Wyoming Inn of Jackson Hole

I really liked having communication via text, liked the cleanliness and also having water bottles available each day. I also like having packaged snacks to take along for our travels. Coffee at all hours was a plus!

I did not like that we had could not find parking due to an event at the convention center next door the same night. I don't think for what we paid for this hotel I should have to find a parking spot far away. I also felt there could have been fresh fruit stocked each morning.

I visited Jackson Hole with my adult daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our stay at the Wyoming Inn! Upon our arrival, we were greeted in the cozy lobby by a very friendly front desk agent who gave us a nice overview of the amenities. Our room was set up,nicely with comfortable beds, pillows, and a nicely appointed bathroom with a thick door and that helped keep the room more quiet. There were two sinks for us to make use of, and a mirrored closet hiding comfy robes, slippers, blow dryer, iron, etc. One of our days was cold and stormy, and the hot tub room was a perfect hideaway for us to enjoy. The hot tub was a large rectangle with bench seating for several people. A cozy fireplace and light music made the atmosphere so peaceful! There were plenty of fresh towels and nice seating for us to enjoy as we dried off. On a side note, throughout the Inn, the hospitality staff were all friendly and quick to help us with anything we needed. i have saved the absolute best part of our 4-day stay for last. Parking in downtown Jackson is tricky and the Inn offers a free shuttle service daily from 2 pm to 10 pm. a living angel named Theo was our host each day and he was the most positive, friendly, attentive, and just overall enjoyable person we met on our trip! Theo remembered us after our first drop-off and he was always on time, upbeat, and a lovely human being to be around! we also loved the joyful music he played on our rides! I will never forget the special time my daughter and I had while staying at the cozy and welcoming Wyoming Inn! (Note to Theo - Mary Kay and Kerry Ann send their warmest regards!!)

The hotel is worn. How they can charge $431 a night for this 3-star hotel is beyond me. Coffee table stained. Uncomfortable bed pillows. Room bed made up daily very sloppily. I will add pictures. Walls have been redone but you can see potch marks painted over.

Beautiful lobby, welcoming staff, wonderful extra touches - free cookies, live music in the lobby, roaring fire, free town shuttle, and wonderful breakfast!

The only think that was odd was how dark our room was - gorgeous room but even with the lights turned up (touch them to increase) it was so dark that we had to use our phone lights to see our suitcases. This could have been our room location or given that it was cloudy. But reading lights near the bed or another light in the main part of the room would make a HUGE difference to make this a truly top hotel.

We had such a great experience at the Wyoming Inn for our first visit to the area! The hotel was in a great location, very convenient to everything. The hotel and room were cozy, clean and VERY quiet even with all of the chaos of visitors just outside the hotel. We would absolutely stay here again!

Breakfasts were excellent. We didn't eat any other meals there. Free laundry was a bonus. Theo was particularly friendly and helpful, especially with dinner reservations at a classic Jackson restaurant.

Only one elevator, so occasional waits. But it was tolerable.

Beautiful lobby. Greeted by friendly Theo who got all of our heavy luggage. Room was spacious and inviting. Black out curtains and quiet outside resulted in the best night sleep there and it was our 9th night and 4 th hotel during our 2 park tour. Loved the breakfast and Yellowstone video!

Like most hotels in Jackson Hole, the cost was a little shocking.

A bit far from the downtown (about 1 mile), and room felt a little drab and outdated.

Great service, helpful staff; ridiculously, ludicrously overpriced. There is zero chance I will stay here again the next time I pass through.

Understand it’s a tourist destination, but the price we paid for a nice room that was on the street, with audible sound constantly, and the room above also loud when the guests moved around, isn’t even close to many other high end hotels we’ve stayed at. I would have expected a place like this, charging what they do to at least be off the Main Street and constructed well enough to dampen noise from above.

Great place, great restaurant, great service. We stayed in the king junior suite, and it was great. Conveniently located to downtown with a great shuttle service.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights early June 2026, on check in we were greeted by a extremely helpful lady called Megan. Megan was efficient with our check in and informing us of amenities and attracting's in the area. She is a great asset to the hotel and is very customer focused. Our original booing was for 5 nights but we stayed one extra night as the hotel is really lovely, its location is great, rooms are a good size. The hotel offers fee tea/coffee in the foyer. There is a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to drop you wherever you want to go in the general location of Jackson hole. The rooms were clean, and had a separate sink to the main bathroom which was handy. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The town of Jackson hole is very pleasant, people are friendly and helpful, the shopping, bars and restaurants are good, and it closeness to the Grand Teton national park is great.

The room was very comfortable, and well-ventilated. The blackout curtains were very helpful.

The food in the restaurant, for breakfast, was not good at all. The coffee tastes more like hot water. The oatmeal was terrible. We only ate there once because of that experience.

Very disappointed in the food in the restaurant. No outdoor seating or lounging areas at all. If you wanted out of your room there was absolutely no place to go. No “convenience “ store for incidentals.

Great staff and place to stay. Location is perfect for walking to most restaurants with a shuttle if needed. Highly recommend!

The location is great

We stayed to celebrate 4th July, the staff were moody (amery), unpleasant and very rude - everytime I asked for help she was unprofessional. For 4th July the hotel smelt like drugs it’s definitely not luxury.

My husband and I stayed at the Wyoming Inn while seeing Yellowstone. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, comfy beds, the staff great and it is in the perfect location. We had an issue with our room and Emma was very helpful in making things right. The extra free touches were so nice from the coffee in the lobby, yummy cookies, lip balm, lotion, flags and red, white and blue beads for fourth of July. One day they had an ice cream van outside, another day whiskey tasting. We loved our stay at the Wyoming Inn!

Wonderful place to stay! All staff members were super helpful and kind. The rooms are very nice and spacious. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they surprised us with complimentary chocolate covered strawberries! Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very convenient location and had multiple food places in walkable distance. The hot tub room was clean and very relaxing! I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

We love Wyoming Inn! This was our second stay here. The hotel is quiet, clean & the staff is very helpful. There is a well-known restaurant on-site, The Whistling Grizzly. Food is really good! Hotel provides complimentary water & hot/fresh coffee is offered daily in the lobby. The location is about a mile from town, and they offer a complimentary shuttle into town. We did not take advantage of the shuttle bc it's only a 5-minute drive. We stayed on the 3rd floor this time versus the 1st on our first stay. We enjoyed the 3rd floor much more. Quieter & more secluded. The hotel had chocolate covered strawberries in our room fridge as a surprise for our wedding anniversary. It was a nice touch which we truly appreciated! We will be back!

Both stays we viewed a parking lot. We don't spend much time in our room, so it didn't matter much to us, but thought it was worth mentioning.

The Wyoming Inn is known for its quiet luxury and comfortable rooms year round. We have visited in spring, summer, autumn, and winter and appreciate comfortably appointed beds, heat lights in the bathroom, and complementary bath and shower products. Some rooms have their own fireplace, which is absolutely fabulous on a cold Wyoming winter day. The lobby fireplace and ranch style furniture make visitors feel welcome even before they see their rooms. Unlike many hotel lobbies, this one seems to be used frequently.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. The staff are so friendly and helpful and housekeeping are on top of keeping your room clean and restocked with fresh towels, water and freshly made beds daily. The room service was so fast and the food was amazing. The short ribs were our favorite!

Nothing negative

Well maintained nice hotel, good restaurant within the hotel as well. Nice hot tub area, no pool, felt like the hotel was a little more suited for adults/couples. It’s not in downtown, so thankfully plenty of parking. Unassuming from the outside, but lodge like on the inside. Our room was well insulated so didn’t hear other people, and I liked that I could open the window for fresh spring air. Just under a mile from downtown Jackson, so could walk it. The entire area is beautiful during any season and definitely enjoyed our stay - hope to come back soon!

We loved the location and easy access to everywhere but just out of the hustle and bustle of the town. We also loved how cozy the inn was and the coffee, tea and snacks that were always available! Staff was kind too.

This hotel is truly one of the best I have ever stayed at. Having visited many five-star hotels around the world, I can honestly say this property stands out. The staff is amazing—kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making every guest feel welcome. They consistently went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. From the service to the accommodations, every detail exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

We had a great time staying at the Wyoming Inn. The staff is kind and housekeeping does an amazing job keeping your room clean and comfortable. We really liked the microwave and small refrigerator in the room too. The Wyoming is at a good location and they even have a shuttle service to take people to the town square area. It was nice not to have to worry about parking! It was a very nice place to stay while exploring the Grand Teton National Park.

Breakfast is fine and just as good as elsewhere. We liked the hotel it was comfortable had really useful amenities: near the town shuttle bus (easier and quicker to use this than any other transport runs all the time and frequently) The washer and drier free facility was a superb idea: you are given a washing tablet and drier sheet: this was excellent for us as we were touring. The cookies and afternoon coffee are a lovely touch. Nice place to stay

Nice property and the rooms were comfortable tho lacking the charger and electrical ports needed. The turnoff was not receiving advance notice of a $35 hotel fee per night. The hotel has shuttle service to city center, but it is not offered every day. The wood burning fireplace in the lobby was nice!

I loved how comfy everything is. The bathroom is amazing and I loved the lotion it smells amazing. I also really appreciated that the bathroom has a sensor to turn on a nightlight when you open it so you don’t have to turn all the lights on. This is genius!

I just wished it had like a pet waste can. Like I love that they give you pet bags but I feel super guilty throwing it away in the normal trash cans in front of the hotel. It’s too nice of a hotel to want to make the front smell like doggy poo. I just think that could be planned better

Like the location, just enough removed from the hoopla of the downtown, but close enough. Did not get to use the comp shuttle, maybe next time?

We stayed here during a visit to Yellowstone and Grand Teton NP. We found the staff very helpful and accommodating. They sent texts prior to our arrival asking if there was anything that they could do. When one of the members had an issue with children jumping on the floor in the room above them at night the issue was addressed. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean and well decorated. We would stay here again

The Wyoming Inn was a wonderful surprise, a more boutique hotel with great furnishings and artsculptures. Wonderful rooms with plenty of room, a two sink bathroom, and large towels. The restaurant served excellent food at both dinner and breakfast. Overall, fantastic and will definitely be back!

Quite a walk outside of the main town.

I am a frequent traveler and this hotel just does absolutely everything right! This was my second time staying at the Wyoming Inn. What I loved: the spa was relaxing, the room was perfect, the front desk was helpful, the restaurant was yummy and the service was excellent. The coffee in the lobby was not hotel lobby coffee it was great quality coffee and great free snacks.

The rooms here are good sized and beautifully appointed with many extras, including fireplaces. Beds are extremely comfortable. Good restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. The staff here is very friendly and very helpful. This is an extremely well-run property.

We were looking for a home base in Jackson Hole for future trips there and the Wyoming Inn exceeded our expectations. We upgraded to a King suite with Fireplace which was a fantastic decision. At the end of long days cruising around, we loved the comfortable furniture and fireplace to completely relax and recharge for the next day. Hot tub was beautiful, more like a spa experience. Coffee in rooms and lobby was delicious. Toiletries were amazing so we bought some to bring home. And lastly, The Whistling Grizzly is special. The food tastes even better than the descriptions. We had two meals there because it was so good and very reasonably priced. No need to forage around in town for a great meal as it was available right in the hotel. This is important because we were there the first week of May when some of town is not yet open for the season and we still had trouble getting timely reservations at a couple of our favorite restaurants. Staff was exceedingly friendly. Plan to return soon.

Had a wonderful weekend at the Wyoming Inn celebrating our anniversary. Our room was large and comfortable. The hottub was very clean and enjoyable. They have a shuttle, run by Theo, that will take you into the main square for dinner and return when you are done! Overall lovely trip and would definitely stay again!

Great stay and loved the extra touches like gift at arrival, wooden fireplace that they would make a fire at night, free snacks and drinks for us to take advantage of in between meals of to take a long for our day. Comfy area upstairs (overlooking the lobby) to sit and relax or play board games. The only thing that wasn’t a 10 was the lack of jet power in the hot tub. Other than that everything was a 10.

Really beautiful property. We enjoyed the restaurant as the food was delicious. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. Front desk staff was amazing.

The room was lovely and warm and we were told we had been upgraded which was appreciated. Tim one of the drivers there was a really great bloke, helpful and happy to give knowledge of the local area. Same can be said for the gentleman who checked us in.

The rudeness of some of the staff. The lady on the desk on our first afternoon was in quite a salty moody. I’d asked if I’d be able to get some oat milk to the room, her reply “how would I know” and then I was directed to the local store a few blocks up the road. I asked if maybe there internal restaurant as you walked in might have some and she shrugged. I went to the restaurant and asked if I could have some which they were happy to do so but then mocked my accent. Watch out for Theo.

Everyone knows Chik Fil A is the Lord’s chicken and the very best at what they do (ie. Fast food service)! Well the Wyoming Inn has to be the hotel equivalent 😂10/10 experience all around and that’s not something I say lightly! 100% would stay here again!
