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Frühstücksbuffet in diesem Hotel ist ausgezeichnet das kann ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen!
Wie in Norwegen üblich sind die Zimmer relativ klein. Es ist aber alles vorhanden was benötigt wird
