Best hotel gym in Bellevue. Equipped with two squat racks and plenty of free weights, with a huge area to keep you training on while traveling.

Hyatt Regency Bellevue is beautiful as soon as you walk in. It is extremely clean and well taken care of. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. We were looking lost in the lobby and the bellhop saw us and came and gave us dining recommendations without us even having to ask for help. Rooms are quiet and everything you could want is all within walking distance: shopping, restaurants, spas. Personal Cons: no microwaves in room, no free breakfast, no free parking for guests except weekends, and if you're traveling with your family/children, the swimming pool is really just a lap pool more for exercise, no hot tub, and it is difficult to find.

Hotel was close to several dining and shopping options. Staff was accommodating and very professional. Room was clean. The Washington Apples at check in were a nice treat after a long flight.

Excellent hospitality and attention to detail. I went here for a business conference, and was very appreciative of the acoustics in the room and the snacks, beverages and signs to get you where you needed to go. There were wonderful restaurants right in the hotel as well as within walking distance. When I needed a place to go walk, the park was just perfect. Great atmosphere and great place to visit for a conference

Great location for many things within walking distance!! Inside hotel was clean and welcoming crews! Second floor restaurants and delis were great prices and taste! Highly recommended to stay!

We went to a wedding with our to small kids and we chose to stay at Hyatt. A beautiful place with all the necessities and accommodations we needed. The rooms were clean and quiet, we enjoyed the pool and the views. We will stay again in the future.

Not happy about the support on moving luggage or helping during check-out. I will not recommend it after paying that huge amount.

We like the location cause it directly in downtown Bellevue, we could walk to a lot of the restaurants and other things we wanted to see.

We visited the Hyatt Bellevue for the July 4th weekend. It was well located, walking distance to shopping, July 4th festivities and fireworks and restaurants. The hotel was welcoming and staff friendly. We arrived on a Friday, parking was complimentary for our two day stay. Room was clean and well appointed. The package including breakfast was worthwhile. Their Eques restaurant provides a standout breakfast.

Very good place - clean, quiet, free weekend underground parking, ultra-friendly staff, large, elegant lobby, and more.

Location of room worked out very well for the 4th of July fireworks show. The room also worked well for a family of 4. Hotel is very centrally located, near several great restaurants, stores and parks. Easy walking distance to all.

We had some issues with our room upon arrival, which included being provided a room that already had someone occupying it (somewhat awkward interaction). The front desk staff acknowledged their mistake and promptly fixed it, but not without further confusion on what room we were to occupy and the credit card associated with it. I couldn't tell if it was human error or system error. Not a huge deal all in all.

Overall, I had a good stay at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside. The room was comfortable, and I was assigned a room at the end of the hallway. It didn't have the greatest view, but it was in a quiet location, which I actually appreciated. One thing that stood out was the housekeeping staff. Every morning, my housekeeper would see me outside my room and ask if I needed anything or wanted my room serviced. I declined each day during my four-night stay (Sunday through Wednesday), but I really appreciated that she checked in with me every day. My biggest disappointment was the limited ability to charge purchases to my room. As someone who travels for work, I rely on being able to charge meals and incidentals back to my room for expense reporting. It appears that only the convenience store in the lobby and the restaurant are able to do this. It would be a significant improvement if more outlets throughout the property participated in room charging. I also want to recognize the valet team. They were incredible throughout my stay—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made arriving and leaving the hotel a great experience every time. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would certainly consider staying here again.

This was one of the nicest stays of our trip. It is what you would expect from a hyatt property. Extremely friendly staff, from the moment you walk in. Nice room, small by ery clean. Good amenities at this location, all you can ask for. Noise level was quiet. Good night of sleep. Overall, great value. We will be back, had a great stay!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel with a very accommodating staff. Aside from a TV service issue on one of my days, I would give 5-stars for the hotel and staff! There are restaurants of almost every kind within a one block radius and airport transportation was easy to arrange.

Hotel front desk area is very nice and location is walking distance to great restaurants. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, but carpet needed a good scrub. Staff are very nice.

The road noise from nearby traffic was loud & annoying when you are trying to sleep. The room did not have a bathroom fan, or stocked minibar. In addition, this Hotel did not have an in house first class restaurant for dining.

The Bellevue Hyatt Regency has been a favorite of mine and for my family for many, many years. It is well maintained, has an excellent gym, in a great location across from Bellevue Square, has a high end buffet breakfast and very comfortable/updated rooms. Whether I am traveling to Seattle for business, pleasure or with my family, we will definitely return.

This is a perfect hotel for any types of travel, especially business. The location is perfect - you can walk around downtown Bellevue easily, go shopping, and eat great food. Outside of the hotel is a great restaurant with a beautiful, romantic terrace. My room was great - 21st floor with a king size bed, very quiet hall. Breakfast is wonderful, coffee is great (as always in Seattle), and everyone is super friendly and polite. At the reception, you can grab amazing Seattle-grown red apples. I loved the overall experience and I’m making this hotel my #1 choice when I come back.

Highly recommended! The hotel is conveniently located in the center of downtown Bellevue, with easy walking access to the Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square shopping centers. Parking on Saturdays is free, and you can avoid the traffic on 8th st, and Bellevue Way by using the 10th st entrance, the Wintergarden elevator (the only elevator for Hyatt access) is right at the end of the down ramp. The room maintenance and the views are both great! They also feature an anti-slippery pad which you can use in the bathtub, small details like this goes a long way! We will remember the hospitality and revisit it in the future.

The experience was top notch! We felt like VIP’s with the way we were treated from the moment we booked to the check in. It was my daughters 16th birthday and the went above and beyond decorating the room, providing a small cake and cider and a gift! She felt so loved!

Room was spacious, super clean and had a coffee machine with complementary water. what's not to like :)

Top notch hotel. Customer service beyond expectation. Great location for a conference or business meeting. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, movie theatre and shopping in walking distance.

The location was easy to get to. The hotel was lovely. The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was more than expected. Definitely stay there again.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue was excellent. The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of shops, theaters, and a variety of restaurants, making it a convenient choice for visitors. The property is impeccably maintained, both inside and out, and the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and courtesy. The beautifully illuminated trees outside added an inviting touch to the overall atmosphere. I would gladly choose the Hyatt Regency Bellevue again on a future visit to Bellevue, Washington.

We had the most wonderful stay for my daughter’s birthday. The staff was so welcoming and friendly and the hotel room was amazing! It’s in the most amazing location and the pool is huge! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be planning another trip here soon.

This Hyatt is in a great location for visiting Bellevue. The fitness center is nice and big with all types of equipment. The pool is great for swimming laps. There are also chairs for relaxing. There are restaurants in and all around this place. The rooms big are nice with floor to ceiling windows. There is a microwave on some of the floors for common use. The room has a mini fridge and coffee maker (Keurig-style). Parking is pretty expensive in the attached garage, so I opted to park a block away for a great daily rate (approximately 20 bucks). I would stay again for company business.

Absolutely wonderful service. In the area for my daughter's wedding and they made my weekend so much easier with their thoughtful attention to detail. Great hotel and location, but the service was even better.

Seattle Washington has been on my bucket list of places that I wanted to see for a while so when the opportunity came to tend to work conference in the area, Ijumped the conference of held at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue East my experience with the front desk from the very beginning was amazing. They helped with the confusion of my day. They had our room ready early after flying six hours they answered any questions and offered some things in places around the area. They were also friendly everyone that came in contact to truly friendly. That’s so rare these days the rooms and the hotel were immaculate. The restaurant choices though costly were out of this world the convenience to all the other things outside the door was really great as well it was a beautiful day. Absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone. Don’t forget to grab an amazing Washington apple off the counter.

I travel around to many parts of the US displaying my wares at trade shows (I am a manufacturer of herbal supplements). I am on my feet and on the job for the day. When I booked my reservation, I requested a quiet room, and I did receive one (Room 450). Thank you. And while it was decorated very spartanly with one hideous picture on the wall that did nothing to represent beautiful Bellevue, it did not have a comfortable chair for me to sit in and relax. The room has a plastic desk chair, and that's it. Maybe you could convince the powers that be to add casual seating and spend an extra dollar on a little nicer room decor for your beautiful hotel. The lobby is spectacular, and the wall art is very thought-provoking in a positive way. Also, I truly enjoyed the Washington apple. Yum!

Had cops knocking on my door at 4 a.m because of disturbance in another room. The noises come in the room from outside the corridor with every little sound. I slept only 3 hours entire night. Very disappointing

Great location, clean, spacious

Stayed here for the American Ceramic Society spring meeting. Great stay and conference facility. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Loved the skyway. It was a little bit of a walk to the train to go into Seattle, but not bad and once there and was very convenient and inexpensive way to get into the city. My room was great. The hotel had a very nice smell to it everywhere. Courtesy umbrellas were a nice touch especially considering the climate.

Absolutely amazing stay (as always). The staff is super helpful and nice, Breakfast at the restaurant is always delicious (I suggest the duck waffle). My wife and I have date night in Bellevue and staying at the hotel is one of the parts we look forward to because of how relaxing it is.

The level of professionalism, care and genuineness of all the staff we encountered here is top notch! They listen and respect your thoughts and you as a person not just a number- making sure if there’s anything you need, or want that it is acknowledged and appreciated. Love the Hyatt Downtown Bellevue and will return!

A lovely hotell with great service, you won't be dissappointed. My 3-day stay was exceptional and the amenities were great, the hotel is very clean along with the room I stayed in!

The hotel and its handy location in downtown Bellevue, WA was a great place to stay for my birthday. We never had to leave the hotel. Daniel's Broiler Steakhouse is on the top floor. 13 Coins, open 24 hours a day, is just off the lobby. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I wish the windows opened and that there was a grab bar in the shower.

I stayed here for a conference. Requested a quiet room away from the ice machine and elevator. Got a quiet floor and as far from others possible. Best hotel sleep in ages!

I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was at this hotel. Our room was ready as we requested. Staff was responsive and helpful and went out to their way to ensure our stay was pleasant.

Our weekend stay at the Hyatt was amazing. The location is perfect with dining, shopping and entertainment at your finger tips. The room was extremely clean, very comfortable, accommodating and the views were great. Parking was a breeze down on P3, the Concierge and Front Desk staff were very friendly and exceeding overall expectations. We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary and trip was wonderful.

The hotel was a great location. The sky bridges connect to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and spacious.

We attended a marriage conference and we were very pleased with our room and the hotel. We loved the downtown area and took advantage of the restaurants and activities on our date night. We felt safe in the area, especially when walking at night. We loved that sky bridges connected the various parts of downtown so we could walk to places over the weekend. We also loved the breakfast buffet at Eques.

The Hyatt Regency in Bellevue consistently delivers a quality experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and housekeeping does an excellent job - my room has always felt spotless and well cared for. Breakfast at Eques is a standout, with great options to start the day. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Bellevue with plenty of shopping and dining within easy walking distance. Parking is also convenient, with ample space available in the garage underneath. I’ve stayed here multiple times and genuinely have a great experience - always a reliable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed with the family for a one night stay. The staff and check in was smooth and easy. The room exceeded our expectations. The special birthday cake and apple cider were a very special treat provided as we checked into our room for our son’s birthday. The pool was clean and nice ambiance. Shopping was easy to access. Overall, great experience and would stay again.

When staying in the Belleview Washington area, Hyatt Regency is by far the best experience I have had, also, its location is ideal for any get togethers, easy access from the freeway and for dining in the area.

Members of our family stay at the Bellevue Hyatt annually and just the hotel experience is a vacation in and of itself. The staff feels like family every year and the hotel amenities is superb. This hotel is on top of the heap.

I have been attending an event here during February since 2010 (it’s now 2026), and it is always a pleasure to enjoy the fine service and accommodations offered at this Hyatt property. (have you ever heard :”you get what you pay for?” Don’t expect this level of experience without paying top dollar for it. :) )

Hyatt Regency Bellevue is always busy for a reason - excellent service, lovely well kept property, its welcoming ambience and of course, its delicious red apples at the front desk. It’s located downtown Bellevue with several restaurant options directly inside and around it. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff reach out to you to check if you need anything and are happy to respond to your needs. Over Valentine’s Day weekend, they placed flowers in every car. There’s no doubt this is a great place to stay on your next trip!

Get a Rental car if you plan to go to Seattle. Uber fee was crazy. Otherwise centrally located with great restaurants. Would stay again.

Lies about drinking their 4 dollar bottle of trash water and then charged you for it. Then they send you multiple bills. I respond. They don’t ever follow up on the false charges.

This is a safe and clean area to walk around and explore. The Mall is huge. Prices were a bit higher than we are used to paying. Recommend the Cactus Restaurant.

The Hyatt Regency hotel exceeded my expectations. First time staying at a Hyatt Regency and it an excellent stay. I tried 2 different rooms, a 2 queen beds on a higher level - we had a lovely view and my daughter said that it was the best view from a hotel she has ever been in. It was my birthday and the staff gave me a birthday cake and card! The next night we moved to a king suite on the top floor that was beyond my expectations. My daughter thinks I'm the best at picking out hotels, but you can't go wrong with the Hyatt Regency. The hotel is extremely quiet, has water refill stations on every floor, and the elevators are always quick. I used the spotless modern gym - I wish all the gyms I went to were as nice as that one. Overall - I give the Hyatt Regency Bellevue 10+ stars

Stayed here for convention/meeting. I booked 2 nights so I didn't have to commute almost 2 hours each day. From the moment I pulled in, I planned on using valet parking, and the valet was extremely nice - they were extemely busy, but he was still very nice and communicated what I needed to do and answered my questions. At check in, there was no wait, and the lady that checked me in was polite and fast with check in. She asked me a few questions and I was checked in and heading to my room in less than 5 mins. Upon booking, I had asked for a quiet room if possible, and I was surpised to see when I got off the elevator, they have a floor dedicated as "The Quiet Floor". This floor is so nice as they don't allow pets /kids on this floor and also ask to limit TV volume. I have never come across a hotel that offers this, and I was very impressed that this was offered. I don't know if it is just this Hyatt, or all Hyatts, but it was a plesant surpise, and usually, I just hope for an end room far from the elevator and hope that no one lets their door slam in the middle of the night. The only thing that was a bummer, was the morning fo check out, the resturant that we could have ordered breakfast from, didn't open until 7am, and I was going to order breakfast for room service, but that wasnt available until 7:30am. We were up at 5am, so we decided to head home. I would happily stay here again, and I am sure I will as this is one of 3 places that are on rotation for the type of meeting I attend with my business partner. If i were to travel and need to stay here for personal reasons, I would absolutely choose this hotel.
