The room I finally received was comfortable and quiet.

I initially booked a 1 King bedroom, when I checked in I had 2 queens, but I liked the room. I called front desk and they put me in a different room with 1 kind bed, it was smelly and had a broken drawer. I walked out immediately to say I couldn’t stay in that room, and was then put in a 3rd room. It was better than the 2nd so I stayed in there. Also the girl at the front desk could have been kind. Being in hospitality and customer service, a smile, warm welcome and kindness goes a long way.

While a little pricey in a pricey area, it was wonderful! Very close to Virginia Mason Bellevue which was our goal.

No non-alcoholic wine, sought before a medical procedure next day....just saying, have think real hard to find what I didn’t like.

The first impression in the basement lobby is the smell of chlorine. The room was basic. Nothing exceptional except for the car show in the garage.

Friendly, comfortable. Nice price point. A little dated furniture and wear throughout the property, but nothing unreasonable for the price. Literally across the street from the link, if freeway noise bothers you, definitely ask to be on the other side of the hotel

The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. The dining room food and service were also very good.

Our suite would have been excellent if it didn't feel so dated and run down. The size and layout of our room was perfect but the furnishings and finishes of the entire hotel are sad and outdated. One of the elevators was out of service (but being serviced) so we had some very long waits to get an elevator. Not a dislike but a warning if you are trying to get somewhere in a hurry.

Filthy disgusting and gross. Bed bugs were in our room. And we packed up and left in the middle of the night. Waiting for my refund. The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Carpet was filthy. Pool and hot tub were filthy. Elevators were filthy. I will never stay at a Hilton again!

Our extended family of 11(including 5 grandchildren ages 1-18) stayed here prior to embarking on an Alaskan cruise. We had 3 suites. The staff was excellent. All our rooms were ready when we arrived. The grandkids loved the heated pool. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed. Bottom line: Great alternative to staying in downtown Seattle awaiting a cruise.

Conveniently located and all the staff were very friendly. Also, theres a pond that has turtles on the back side of the hotel near the pool.

Some of the lounge furniture looked aged and dingy.

Staff was great! Easy to talk to, helpful, and courteous. The room was in great shape and we appreciated being moved to a ground level, for ease of outside access for our dog. Also, that "Buddy" was able to come to the conference sessions with us.

The grounds could definitely use some love. Dead bushes/trees, broken sign posts, etc., plus the new car parking lot vibe for the storage of new cars was 'odd'. Interior of the hotel could use a little freshening, but it was bright, airy and was 'fine'.

loved the room and how it said my name on the screen. I really enjoyed the lobby and the elevators overseeing the entire lobby floor. highly enjoyed the 2 window screens to block out noise and light, incredible!

We have just returned from a cruise which ended in Seattle and wanted a good hotel to stay a few days in Seattle and after some research we chose the Hilton Bellevue and found it to be an excellent hotel in a great location with all the facilities we needed. The lobby is lovely with an atrium style structure enclosing the hotel restaurant and small convenience kiosk as well as massage chair lounge at the rear. The staff were very helpful, the pool was brilliant and towels plentiful. The pool was lovely and warm and well supplied with tables, chairs and sunbeds, we didn't use the hot tub / jacuzzi but it looked very good too. There is a nearby highway but noise is not an issue with the soundproof windows and doors on the balconies. Bellevue downtown is nearby about a 15 minute walk and there is a wide range of restaurants and shops within the area. Also the train station into the city centre is right across the road. All in all a brilliant choice for exploring the Seattle / Pacific North west area

Fridge wasn't working. Only microwave available was on the 9th floor. Sound proof not so good, heard people running around above us and doors slamming late in the evening (weekday stay). Not worth $300 an evening

The Hilton charges premium prices but feels severely outdated. Rooms show cheap, poorly done repairs, sloppy paintwork, peeling wallpaper, and visible maintenance issues. Furniture is old and worn, giving the space a tired, neglected feel. While the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, these positives don’t justify the high cost.

I could not get warm enough water to shower.! hot bath or shower is always what I look forward to. I tried upon arriving again in the middle of night and morning and couldn't even get warm water let alone hot in the shower. We were there for a work party and the other employees who stayed all said they had the same issue.

If you could win an award for worst gym this would be it. Time to update your website and all related information. Some people actually pick the hotel that has atleast the basic equipment to get up and have a sweat before work. This doesn't work and is nothing but trickery and false advertising. Peleton doesn't even have a user and pass setup under the hotel chain for use of the bike.

The room was way too hot, and took forever to turn down, the system is just a joke. The couch was so uncomfortable, and your already paying for the room and only here do you have to pay for vehicle to stay there to, was told you needed a deposit for 50 and if our vehicle was staying they would pull it out of the deposit and yet you took 80 out, that's not okay and I probably wont ever stay there again

Attended a conference at the Hilton Bellevue. The hotel is huge. It is located about 21 minute drive from SeaTac International Airport and about a 15 minute drive to Downtown Seattle. You can get a shuttle from the Sea-Tac International Airport to the hotel. It costs about $50 US each way. The reception area is quite spacious with sitting areas right in front of the Check-In desk. They have 2 computers to the left of the Check-In desk. They have a restaurant, called So-lar-i-um in front of the Check-In. They have a descent menu. Prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend their Breakfast Buffet for $25 US. The meals that I had over the 2 days I was there great. The restaurant also serves Starbucks who just want a quick pick me up. They have a various conference rooms throughout the hotel. On the 1st floor they have a laundry room for guests. They do have a vending machine next to Check-In desk. In addition, they have a little area around the Check-In desk with various snacks to purchase. They do have a gym, pool, The room that they gave me was quite spacious. Received a King size bed and it was comfortable. The room comes with a sitting area. A bonus was the microwave and a mini-fridge. The bathroom is quite small. Comes with shower/tub combo. There is a small vanity area just before the bathroom to which has a coffee maker. All rooms come with a Juliet balcony. While staying at Hilton Bellevue, I had no issues. Staff were friendly and always available when I had any questions. Price of my stay was quite reasonable, but it will depend when you will be going there. Hotel was okay, little bit dated. Room was also okay but had an odd smell. Fairly clean room but shower had lukewarm water at best, very dissapointing. Shower head settings did not function. Parking was terrible. It was very limited due to a rental car location on site and a car dealers inventory. Many parking spaces very small. Decent, but likely would not choose this hotel again.

Nice hotel and staff

Sofa bed is terrible! I know they aren’t the best but this was was bad…. Housekeeper had a mental breakdown when we were there and started yelling in the hallway like he was possessed. Told him thank you and I appreciate him brining us extra blankets and he yelled DONT TELL ME THOSE WORDS! Then proceeded to yell off the top of his lungs when going down the stairwell.

The balcony was nice and the room was spacious. I didn’t like the charge for the water bottles.

We love this Hilton, it is SO comfortable and the staff SO friendly!
