Gorgeous Hotel! The fireplace in the lobby was very welcoming. Breakfast was great, very comfortable beds and spacious room. We loved all the added touches like wooden bears and racoons throughout the hotel getting into garbage cans, etc. Very woodsy feeling, which was great!
The view from the rooms are not good. Ours overlooked the parking lot and storage area or another business. It didn't look like any of the rooms had a good view, which was disappointing as it's such a beautiful area.
A beautiful luxury hotel with gorgeous interiors, a great gym, and both indoor and outdoor pools. They offer a very convenient guest laundry service for $3.50 for a wash and another $3.50 for the dryer. Breakfast is not included but available for $5 per person; it is very generous, with both sweet and savory options. The room was very spacious, and the huge bathroom featured an XL shower. Parking is free. Housekeeping is done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, but if you need daily towel changes or trash removal, you just leave your room number at the front desk and they will take care of it every day. Highly recommended!
The hotel had a shuttle to downtown Jackson, however, it only had one place it would stop and pick up. The bar and restaurant were decent. It was a very nice hotel, but not a truly luxury hotel! The bartender was a great guy who we enjoyed talking with! He was very good at his job and engaging!
When checking in the front desk girl was not helpful at all. We were an hour early but had been driving for many hours and she said they would text when room was ready. They did not! There were not bell boys to help with luggage. The price is way too high for what you get! The room was very nice but not extravagant. Towels were good but bathroom was not large! The breakfast servers did not speak English and didn't smile or make you feel welcome!
This was a great choice for our family of 5. The rooms were great but we LOVED the amenities. The pool, 2hot tubs and sauna really made this place top-notch. The breakfast..$5.00/adult for breakfast and kids eat free…YES! The food was great. Some hotels would charge you $$$ for the offerings here. Great value. I wouldn’t even look at another place to stay if we came to this area again.
Bien situé à Jackson Hole
Hors de prix pour ce que c est
While the bed and bathroom were comfortable and well maintained, the hotel overall appeared tired and in need of updating. The common areas and furnishings showed noticeable wear, which detracted from the experience. Unfortunately, the front desk service was also disappointing. The staff was often laughing and talking loudly among themselves, which came across as unprofessional, and there was a sense that guests were interrupting them when approaching the desk for assistance. Overall, the level of service did not reflect the standard I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
Convenient fresh and clean
Very good location. Hotel was nice & clean. Very quiet.
It is a very comfortable hotel. Rooms are clean and updated. Staff persons are helpful. Shuttle into town is convenient and allows guests to avoid finding parking places. My family has stayed at this hotel several times over the last five years.

Die Lage ist prima
We did not have the best experience . The girls that work the front desk all have attitudes you feel like you were bothering them any time you ask a question or need something. They honestly put a damper on our entire experience. They only clean the rooms every other day. There was a quarter inch of soap in the liquid soap dispenser on the bathroom sink. It was never filled the entire time we were there. They left a used bar of soap after cleaning the room did not even give a fresh one. The ice maker was always out of ice and the Cash machine to exchange for quarters in the laundry room was broken. We were very disappointed. It was very expensive place to stay. I’ve had far better experiences at hotels that cost a quarter of the price.
Great location and beautiful hotel
When we got in our room it smelled like someone had just been in there and went 💩 after opening the toilet we saw we had floating 💩. Also the shower heads needed to be cleaned they had half the holes in the shower plugged.
The location is good, not in the town area but pretty central. The staff is professional, the rooms are clean, large and up-to-date although the breakfast area is a bit dated. My major issue is the smell of the cleaning product used in the common areas that I associate with large commercial spaces.
The Lodge was basic for a central hotel but had all the amenitieswe needed. Although the room air-conditioningin tge room was a bit noisy it worked well. The room was pleasantly decorated with wifi and a tv and the beds we extremely comfortable. The $5 all you can eat breakfast is great value as long as you're not seeking cordon blue quality, certainly enough to fill you up. With a gym, swimming pool, sauna and hot tub it's good value and we would stay again.
The rooms, the service were wonderful. Very comfortable stay.
The area ans hotel are very expensive. The breakfast was OK.
Great vibe and location. Best breakfast value of all time.
It was clean and the staff were friendly.
It was expensive
Overall, the hotel met our expectations. 5 night stay during the last week of June, leaving July 3. 1. Location - Good. Only a few minutes drive from downtown square. We never used the free shuttle as parking was free and easy to find downtown. Atmosphere - Nice. Lodge feel in hallways and outside. For the price, we liked the decor that matched the area (more like a boutique feel) vs. a standard hotel feel. Onsite parking was free and always had a spot available in the lot. Do your research and look at all pictures people have posted and google maps satellite views that you can find. This will give you a better feel for the actual location than the pictures on the hotel website. 2. Rooms - We had a standard queen room. It also had a sofa, minifridge and coffee bar. 4 adults in room, we had enough space to be comfortable. Bathroom was huge as compared to a standard hotel bathroom. While only one sink, my spouse and I had enough counterspace to get ready at the same time. 3. Value - We researched a lot for what the price was we were willing to pay and we found that this location met our expectation as compared to other alternatives. You have to have the correct expectations. This is more of a hotel than a resort. From a room and overall amenities standpoint, I would compare it to a springhill suites/courtyard/standard Marriott combination. Jackson Hole is a overpriced area in general, so you can't let the price drive your expectation. If you want a resort feel, you'll have to pay double the price at the actual resorts or Autograph collection hotels. I'm typically biased toward Marriott properties but even the springhill suite in the area was higher price and I'm not sure for the value I would have gotten more than what this hotel provided (If price was equal I would have chosen marriott only to get the bonvoy points, but this hotel for me was about $200 cheaper for total stay and had a bit more of a boutique feel). Also, if you book several months in advance check their website often to see if any better promo's have been launched. We were able to cancel/rebook at a better rate and save a little. We booked in April for a end of June trip and a lot of the true resort options were either not available or prices really really high. 4. Cleanliness - Met our expectation. No problems. Room service is not every day unless you request it. We did not use room service at all as we prefer to eliminate extra people coming in to our room. The front desk has extra towels, etc. available if you ever need to ask for more. 5. Noise Level - No problems related to the hotel. Luckily we seemed to have a quiet floor the week we were there even though they were booked full. Our room was on the second floor a few doors down from the lobby elevator. 6. Food - We only did the breakfast a couple of times. $5 per person. Cheap compared to going out. Food options were comparable to what you would get at free buffets elsewhere, so don't expect a massive variety. But, I will say the quality of the food items were better prepared/cooked than many "free" buffets. For the additional resort fee charged, I think they should consider just including the breakfast. One day we also did the box lunch for $15 per person. Sandwiches were good and big, included chips and apple. For the price I wish it would have included a bottle of water but it did not. Amenities - Indoor hot tub was closed, but everything else was working fine and family enjoyed the pool. A nice perk was the sauna. Laundry facilities onsite and restaurant/bar onsite but we did not use those so cannot comment. 7. Staff - We are pretty low maintenance, but any time we had a question or needed something the staff was always accommodating and friendly. In summary, we had a good experience. Just make sure you have the right expectations for what the location is; it is a hotel with some boutique aspects and some additional features that most basic hotels don't have. It isn't a resort or a five star luxury hotel. For the price of the area/value available in Jackson Hole it met our expectations.
Breakfast was excellent and a very good value
The lodge may be a good option from outside but is no different than a six motel. Beds needs better mattresses and A/C units. Carpet floors are no more appealing. The fire place is small it looks enormous on the website but is just a very small area. Keep in mind there are no free continental breakfast, internet access is not guaranteed.
Large Hotel Clean rooms Very nice bathroom Excellent front desk Good location Has a shuttle that will take you to town Just tip the driver ! Breakfast for $5.00 What a mess , very crowded Staff was trying to clean up And prepare food Kitchen is to small To handle the volume They need to change things And move around the Buffett Waffle station is way to busy to be stuck In the corner you cannot get to anything else . Staff was trying to keep up with volume They need more help Male bartender is very good
The breakfast was amazing for the price. We left a necklace in the room and the staff is going to mail it back to us! The mattress was very comfortable and the extra treats like candy and popcorn hit the spot. The van that drove us to and from town was very convenient.
Indoor hot tub was closed but we were able to use the outdoor hot tub after hiking.
My family stayed in multiple rooms for 1 night in June. I had a premier king suite, and my room was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful - huge standalone glassed-in shower with giant, fluffy towels. The shower had multiple showerheads, including a rainfall option. The shower was a bit slow to drain. The sofa was comfortable, and I appreciated having dimmer switches for the lights above the bed. Noise was an issue. The guests near me / in the hallway were very loud well after 11pm. I also heard music from another room at 4:45am. I arrived early and stopped by the hotel to request an estimated time for at least 1 of my rooms to be ready. I was told one was close (about 30 minutes) and that I would receive a text. Hours went by with no text. I finally decided to try again after check in time and both rooms were ready. Receiving a text earlier would have been nice so we could have unloaded our stuff before going to GTNP. Overall good stay and I would give it another try.
Through our travel agency, we have prebooked and paid a King Room for 2 nights. Upon arrival in our room we’ve noticed that the AC was making a terrible noise . Somebody of maintenance came over and said he couldn’t do anything about it. We asked for another room but since the King Rooms were fully booked , we got an upgrade. After checking out, we saw on our credit card statement that they charged us that room for 2 nights, more then $1,000. Although King Room was already paid…contacted hotel but no reply so far…plenty of other hotels in Jackson Hole…please avoid this one.
The Lodge at Jackson Hole is a beautiful hotel. The lobby is welcoming, the rooms were comfortable, clean and luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy. We couldn't have asked for a better trip.
Loved our stay at The Lodge. Very nice place to stay. Comfortable bed and bedding and bathroom had great walk in shower.
The location was great! Close enough to Town Square to walk to the restaurants and shops, but not so close that the traffic and crowds (and noise) were an issue. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and the shower hot. With a coffee maker, a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room, we were all set. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The outdoor hot tub was comfortable and relaxing. The $5 buffet breakfast was great and there was plenty of parking. This is top notch resort. A perfect "home base" for a visit to Grand Teton NP.
Spacious room with a pullout couch. Very warm indoor/outdoor swimming pool, decent gym. Walking distance to restaurants. Free water bottles. Our room had a coffee making station and a mini fridge. Reasonably priced breakfast (free for kids under 14).
Bathroom was dirty, long black hair on walls in the shower. Difficult to get ahold of reception and restaurant. Don’t do daily room service despite high nightly rate.
The staff at this hotel was miserable. The hotel is in a good spot but the people working there are rude and mean. The front desk barely made eye contact with us when checking in, nobody smiles, you almost feel like a problem instead of a customer at this place. Our kids said when we left, “nobody is nice at this place.”
Good location
The manager and front desk ladies were unfriendly
Location, rustic style, nice rooms, free shuttle.
Lack of EV charging options, high price.
החדר מרווח ונקי והמיקום נוח
הארוחת בוקר ממש דלה, נראה מיושן ופחות נעים בחללים הציבוריים
Tout
We love this Hotel and have stayed here many times in the past 9 years. we would not stay anywhere else if visiting Jackson Hole
Sadly the resort has become very overpriced and the beautiful shops that once drew us to Jackson have gone, the centre is now filled with cheap merchandise shops all selling the same tourist tat! So I doubt very much if we will be returning, other towns have so much more to offer
Breakfast was good, we've stayed at the hotel before and loved it. It was nice to see that Bear Number 399 was honored by your hotel.
Nothing
We enjoyed the area and the Lodge, it was clean, comfortable.
Staff at Breakfast was not very friendly
Our room was nice and the breakfast buffet was good. The staff was very nice and the hotel is centrally located.
Very clean, nice shower, convenient to downtown. It is not on too close to square but hotel has a shuttle. It is maybe 5 minutes at the most to downtown. Staff is very friendly. They have a $5.00 breakfast that it pretty good!
Loved it, beautiful character with all the bears and timber, comfy, just lovely, felt we lucked in at The Lodge
The architecture and location
N/A
A huge disappointment. We were expecting a four-star lodge style hotel and this hotel is sadly nothing close to that. Using fake logs as a facade and a few other decorative touches does not a lodge make. In addition, this hotel is not at all close to the center of town, which is where you want to be. As we were in the midst of a long road trip, we did not do any research but rather relied upon images posted by the hotel (which are deceiving). We thought, well this must be a nice hotel, it looks great and the price was in line with what we would consider appropriate in the off season - for a five-star hotel. While the front desk clerk, Chris, was super friendly and helpful, we soon realized that having only one staff member present was a red flag. Regrettably it was too late to cancel and book another hotel of all the charming, well located and reviewed we now are seeing. Again, we dropped the ball on research we should have done. The room appears very clean and the beds fairly comfortable but a bit too soft for my back unfortunately. This review is a replacement to one I have just deleted which may have been too harsh. Honestly, I cannot for the life of me understand anyone giving this hotel a five-star rating given all of its shortcomings. One more thing, we booked online and the following morning at approximately 6:30am, we received a call telling us the price we booked online (and paid for) was not correct and were told, one, the room we booked was not available and two, the lesser room would be around the same cost as what we thought we were getting. If we had only known what we were getting for what we now feel is an exorbitant cost.
Warm wooden structure, super comfy bed, wide bathroom
Very clean and friendly staff
Had no issues
Really nice lodge great location, Staff was great.
Our room never got serviced the whole time we were their. You need to eat at any place other then at hotel if you want warm food.
The Lodge was a gem and provided us with a great base camp for five nights. The $5 breakfast buffet was incredible, the rooms were clean and large and very comfortable.
Breakfast was good and the priced was great. The small store for snacks has a lot to offer, which is nice since the restaurant wasn't open due to the off season. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and updated with quality furnishings.
The indoor pool area/hot tub was under maintenance, so there was a lot of materials and supplies around and dusty floors which tracked into the pool, which we were thankfully still able to use. There wasn't seating set out for those who wanted to just sit and watch, though. The sauna wasn't heated/working the day I tried to use it but the next day it was according to another member of our party. The bathroom door in our room didn't' have a lock which was an inconvenience since we have small children that don't understand privacy yet.
Great property and amenities. Good value for the price. Reasonable pet fee.
Checkin was awkward. We were told twice that we did not have a reservation. After persisting, the individual said 'oh, sometimes Bookings.com reservations reverse the first and last name'. No apology after insisting that we did not have a room.
The property was very nice and clean, with a great indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. It wasn't until the second night we noticed there is also a sauna in the pool room! Breakfast was great, and available for guests for only $5. Our girls were able to eat free since they were under 7 years old.
Breakfast was great, and I used the exercise room and it was great as well. Everything was wonderful. I especially loved the animal decor around the hotel, lobby, and outdoor space.
There was only 1 hook to place a used/wet towel in the bathroom in Rm. 315. There were 3 of us. Also, the pull out couch was in a tight space. Perhaps moving the couch a few inches to the left would be a great solution.
Clean and nice rooms with friendly staff
L'entrée de l'hotel est magnifique. les chambres sont spacieuses propres et bien équipées. La salle de gym très bien
La piscine était en travaux. Le personnel au petit déjeuner pas très souriant sauf le cuisinier qui était très sympathique
We loved the mountain feel of the lodge while being only 3 minutes from the square. The pool was heated so we enjoyed being able to swim and hot tub! The room was clean and spacious, and the $5 breakfast (free for kids 14 and under) was a big hit too.
Very nit picky, but they had very few towel hangers so it left us searching for places around the room to hang our towels to dry. We had 5 people in our room. Definitely not a make or break deal though!
Freundliches Personal. Keine zusätzlichen Kosten für den Parkplatz. Saubere Zimmer.
I was only in town for one night and wish I had more time here! Very friendly staff made me feel right at home. A great, central location in the heart of Jackson. Super nice rooms and comfy beds. The outdoor hot tub also hit the spot. Very clean and quiet place to stay! I would recommend The Lodge to anyone looking for a place to stay in Jackson.
We loved our time at The Lodge at Jackson Hole. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The location was perfect, with close proximity to the town of Jackson and Teton Village. The rooms exceeded our expectations in decor, presentation, features, and cleanliness. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was extremely welcoming from start to finish. We loved the amenities offered at the hotel, and the local adventures we could organize through the front desk. The list of adventures recommended provided us with numerous options that we could not have thought of on our own. Our room was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect after a long day in the Tetons. The price was well worth the value, and we will come back in future seasons. We loved our time at The Lodge at Jackson Hole, and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jackson!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent and very affordable at just $5.00. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the town square. For dining options closer to the hotel, there are a few restaurants within walking distance, which is great if you prefer not to go into the town square. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.
Very cute & clean. Love the timbers and animal carvings. Greatly lockers and boot dryer. They have their own bus but the start bus picks up out front all day if you miss it. Friendly staff!!
Have to pay for a limited breakfast this year but it's only 5.00. Hot tubs ,pool and sauna were down for repairs during our stay
I had an absolutely five-star experience at this hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The front desk team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient—they truly set the tone for the entire stay. The amenities here are outstanding. The ski shuttle and town shuttle made getting around effortless, which was such a luxury. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options, and the workout room was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for staying on track while traveling. What really made this stay special, though, was the personal touch. I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, Jeff, and he remembered me from my last visit. So did Liz! That level of care and attention meant so much—it made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. My room was absolutely perfect—comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. I was honestly amazed by how much this hotel offers. Every detail is clearly considered, and it shows. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.
No me gusto
Habían instalaciones cerradas y no lo comunicaron. Booking también dio un Muy mal servicio.
I didn't like that the pool and sauna werent operable. The sheets were incredibly rough/stiff. Not sure what they clean with like a starch or something. Also, I was unhappy to have carpets in the room. They were dirty in certain areas.
Breakfast good only complaint is smell of cleaning products were VERY strong in lobby and in room.
Smell of Fabuliso
Breakfast was really good, and good value. The breakfast staff was really attentive and nice.
Location, cleanliness, atmosphere and front desk service were superb! Comfy bed, pillows and a huge shower were a nice bonus!
We have stayed at the Lodge for many years and truly enjoy the experience. Great location, friendly service, large, comfortable rooms, and easy access to the town and the ski mountain with their complimentary shuttle/bus service.
Plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfy and room was clean.
I would say it’s a bit high priced but you’re also in Jackson so that is to be expected.
Most Staff didn't speak English
Convenience of shuttle bus
Location & staff were good
Pictures were not an accurate reflection of location
The location was outside of the hustle and bustle of the town square area but within just a few minutes of all the downtown activities and shopping. Peaceful and quiet after a long day of tours and sightseeing. Parking was plentiful. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to answer our questions and make suggestions on things to do during our stay.
It was a good location. Clean, updated, shuttle was a plus. Breakfast was excellent
Lost a sock in the laundry😂
Very rude reception staff and they didn’t not care for my 78 year old mother or my family and others
This was our second time staying at The Lodge. We booked a king room with a fireplace which we used every night. The room was spacious and the shower was huge with a standard shower head and a rain head. It was a nice touch. Hotel location is fantastic IMO. We had a car however the hotel offers shuttle to town and Snow King, complimentary. There is a $5 hotel breakfast which opens at 7 AM. Offerings are pretty good for 5 bucks. The only thing I was happy about is that room service only visited every other day. When I’m on vacation, I don’t wanna have to make my own bed or clean my own bathroom Or go down to the lobby for extra towels. For what we’re being charged in all the extra fees, we should absolutely have our rooms cleaned daily.
Stunningly gorgeous lodge within a fair distance of everything. Room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Lodge staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend this lodge.
Free shuttle service from hotel.
Pool was closed for full week we were there.
Great service, great location, friendly staff, highly recommend, inside/outside heated pool could use a little more frequent cleaning, weather was nasty and leaves were blowing in to the pool, but understandable.
Holiday getaway. Dec 2025. Jackson Wyoming. Good family resort. Clean. Comfortable. Decent food options. Pool and Spa.
We had such a great time at The Lodge at Jackson Hole! The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff helped book our snowmobile trip and we also enjoyed massages during our stay, which made the experience even more relaxing. Our room was great with no issues at all, and the hotel amenities were top-notch. The shuttle service was excellent and made getting around very easy. We especially loved the pool area, which included a hot tub and a dry sauna—perfect after a long day of activities. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we visit Jackson in the future.
we had such a great experience staying at the lodge and visiting Jackson Hole. Great staff, rooms and location. All activities are easily accessible with shuttle and or pick-up on location. A trip we will be sharing with family and friends for a lifetime. Cant wait to return with more family members to experience the fun and excitement we enjoyed.
